I had a water leak in my house this Monday and was very stressed. I called Integrity Restoration and Reconstruction, and Chris and Jill came to my house the same day. They were incredibly kind, comforting, and professional. They carefully inspected all the damaged areas and patiently explained the entire restoration process to me. Later, their crew members Johny and Paul arrived to install the fans and other equipment. They were very professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with their work and feel so lucky to have found them during such a stressful situation. I highly recommend Integrity Restoration and Reconstruction to anyone who needs restoration services! read more

It sucked that we had a water incident but It was a really great experience working with Chris and his team. The pricing was reasonable and fair. His team fully responded and started work a few hours after I first reached out. The crew was great. Chris delivered on everything they said they would do. Would absolutely recommend. read more

Absolutely amazing service! Integrity Restoration truly lives up to their name. Our story is we had found some mold under our sink and had asked a couple of companies for quotes. Those other companies were giving us extremely expensive estimates and pretty much wanted to tear down our whole kitchen. I am glad I decided to get a second opinion from Integrity Restoration. Chris, the owner, took his time to evaluate the situation and gave a very fair estimate given our situation. He and his crew were always on time and did a great job remediating the mold and did an amazing job reconstructing the area under our sink. They went above and beyond. Integrity Restoration truly lives up to their name. They have won a customer for life. read more

Honest with the inspection and wanted to help while trying to save you the most money.

I reached out to Integrity Restoration after I discovered a water leak in my ceiling right below the master bath, and I have to say that Chris and Jill took great care of us. Chris is super personable and understands the needs of the customer, with decades of experience under his belt. I also have to give a shout out to John and Paul, who came and did the work on my ceiling and set up an air vacuum enclosure overnight. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Integrity Restoration to anyone who needs water/mold remediation work done on their home! read more

We contacted integrity restoration because we had concerns about moisture in our home and possible mold growth. Chris came out and was thorough in assessing and testing the affected areas and he also took his time answering our questions. We were truly impressed with his honesty, especially given the fact that we had been quoted 5k for repairs by another company. They have earned themselves another customer and will consider them for future projects. read more

I called Integrity Restoration & Reconstruction when I found black spots/mold in bathroom and kitchen cabinets during my renovation. It is very hard to find someone to help the homeowner and you can trust.I am blessed to have Brent Henderson come over and check the affected area and give me peace of mind. The 5 stars is not enough for someone to go behind and beyond. Brent surprised me even after business hours texted to help me out for my renovation. He gives me a lot of great ideas for my projects. I strongly recommend them. Thanks a million for all your help and great advice. Fred -Corona condo Sept 16 2025 read more

Insanely fast response - Integrity had a crew of guys at my house within the hour! The owner, Chris, was incredibly nice, professional, and informative on my initial phone call, and he and his team jumped on my request immediately. The guys that showed up were incredibly thorough in their preparation and service, and they were very respectful to my family and our home (meaning, they treated our home like a home - not a construction site). I sure hope I never need their services again, but if we do, I will call Integrity first! read more

**Review for Integrity Restoration and Reconstruction** As a longtime Realtor, I've seen my fair share of restoration companies, and the industry can often leave much to be desired in terms of honesty, workmanship, skill and ethics. Integrity Restoration and Reconstruction, however, stands out as a beacon of trustworthiness and professionalism. I was referred to them by other Realtors in my office, and hallelujah, I will always use them from now on! I have two recent experiences with Integrity that highlight their exceptional service. In the first instance, a neighbor's drain clog caused extensive water damage to their home. Brent from Integrity responded quickly, efficiently dried everything out, and left my neighbors incredibly happy with the outcome. The second case involved a mold issue in one of my listings, discovered just as we were nearing the close of escrow. The Integrity owner, Chris, personally came out to handle the remediation since his crews were super busy on other jobs. He completed the job on short notice, did a fabulous job and the independent industrial hygienist cleared it without any issues. Their documentation is impeccable and complete. My client and I are relieved that it will not prevent the escrow from closing and thrilled that this was taken care of for the buyers. Chris and his team at Integrity are VERY well-trained, very polite, on time and deliver top-quality work. It's refreshing to finally find a restoration company that I can trust and the folks at Integrity TRULY live up to their name. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Integrity Restoration and Reconstruction to anyone in need of reliable and honest restoration services. read more

