Mike did the prep work and tile installation for one of our bathrooms. We went from bathtub to shower. He installed the floor to ceiling 2' x 4' tiles and added a shampoo niche and a corner bench seat. He also tiled the remaining bathroom walls half way up and the floor tile as well. Falcone custom tile review- I have several projects currently going on. The master bathroom is finished and the guest bathroom is currently being worked on. I have had my experience with several contractors so I can tell you that Michael is the VERY best at what he does and down to every single detail. I know he won the award for waterproofing and tile application in a competition in Los Angeles competing with the best out there. Once you see his work you feel quite confident knowing that his time is worth every dollar. I am extremely particular about most everything and you won't find anyone better than him period. Michael is always prepared and on time and runs about 15 minutes early. He works very clean and neat. He's very easy to work with and I felt completely relaxed and peace of mind during every phase of the project. At the beginning of each project he really listens to you and your design ideas and gives excellent ideas if you need help, which I did. He really explains everything and is very patient. Michael is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to travertine. Although we weren't fortunate enough to have him do the work for us due to us having a signed contract with another contractor, he was very responsive when we called to get his advice and expertise on how to move forward with a cracked cement underlayment. We hired Michael to install 9" x 48" porcelain tile on to our ~400 sqft first floor of our condo. After a close inspection we discovered the concrete was very uneven since there was a 'bump' in the middle of the main room which caused cracks and about an inch+ difference between the highest point and the lowest point in the floor. With Michael's skill and experience, he was able make the floor suuuuuuper flat. He takes his time, is a perfectionist, and is very methodical. Great guy and works very clean. Well he called me and asked if I would be ready on Sept 30th. That he had a stop moment on the job he was working on. And of course I said, YES. The only problem was on my side, I purchased a tile that wouldn't work with the one I had, Michael said be sure to take a tile with you and get the same exact size. Well the 2 I measured where fine, but some weren't. But that Michael made it work, And now I have a One of a kind. I contacted Michael Falcone to get an estimate on some tile work, on my townhouse in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is our second home, as we live in northern Nevada. Michael arrived right on time at our townhouse and gave me a verbal estimate, for the installation of tile in two bathrooms. His estimate included the removal of existing floor covering, removing the toilet and base boards, installing backerboard on the wood flooring, laying and grouting the tile and then replacing everything that was removed. Having never used Michael before, I did some research on previous reviews, contacted his previous clients, and learned they were very happy with his work. After selecting the tile, I ordered and paid for the tile, from his recommended tile company and received a discounted price. The service rep was very cordial and spoke extremely high of Michael and his work ethic and attention to detail. Michael completed the job in 2 days and sent me progress pictures of his work. He ran into a small issue with one of the doors not closing properly at the base and for a small charge, Michael fixed it. His estimate was spot on and stuck by his original estimate. I can honestly say that Michael is a genuine human being and very good at what he does. He takes extreme pride in his work and does in fact, a sincere attention to detail.
