I recently had a leak in my house and caused water damage on my vinyl flooring. I used All City Plumbing and they recommended Superior Restoration. I want to thank everyone by their names that was really helpful each step of the way. Ed, Jason, Jaime, Bernice, and especially Dave! Ed and Jason thank you for explaining every step of the process and assure me and my husband that everything was gonna be OK. Jaime and Bernice, thank you so much for working with me and making everything stress free. Bernice, always answering my questions and calling me back with billing issues that I was concerned and also being very understandable how long it took with my insurance. Dave, you're Awesome!!!! You and your guys put my house back together and BETTER THEN BEFORE! I was able to get tile throughout my kitchen/dining area and both restrooms! You even went out of your way to replace a box of tile that the guys trashed by accident. Every detail that bothered me that I felt wasn't 100%, you sent out Robert to make sure it was fixed and to make sure I was happy! Thank you, thank you Dave!!!! Thank you Superior, I will definitely use to for any future projects! read more

The people superior sent to my home were awesome. They identified the damage and were able to limit most of the drywall removal to one room. They checked on the progress and equipment each day. The people that came out earned five stars. I removed three stars because they charge a credit card fee. read more

The start of the project went well with the water damage cleanup, however, with the actual work with the work of restoring the home the PM kept telling us what was not in the contract and we had verbal confrontation to get the work completed in an acceptable manner. Even the office staff exhibited some unprofessional behavior. At the end, we opted to hire another contractor to complete the tile and cabinet they damaged through mitigation. advise is to listen to the customer read more

When I had a water leak in my house, my plumber suggested Superior Restoration to help after the leak was fixed. Almost immediately, I spoke with Daniel Castaneda, Mitigation Supervisor, who was able test my house for moisture, and then guide me through the mitigation process ahead of me. I have an older home, and Daniel was able to quickly set up testing for asbestos and then (unfortunately) asbestos abatement. Though the situation was stressful for me and my family, Daniel was reassuring, easy to reach and responsive to texting. I always felt that I was being well taken care of. After asbestos abatement, Brian Block, Project Director, inspected my home to let me know what to expect during the restoration process. He was also reassuring and friendly! He had great repair ideas and even knew my insurance adjuster and was able to quickly work with insurance to prepare a fair estimate. So thankful for that! Then came Dave Strandt, Project Manager, who was at my house to oversee the actual restoration work. Dave also had great ideas and helped me to get the work started and completed almost immediately. Adrian and Jorge completed the repairs and did absolutely beautiful work. I'm so thankful for Superior Restoration - they gave me my house back! read more

Requested mold remediation, clean up and water damage repair. Excellent quality at a reasonable price. All workers from office staff to all workers who participated in completing this project were outstanding in terms of their professionalism, communication and skills to do the job right the first time. I hope I don't have to but i would nit hesitate in using them again or recommending them to friends or anyone who asks for a reference for this company. I dealt with Amber, Jason, Victor, Noah. All were great. Noah was outstanding. Kudos to this company for selecting and obviously screening such caring employees prior to sending them out on a job. They represent you well. read more

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the exceptional service provided by Kyle.   From the moment we called Superior restoration for assistance, their team was prompt in their response. They arrived at my home same day with in an hour, ready to assess the damage. Their technicians were not only highly skilled but also extremely courteous and reassuring, which put us at ease during this hard time. I have kids and being out of a kitchen was tough! Kyle was always and had been one call or text away!   I highly recommend Kyle and Superior to anyone in need of water restoration services. I had water damage earlier this year and Superior Restoration immediately showed up, when my insurance agent contacted them, to handle the mitigation. Thereafter, I also used them for the restoration work. I was impressed that it was completed within a 3-week period. Brian Block worked well with me in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement on charges and was diligent in working with my insurance company regarding any additional work/charges that they missed. All of the subcontractors they sent did an excellent job (Herman, Gerardo, Memo, etc.), they were focused on getting the work done and did it well. Last but not, my project Manager, Dave Strandt talked me through the timeline of work and went above and beyond to find my original flooring as this was initially a concern. He was always prompt in responding to my phone calls/texts and listened when I had concerns and followed up. I highly recommend Superior Restoration, my experience was great and I believe their pricing was decent compared to other companies/contractors. read more

Good responses quickly but other thing, he won't do is polish the top of cabinet with sand before painted. He did not polish the top of cabinet before painted. They charged me for repair and paint except polish. read more

Horrible service they tore my mom's house up and they put up poles and fans and plastic in the house for water damage, and one of the poles fell on my 76 year old mother and she told superior restoration's management, and the office manager asked my mother if a fan flew up and hit her in the head!!! NO A POLE FELL ON HER!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SO UNPROFFESIONAL. After we complained about the pole falling on my mom they walked out and did not put the house back together we had to find someone else. read more

The only thing Superior about them is their name. Did not clean up completely, left carpet tack strips exposed, had to put up with noise and fans and dehumidifier for 4 days. Did not take the carpeting they pulled up with them for disposal and their pricing is ridiculous. Will never use again! read more