Integrity Restoration and Reconstruction - Mold removed and equipment in place to finish the job! - Damage Restoration Near Me

Integrity Restoration & Reconstruction lives up to their name. I reached out to Chris around 8am on a Friday morning and he was at our house within two hours to inspect the damage that occurred from a leak under our kitchen island. He was able to write me a quote within the hour and the rest of his team came over shortly after to get started on the water mitigation work. Chris was flexible, transparent, reasonable and most importantly.... HONEST with pricing. He is not looking to take advantage of his customers or home insurance policies to make a quick buck, which can be common in these circumstances. We had received other quotes from more reviewed local companies that quoted thousands more with their expectations of getting paid out by insurance. Everyone we interacted with on Chris' team were courteous, respectful and very skilled in their work. After the leak and water mitigation was resolved, Chris' team worked on restoring all the affected cabinets and drywall.. the result looks as if nothing even happened! :) I recommend Integrity Restoration & Reconstruction to everyone that may find themselves in a situation like this... Chris and his team will take good care of you and your home!! read more

Integrity saved us a lot of money and a lot of unnecessary hassle with complete transparency and honesty! Called out Integrity Restoration and one other company referred to by the plumber to get a bid for a shower leak. The other company gave us a bid for 4x the price and guaranteed we could get insurance to cover. Chris with Integrity Restoration came out, and told us he hadn't seen a slow leak get approved by insurance before, in order to give us proper expectations to evaluate. He also measured the water meter readings the other company had marked, and they were all false. Then we knew things were not adding up with the other company! We spoke with an insurance agent and they confirmed insurance would not cover the cost of the slow leak. In the end, we went with Chris because all he knows is to be is honest, it is just who he is and he is all about doing what is right and best for the client. I have worked with Chris and Integrity for many years and they have never wavered from high integrity, which can be difficult to find in the industry, but for Chris and his team it is standard protocol! read more

Wow ! Where do I even begin... It's very rare to experience such great customer service, but when it does happen - I always want to take the time to let them know. It makes total sense why they are so highly rated on Yelp. My fiancé and I called Chris and Jill at 7pm on a Monday night hoping that we could get an estimate on our mold situation. They didn't do that. Instead they spoke to us for over and hour helping us create a game plan and provide us with the most valuable information. Chris and Jill genuinely care about their customers and have the biggest hearts. I hope no one has to deal with a mold issue, but if you do .... You would be blessed to have their service. They left such an amazing impression on me that I plan to spread the word of their business for as long as I can. They are some of the nicest people I've probably ever met. Thank you to Chris & Jill for your time, thoughtfulness, expertise, and help we needed during this difficult time for us. read more

Slab Leak. Chris responded to our slab leak repairs within 1 hr after a phone call. I needed his professional opinion if the problem was fixed. Just because the plumber says the leak is fixed doesn't mean the problem is over. What about the water under your home. It just doesn't go away. It can turn into a mold monster and your insurance will not cover it. Chris should me provable evidence that the slab leak was not over. The leak was fixed but the water was not gone. Based on his training and experience, he had the proper equipment and team to save me thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs which would have included tearing up my wood floor and remodeling my entire first floor. I have used Integrity before for other mold issues and I knew Chris pays attention to detail. It's hard to find a reliable and dependable restoration professional. There are a lot of rip off artist out there. I would minimum, have Chris inspect your problem. It may be the best investment you ever did. It was mine and I will always use Integrity Restoration. read more

Integrity definitely lives up to their name! Communication is stellar. Called them out when the upstairs bathroom leaked through ceiling and their remediation bid was competitive. What set them apart was how down-to-earth Chris was and how hard they worked to keep the demo to a minimum. The crew is extremely personable and willing to answer any questions you have. When they inadvertently found another leak in the lower wall that hadn't reared it's ugly head yet, it proved this was the right company for the job. They just handled the new issue with skill and the additional price was minimal. Thanks to them, I can get both leaks and walls fixed completely with peace of mind. Thank you Integrity because you saved the day!!!! read more

