Mike and I setup an installation date for the following week. Mike and his assistant arrived on time and went to work. Mike was very efficient and successfully installed a beautiful new door, matching door handle, and matching molding. The result was fantastic! Days later, I asked Mike if he could return to install some additional support slats for for a new bed. I knew it was a small job, but Mike made time to assist me. Mike responded and installed the 11 new slats in no time. His work made the bed super sturdy. Again, Mike's pricing was extremely reasonable. Discussed potential future fixes for current minor concerns and for now, found a plastic piece in the pipes that could be what's been causing our ongoing issue. Also, just over time, these pipes got greasy from grease that can get down the sink from even just cleaning dirty plates. Our 1st and quickest option was a jet flow process. We did this and it did clean out the pipes and got that plastic piece out. We are continuing to monitor our situation and discussing future needs for the pipes anyways but per usual, Always Ready Plumbing and Drain was amazing. The job took 4-days, really 3.5-days with the first 0.5 being a crew who peeled off the old shakes the first day and some supply delivery. 2nd was delivering more supplies, checking for dry rot, replacing as needed, and starting the plywood, and waterproofing. 3rd was shingling and gutters (separate crews), 4th finishing everything up including painting the vents to match with the new roof.
