My dining room ceiling collapsed without any warning last week. My demo was upstairs bathroom - see pics! As far as " all 10's" I gave your crew that was before I discovered all the filth they left behind. I cleaned the interior of my house but the pavement stains are still present in front of my driveway, so you can send a member of your team to clean that up. Our building flooded and Servpro sent a tech to scope it out. The mitigation bill was very high but we put down a deposit. Then the tenants ended up doing the work themselves and charging their insurance. We asked for the deposit back. Servpro refunded it MINUS $1,200!!!!! Nothing in the deposit form or initial contract stated anything about a part of deposit being kept. They did no work aside from inspection. They took the 200 bucks and sent several photographs of the attic and an email which said they were not able to inspect for structural damage. Horrible customer service. 1. Started tearing apart the wrong bathroom for remediation and never came back to fix that damage. It would have been so much worse if my realtor had not caught them before more damage. 2. The actual remediation went fine, after starting in the wrong place. 3. Customer service person I spoke to at beginning was vague about the cost fixing wall after remediation or if it was included, but I will take that hit for not asking more questions. Btw, she was let go from the company. 4. I gave payment info to them twice to pay this invoice. They never processed it and think they can send to collections for their errors. I had to go through my credit card statements to make sure payment never came out before I would give any info again. 5. I finally got an actual invoice by email and was told there was a payment link. NOPE. I will send a check today and make sure that it gets processed. I felt like I needed to keep track of everything my isurance was paying for because they were forgettingto do things. For example: My isurance paid over $7,000 for cleaning everything before painting the walls because there was a fire. I had to call Juan and ask why someone was painting if the walls were dirty from the smoke....they thought it was already done! I also had to tell Allison my dishwasher and microwave were still in house and she said they forgot to take it for cleaning. There was too many misunderstandings that just made me distrustful. Ok first we had a leak at my mom's house in Riverside. The weirdo plumber she called really screwed us over. The only good thing he did was call your location. I guess cause he is from your area. Literally that is the only good thing he did. Right away Justin came. He was so professional. Extremely polite and sweet. He did everything he could. And even when Farmers demanded certain things he came back to please farmers. This job took a while cause who installed the floors didn't do it right. But the walls you were able to save. Thanks Justin! I can not tell you what a great employee you have in Justin. Daniel was a gem too. Justin explained everything in great detail. Even multiple times. He was so patient. My mother has a bad hip so she couldn't be total hands on. Justin went out of his way to explain things to here. Even if she was outside. It was sheer chaos some days with the crap plumber but when we saw the Serpro truck show up it was a breath of fresh air. We knew we wouldn't be screwed over. Daniel and Justin did a great job. They both listened to me vent about the nightmare plumber and re assured me that they were doing the right thing. They were so great! My families December was a nightmare and the leak was the last straw but having those 2 on the job was a sigh of relief. They put my mom at ease. Justin always called to make sure we were home. Knocked before entering any room. And always notified us when leaving. Never have had a more professional person in the house. Even when he saw me carrying in cases of water he offered to help. I said I got it but he got the last case and carried it in. He even let our dogs check him out so they would not start barking. If my little dog that hates everyone likes Daniel and Justin then they must be good people. Justin made sure to pet our big lovable yellow labrador, when he came in. Heavy-handed, unprofessional, expensive and misleading; we had a water damage problem caused by expansion of ice in the corners of our roof. Dart and his crew charged almost $1000 to tear open some drywall and then misdiagnosed the problem as termites. They overcharged for something that should not of cost more than $100. We were left with a gaping hole in the middle of winter with a plastic tarp that fell off after a few hours. This exposed us to water damaged wood and possible mold. They are dishonest and a rip off. Megret O's/Owner response to my review attempts to pivot from the real issue of incompetent, wrong conclusion about water damage v termites. SERVPRO of Bigbear's inept and flawed "algorithms" resulted in costly and uncomfortable delays to needed repairs. But they really dropped the ball on their commitment to send someone out to complete the drywall work. After multiple calls speaking to Claudia and the ops manager, Robert, we have been forced to consider other companies to complete the work. They came out to work on mold remediation. While drying out the wall their machines damaged my floor. After attempting to get issue addressed more than 10 times. I never received an answer. The office manager, Claudia was extremely rude and unprofessional. After almost a year of trying to get the damage even looked at by Servpro I have gotten no response. I have left messages, spoken to several people in the office and no solution. They refuse to take responsibility. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BRANCH. I have worked with other Serv pro business but this branch is careless and have NO customer service capabilities. Edit added in response to owners response. Your comments below are not true. When I spoke to Juan he told me he had no idea why the office staff had asked me to call him. I do not have any messages or missed calls from your office. The bill did go into collections, which I was never given a warning that it was going. The only reason I did t not pay was because of the damage that was caused. I was told by your billing department that before anything went into collections this issue would be resolved. I was never offered a chance for someone to come and inspect floors. Floors were fine prior to work, after work that was done by your team floors were bubbling. It's super disappointing that after the fact you put in the work to "find out" what happened, but when I was calling you never had the courtesy to give me a call back. Your staff just gave me the round around. Even now you find my file but I get no call to try to resolve issue. For Servpro the fact that they originally did not commit to the water heater and the furnace needing to be removed. He said at the estimate it probably was not affected. Cost to remove it later because of testing 1800.00 to 3000.00. Not a Servpro cost. Their employees continued to ask why this wasn't an insurance claim. It's not move on. Their work order does not prove mold free when job is done. The only way to guarantee mold free is to test for it. Servpro does more work to pass the mold test. Something is wrong with that. At the end of their work it should pass a mold test regardless if you test it or not. There should not be two different standards. If you pay for a dumpster to have debris removed that should include the toilet, door and TV that were left to sit in the backyard for over seven days. Even bringing this to the attention of the sales person that supervised the job on three different days he would promise that the toilet and etc would be removed that day. The next day the toilet was still there. Which wants a used toilet sitting in their backyard for over a week. Justin is a nice guy, but doesn't keep his word and is pretty flaky and unreliable. Additionally, it seemed that he was disconnected with his crew doing the actual work and didn't always know what was going on. The worst was when Justin stated he would show at a specific day and time; he didn't show and didn't call. We had taken off work to meet him at the house. I notified the owner, Jeffrey, and he said that he would admonish Justin and "write him up". The job was estimated to be 3-4 days which was actually 8 days just to prep for the mold test. It took them another hour on another day to come and clean up and remove their equipment. I allowed them to use the garage remote to access the job. It took them 9 days to make arrangements to bring it once they finally got around to it. I have used Servpro before and didn't have any issues. I never used the Redlands location before and wouldn't use them again. No one wants to do business with company that does not follow through with good standards for keeping their word and just doing a good job. Appearance is everything. Each day they should clean up after themselves and not leaving a TV sitting in the driveway and debris blowing around front yard. I would not recommend Servpro Redlands; we paid a lot of money for a lot of aggravation and unprofessionalism, and just bad business!! read more

Servpro was great !! We had a flood from a leaking pipe in our newly renovated kitchen . We were sick to our stomachs seeing all our hard work and money destroyed by water.