I was so impressed by this company. My apartment complex called them out as a third party vendor because mold was found within my home. They absolutely went above and beyond. Brent was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. We had a pipe burst that was causing water damage. Integrity Restoration not only responded immediately, they also handled the problem professionally, thoroughly, and with a customer focused touch. The Service Technicians were very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained the problem and what they needed to do to take care of it. The damaged area was in a high traffic space in our home but the way they sealed off the area still allowed us access which was incredibly helpful! I was also very impressed with how clean they were able to keep the unimpacted areas of our home! They went way beyond our expectations. Hopefully the need for this type of service is few and far between but it's comforting to know if we need them again, Integrity Restoration is there for us! read more

There is fantastic service, and then, occasionally in life, you experience a level of service that goes so far above and beyond that it's hard to find the words that would do justice in describing the experience. The team of Chris, Ryan, Jill and Paul provided that above and beyond experience. I called late on a Wednesday evening as I watched water pour through our ceiling from the upstairs laundry room. Amid the chaos I was watching unfold in our home, the call to Chris was a bright spot. Chris took the time to listen, explain the restoration process in detail and reassure me that his team would quickly and thoroughly address the situation. Ryan showed up fast that evening to begin the journey to restore our home. Throughout the entire process Ryan and Paul showed extreme care for our home, assessed every detail and always took the time to explain what was happening. In continuous communication with Chris, they were always balancing thoroughness with scope of work; in other words, taking short but quick baby steps the entire way to ensure they only did what was needed to correct my situation and nothing more. Working with Jill on the contract and billing, her communication was timely and clear, and the billing very reasonable. She reached out multiple times to ensure I was well informed and to just check in with me to make sure I was doing ok. Everyone showed incredible professionalism and dedication to the work, but it was the genuine care for me, my family and my home that sets this team apart. This company is my one and only call if disaster ever strikes again. read more

Every time I see a business with 5 stars across the board I get a little suspicious - are these reviews real? How can there really be a business that consistently gets 5 star ratings? Well, now I know. Integrity Restoration deserves that and more. I will update if we go with them (I'm still waiting on our insurance and a quote from the people that the insurance sent to us),but so far Chris and Jill get a solid 5 stars for: - Responsiveness. I call, leave a message, they call back the same day. This doesn't always happen when you're dealing with contractors, who are super busy. - Knowledge in the field. Chris was super helpful, generous with his time (he returned my call at 7pm) and really had a lot of insight into how insurance companies work, as well as what needs to be done in water cases. They were actually referred to me by a friend who used them, and I can see why - he explained so much of the process to me and made it understandable. I will update this review if we use them for the work - they are extremely busy with projects back to back (which is always a good sign) - but for now, I am just grateful and impressed with the customer service they provide and the expertise Chris has in dealing with water damage as well as navigating insurance claims. read more

Chris' and his team was punctual, thorough, efficient, demonstrated competence, and friendly. I was asked helpful questions to orient them and they did the rest on several areas of my house and my mom's house. The workmanship of the repairs in function and appearance was exceptional and just needed paint, which I did myself. I would trust and recommend them to anyone and I would use them if needed again as they offer several services besides moisture damage. The results exceeded expectations and the price was reasonable, providing great value. I felt very safe with them in the house and they took extra precautions to protect occupants (some high-risk) against any COVID contamination. read more

I have worked with Integrity on preventative programs for a 12,000 sq. Ft. Estate in Laguna Beach. If you have experienced it, well then, you know that having a flooded house is a nightmare. Good thing, however, there are companies like Integrity Restoration and Reconstruction. Integrity went over and beyond what was expected. Chris, the owner of Integrity, was extremely helpful and understanding in a time of stress. He and his team responded promptly, knew what would -and would not be- covered by the insurance company, and did an excellent job. Chris was very knowledgeable. More specifically, he knew what was needed to be done in order to prevent mold growth, he knew the amount that needed to be removed without removing too much, and knew what to say to the insurance company in order to ensure coverage. Chris also helped me when it came to repairing the damage caused by the flood. At the time, he recently had received his general contracting license. As such, he was able to do the repairs, and did an excellent job. I can say now, having one company do everything -removing the damage caused by the flood and repairing such damage- made the whole process very easy. Although water is essential for life, it is destructive to the integrity of your home. Thus, having a company that knows what they are doing, and that is helpful along the way, is vital. I recommend Integrity Restoration and Reconstruction strongly and without reservation. read more

