Lartek did an outstanding job for us when an intake valve burst in our bathroom, causing half of our almost 3k sq. ft. home to flood. They responded immediately and the water damage was mitigated quickly. Their professional demeanor and work ethics were remarkable, as was their restoration and repair work. Although it took several months to get us back to normal, the delay was mostly waiting for the insurance company (who actually denied it at first), and not the fault of Lartek at all. I hear that several months is actually not that long, considering all of the damage that was done. They worked well with our Insurance Adjusters, providing all of the pictures and proof necessary to get everything approved. I think the total approved damages came to almost $40k! We were also able to stay in our home the entire time instead of relocating us. All of our furniture was carefully bubble wrapped and packed into a storage pod at our front curb. They even worked things out with us so that we were able to put down tile in both bathrooms, they fixed a broken flange that was not covered by our insurance at no extra cost, and we did not end up having to pay a $3.5k deductible! Once we received the insurance payment, we were able to pick and choose what we wanted done and what we were willing to skip. "The good Lord willing and the creek don't rise," we won't need water mitigation and restoration work done again anytime soon! But if we do, I'll know exactly who to call! I highly recommend this family-owned, veteran-owned business for any work you need to do on your home, even remodeling.