Superior Restoration. One word, outstanding. We were recent customers due to a water damage problem and based on our experience, they truly are aptly named for what their service provides--which is superior to say the least. The workers are efficient, friendly, hard-working and not to mention very accommodating. I would definitely recommend; 10/10, to anyone in need of water damage, general construction, kitchen/bathroom remodels, and flooring expertise. Our Project Manager, Rich, was there to guide us with every step of the process along with Rachel, the coordinator and Ed Cardenas; who was very helpful and extremely experienced. He helped us immensely with our insurance questions and made everything run smoothly for us. Abel, one of the demo guys during the mitigation process, was very professional and friendly. Jay & Rocko, who did the drywall installation, were very professional and competent as well. And Josh did a phenomenal job with the painting. He was proficient, professional and very friendly too. These are but a few of the technicians I can remember, but we have had quite a few more help us on our kitchen reconstruction. Nonetheless, they were all very professional. I recommend Superior Restoration to all homeowners in need of home repair. read more

Superior is justifiably part of their name. I used them to both mitigate the damage from a water leak, as well as do the repair itself. The work was of the highest quality. Workers were always on time and professional. Victor, the Project Manager kept me informed as to what work would be done when, even texting me in the evening for an update. Robert did the repair work. He is very hard-working with an attention to detail. I recommend Superior to anyone going with a need for home repair due to a leak or other unforeseen problem. read more

I called on Saturday and was assured someone would be at my house today, Tuesday between 9-11. So I made sure I was home. No one showed. I called superior at 1120 and was told I could not be found with my name address or anything. They were unable to reach the on call guy to figure out what happened. Was told they would "investigate". This is completely unacceptable. I told them today I would not be doing business with them and they seemed shocked. Why would I do business with a company that can't get their scheduling in order. read more

Even though we did not have to utilize their services in the end, their communication was excellent from the time I got a referral from a plumber..they called immediately, returned calls professionally and promptly, showed up on time, thorough and honest explanation and followup. Ed Cardenas was the fellow who showed up..very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant...As it turned out I didn't have a problem that I had suspected I had. I admire their honesty and when the time comes that I need their services, they will definitely get a call from me. read more

Superior Restoration will always be my first call if there's another flood/leak at my house!!! On Friday afternoon, I called my insurance company when I discovered water coming from my wall in the hallway. They claims adjustor informed me that "someone" would call me back by 5 PM and that they could not give me direction or advice on what to do. By 6 PM, I never received a call and the leak was getting worse! I called Superior Restoration and within 30 minutes one of their specialists (Ed Cardinal) was at my door. Within 45 minutes, Ed had technicians at my house who stopped and repaired the leak. Ed took the time to explain to me the process of filing a claim with my insurance company, arranging the complete repair of the damage, and assuring me that a representative from Superior Restoration would be at the house when the insurance company's adjustor comes by to evaluate/estimate the repair. Approx. one week later, my insurance company's adjustor arrived at my house and just like Ed said a representative from Superior Restoration (Jarrett) was there too. Jarrett assured me that he would deal with the adjustor and that everything would ok. Jarrett and the adjustor began evaluating the amount of damage and costs involve to complete the repairs. Although I'm not an expert on home repairs, I sat back and listened to the adjustor attempting to cut corners and suggest poor quality materials for the repair. To my amazement this did not last long! Jarrett made it obvious to the adjustor his extensive knowledge regarding the type of repair and quality of materials needed to repair/replace the damaged areas. He additionally had the adjustor cover the cost to have my personal items removed from my house and later returned so the repairs could be completed. Superior Restoration began repairing my house immediately. They repairs were completed and my personal items were put back in my house before my insurance company could issue a check. I even received a follow-up call from Superior Restoration a week later to make sure I was happy with their service and the quality of the repairs. I can't thank the employees of Superior Restoration enough!!! From the first call to last, they were awesome. God forbid something like this ever happens again but if it does, my first call will be to Superior Restoration not my insurance company. Thank you again to Ed Cardinals, Jarrett, the repair guys, the girl that took my initial call, and to the girl that kept me updated on the repair status. Superior Restoration you Rock!!!! read more

We recently used Superior Restoration for a leak in our shower. Just completed extensive work including tear out and rebuild cabinets, bottom two feet of drywall, laminate floor, etc, and I am so pleased. Every person that laid hands on this job was an expert, work done is simply excellent. Everyone left the work area immaculately clean, everyone was extremely courteous and patient. Superior handled everything and explained anything I had questions on, mostly they were just crystal clear on all aspects from initial dry out to completion. Their interaction with my insurance company was also clear and I had no questions unanswered, and no lingering doubts whatsoever. Their scheduling was spot on. I am thrilled. These people treat your home as if it were their own. One last thing I'd noticed is they all work very well together, there seems to be a very real culture of cohesiveness in this company and that says a lot. I have already recommended Superior to a friend that was very impressed with their work. Thank you guys!! read more