Chris and Jill are the BOMB! They took what could have been an awful and overwhelming insurance claim and made it a very bearable situation. Fire and water damages... Sigh... Long story short the insurance company would have TOTALLY screwed me had it not been for these two WONDERFUL people! Chris is unbelievably knowledgeable and knows his many crafts! Jill is an an unbelievable asset in her management abilities and willingness to help. They were both excellent at ensuring the property was properly quoted and repaired despite the lowball estimate from our insurance co. They worked with the adjuster to make sure all related damages were properly covered. It took so much weight off my mind knowing I had them in my corner! Both are such upbeat, kind people and the whole team works so hard for you... as such the results of the restoration turned out AMAZING! I am a customer for life... Carpet Cleaning, Remodeling, Repairs, Restoration, Duct Cleaning... If they don't do it, they know someone that does. Period. Bottom line: Great company that I trust! read more

This review is a few weeks late, but ya know...life. Integrity Restoration was a great company to work with for our mold issue. Since this is a more technical service (instead of just like a restaurant) and since I legitimately don't understand much about what was wrong or what happened, I am going to break it down by sections and bullet points that my husband mostly provided. Our issues: -Cracked kitchen sink sewer drain line -Leaking for months, caused mold inside of the wall near the clean-out -Mold inside of a hard to reach cabinet area and under sick *here's the only part I understood...the underside of our cabinets were COVERED in black mold...like toxic, movie-looking stuff. Honestly, we should probably all be dead...maybe that's hyperbolic, but it was pretty legit! Selecting / Inspection - Day 0-Friday: (day 0? LOL IDK what that means, but my husband wrote it): -Picked Integrity because of their Yelp reviews and specialty in mold removal/remediation (based on Yelp & website) & b/c they're local to our community & we try to support local Corona businesses when possible -Called Integrity ~8AM on a Friday - Chris was at the house for an inspection before 11AM (pretty fast!) -Verbally agreed on basic price range while onsite -Chris followed with an official scope of work and line-itemed quote by 1:30PM the same day. -Was able to digitally sign SOW/quote and schedule work to be started on Monday at 9AM *My summary of my husband's notes? Dude was FAST and efficient...that's a good thing when living with the black death...you know what? I just realized Chris may have SAVED OUR LIVES! Work Day 1 (Monday): -Chris and his team (Brent & Ryan) were here at 8:50AM on Monday ready to work (*10 minutes early! Woop!) -Chris explained everything that was going to happen with me (my husband...not me..I was avoiding the black death) and his guys, he got them started and let them do their thing -The team is a great job of protecting everything - entire kitchen including floors were plastic'd off to protect (it looked like one of those sci-fi movies like Quarantine) -Despite it being a construction zone Ryan & Brent were relatively quiet stayed to themselves in the alien-quarantined room -So far as we could tell they never even used the restroom in the house during their entire two days here - this is odd, but actually appreciated -On day 1 Chris stopped by at lunch to inspect and check-in, everything was on track and he provided and exact time (2PM) the plumber (next step) could get into the house -The team was done by 1:30 on day one and cleared room for the plumber Before they left the team explained turn on/off the dehumidifier for the plumber to work around *My summary? FAST AND EFFICIENT AGAIN! Also, being quarantined looked freaky as you know what and I now have a special place in my heart for the real people who live through that. Work Day 2-Tuesday: -Ryan & Brent showed up at 8:58AM (scheduled for 9) - two thumbs up for punctuality (you should be noticing a theme by now) -Worked what seemed like the entire day - left once briefly for lunch/supplies/bathroom - left at just before 4PM -Before leaving cleaned up everything, removed all plastic, wiped down counters, moped/cleaned floors, etc. -Before leaving they checked in with me to show me the completed work and to see if there was any questions - we had none before everything was done great -The area under the sink looked brand new *Summary:BLACK DEATH GONE! #REJOICE Follow-Up - Day 3 (Wednesday): -Jill (wife of owner) called the day after work was completed to again check that everything was okay and to confirm processing payment -Chris was able to slightly discount the final bill due to "a few things going right, needing a few less parts and everything taking less time than expected" HOLLAAAAA In general: Chris & Co were great the entire process, always on time - much appreciated! You can tell that Chris has a lot of expertise and was very willing and able to explain everything that his team was doing and why there were doing it. Everyone was respectful of my home and did everything in their power to keep it clean and covered during the whole process. They were much faster than expected. Originally he said this may be a 3-4 day job, but it ended up only taking 2 days! This project wasn't cheap, but I felt that Integrity's ability to rebuilt/repair/reuse much of this existing cabinet parts saved us a nearly full kitchen remodel, which would have been 3-4x the amount we paid w/ Chris. Overall, Chris and his team were just pleasant to work with. I found them to be good people with the expertise and skill needed to complete the job. They did everything they promised and the whole project can in ahead of schedule and under budget. I literally have zero complaints working with Integrity and I would recommend them to anyone in need of similar work. read more

