We discovered mold under the liner under our sink. We contacted a couple of mold remediation companies. We ended up selecting Inland Restoration after meeting with Juan. Contacted Inland Restoration (IR) to provide an estimate to repair and restore an area that had water damage. Juan came out and inspected the area, he then made some suggestions and later sent me a detailed typed estimate of the project (something I could not get from other contractors btw). The amount was fair and reasonable for what was expected. He even made note that he would not charge more if they needed to expand on the repair portion of the job. Juan and his team were flexible and thorough. I was able to contact Juan during the project with any questions and he responded quickly. IR went above and beyond to make sure a leak was fixed (which was not part of his job scope) and also to restore some areas that were not directly a part of this project.
