They were able to come out the very next day to remove the asbestos from our house attic. As you can see in other reviews, they built a containment area, laid plastic down on the ground for their shoes and they taped all vents closed. They double bagged everything, vacuumed everything up for a good 2 hours, cleaned all the vents for our new AC unit to be installed. They arrived early and finished in 3 1/2 hours. Michael and Rigo were a great team. They took pictures. Michael texted them to me right away. If you need asbestos removal, I highly recommend them. He recommended Clear Coast Restoration. It was another week or so before we called them and they said they could come out the following Saturday. It had been a very slow dripping leak so we weren't too worried but they called back a couple days later asking if they could come later in the evening the next day to make sure there wasn't any major damage. Dillan (sp?) drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga on a Monday night at 6pm to come and check this out! We live in Rancho Santa Margarita and despite the similar name, they are NO WHERE NEAR EACH OTHER! He was so kind and tested for moisture both upstairs and downstairs and even answered some questions I had about a creaky, warped floor. He had an ugly commute to our house and then drove all the way home for NO business! He was so kind and I felt so bad for having him drive all the way out here, only to find everything was totally dry! If we ever have a leak or restoration work that needs to be done, we know who we're calling. If they put this much effort into a possible job, I can only imagine the quality of their customer care when it's a real test of their craftsmanship. Thank you for driving all the way out to us and taking the time to inspect our (non) issue!

Furious, I called AQHI because they were the asbestos abatement contractor in my closing paperwork. WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM. We learned that the former owners only contracted them to remove asbestos from the top floor and attic. I was prepared for battle. However, they understood our concern and knowing we have a newborn baby, they came right out to remove the asbestos at no charge to us. They were on-time and respectful of my home. It wasn't an easy job. A few weeks later, the HVAC contractor found more asbestos in a different area of the home that was very difficult to reach. I was prepared to pay for this one but they again scheduled a team immediately and did not even try to charge me. The team is outstanding - friendly, professional, caring, honest. It's unnerving to have strangers in your home, working in crawl spaces, going in and out... these guys are pros and I have been perfectly comfortable with them here. If you need abatement work, please consider this team. You'll be very glad you hired them.