I had a roof leak that caused mold in 4 different areas of my house to the point that the spores in the air were at dangerous levels and unsafe to remain in the home. I called Chris and explained to him that my family was staying in a hotel until we could get everythig sorted out with the mold removal. Not only did Chris genuinely empathize with what I was going through but he also made it a priority to do anything he could to help get us out of the hotel and back home as quickly as possible. I called on a Monday evening and was able to get an estimate Tuesday and they came out that Wednesday to start the job (even arriving 10 min early). They estimated the job would take about 3-4 days and were able to complete the mold removal in 3. Not only did the removal go smoothly and professionally but Chris also went above and beyond to check the weather report for the next few days, considering the area of the roof that was leaking had not been repaired yet. It turned out that it was supposed to rain the day after the removal was done so Chris went way out of his way and reached out to roofers to do whatever he could to get the roof tarped off to avoid leaks reaching the recently remediated area. It was tough to find a company to come out on such short notice and on the weekend but he managed to make it happen (even getting on the roof himself to help and ensure it got done). It poured the next couple of days and there were no leaks in sight. Had he not thought to check the weather the rain would have been a disaster to the area that had just been remediated. This effort was truely above and beyond. I could go on and on about the great experience I had with Chris and the entire staff at Integrity Restoration. From the customer service to the professionalism to the pricing to the effeciency etc etc. They really did what they could to make a tough situation as easy as possible, being honest and professional every step of the way. I can not recommend this company enough. Their name is a true testiment to their service and I appreciate everything they did and the way they did it. 5+++stars easily. read more

Called and spoke to Chris. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took a lot of time to explain things. Professional company.

Chris and his employees were all very helpful and professional, but their honesty was what I appreciated most. They saved me from a potentially disastrous mold specialist while costing only 1/3rd what the other guy proposed. This was the first time I have ever been told there was a fee to have someone come out to view any potential work on my house and generate an estimate after 26 years as a homeowner. That fee for the estimate was the best money I had spent on home repairs in a very long time - saved 20x that much in not going with the other guy in the end. The work was faster than I expected. Clean up was good. While I mainly used them for mold remediation and little reconstruction, I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them for reconstruction work as well just based on their honesty and work they did for me. read more

It has been 1 year today September 18th that our lives fell apart due to a massive flood in our house. Integrity Restoration is located in Corona and I reside in Escondido.. Approximately 1 hour away.. I called them and Chris Muller Owner of the company sent a team of men to my house within the hour. They seriously saved the day. WOW they did an amazing job. Day in day out working long hours and working their tails off to prevent anymore damage. I was shocked and so grateful for this company. They had all kinds of machines in every room preventing mold or mildew. And dry as much as they could to save as much of my house they could. . They told us what to do next and who to call.
