I just look at him and luckily some guy next to him says "Oh, do you mean the lighted mirror?" Yes. He goes to get them and says they called me weeks ago to tell me they were in. They didn't call me. Had I not called to check, I'd still be waiting. Nice selections but the service was terrible!

My first impression was that I was walking in one of the Magical Hallmark movies and I found this shop. I explored every inch in the shop since I am fond of unique kitchen supplies, gadgets and utensils. I found them all in this shop.. They have lovely and stunning ornaments too. The shop was very organized.The staff were so sweet, welcoming and friendly. I wish I could spend longer time there. The Hen's Kitchen Shoppe is a hidden gem in Clairmont .I will be back very soon.

Simple need: I have six recessed lightbulbs from a 9-year old kitchen remodel, and four of them were not working. Googled 'Lightbulbs' and Siri guided me to this place from my home in La Verne. Kind of confusing to find the entrance to 'Lightbulbs', but found a door and realized it's all one giant place. I questioned a very pleasant guy on a ladder about 'where do I go for lightbulbs?', and he immediately stepped down and accompanied me over to where he found the perfect replacement bulbs which were an absolute match, but a much lighter (weight wise) version. Info on the original LED bulb was barely readable, but he found what turned out to be perfect replacements. Upon arrival home, I replaced the non-working bulbs with the new ones which are an absolute match in brightness and look. Amazingly, the final bill was only $23.98 (including tax), which is just under $6 for each bulb. According to the box, these LED lights could last up to 22 years. I hope I'm around to see that when I'm 91 years old! Wait: There's more! This place is filled with every type and style of high-end lighting, so if you're in the mood to re-do any room or entry-way lighting, check out what they have. But again, I was so impressed with the expertise of the associate. I didn't catch his name, but his initials may be RM. On my receipt it lists the 'Writer' as RM.

I found the Fixture Shop on a Google search. I was surprised that they were able to get the part I was looking for in three days. I spoke with Salli on the phone. When I called to make sure they had received the part, I went pick it up as I live within driving distance of the store. Salli was busy when I arrived, so I spoke with Jim. He made sure all of the parts were in the box before I left. I was a bit surprised that the box had been opened before I arrived. Salli later told me that the shipping invoice from Delta was inside the box, which is why she opened it. It does appear that the parts are new and not remanufactured. I was assured that they are new by Salli and Jim both, and Salli did provide me with an order number from Delta. One star deduction for the open box mystery. Other than that, I am very pleased with the service received. The price I paid was very competitive as well.

He identified the issue quickly and highlighted the lazy workmanship from our kitchen installers (Taranto Construction, Inc in Claremont, CA) who were subcontracted through Lowe's (who we purchased our kitchen from). The shelves collapsed because of loose screws from lazy installers at Taranto Construction, Inc. It's infuriating to have to pay someone to come solve an issue that goes back to completely loose screws in the hardware that would've taken an extra 5 seconds to properly tighten at the initial install. But they know people won't see it, so they cut corners. DO NOT EVER USE TARANTO CONSTRUCTION INC in Claremont CA for a kitchen install, or any Lowe's in the surrounding area, as this is who they refer the work to. After spending a short amount of time with Walter, it's clear he knows what he is doing and is a professional. He even tightened and adjusted other cabinet doors in our kitchen he noticed issues with that had nothing to do with the cabinet shelves he came to fix. He was a very nice guy and I was glad I called him. Thank you very much.

Walter is a true CRAFTSMAN, not just some guy who works for a chain who wants to convince you to…read morebuy their product. We did a reface of our cabinets and Walter was the right guy to do it! Walter worked with us to pick the right product and colors. We went with Shinnoki real wood veneer panels. They are beautiful and durable. Once they got the veneer up, they routed then hand-filed all of the openings. Then that meticulously painted the face frames to match the veneer. They even painted around the drawers where you can see very little of the painting they did. That shows a lot of pride! Walter also gave us the look of frameless cabinets even though we would have had to replace the cabinet boxes in order to make them frameless. That's a lot of extra work. We got a custom job for less than the price of a non-custom job. In the photos you can see the detail I'm talking about. I've included before and after pictures. The before pictures are all dark, ugly drawers and doors. The after pictures are the modern, two-tone look. In one photo in which I have a drawer pulled out with hot pads in it, Walter designed that and made it fit. There was not a drawer in there before because it's under the stove and the gas line was in the way. But Walter moved it. Walter's very conscientious and not afraid to tell you if he thinks something is not going to look good. He'll do whatever you want, but we learned that he knows what he's talking about.
