Excellent from start to finish! Bens crew did a great job replacing windows, stucco, drywall, texture, paint and tile work. Everyone on his crew is professional and cleaned up after themselves. Super easy to work with. very affordable compared to others.

I recently used LBC for some reconstruction on my home after flooding. Ben the owner was a pleasure to work with and his crew was polite and helpful. His prices were reasonable. They were always on-time and if not they called to let me know beforehand. When the work was finished I had no trouble getting a few items touched up. They replaced drywall, installed tile, installed a new bathroom vanity and countertop, installed a new toilet, did the plumbing for sink and toilet, and painted the walls. The crew always cleaned up after the days work. The main thing to take away from this review is Ben is HONEST and follows through with what he says he will do. I highly recommend LBC for any construction needs you have.

    Inside new cabinets

After working with LBC for 2 months I've learned to read the negative reviews! I agree with Jilleen, Andrew & Justin on Ben's poor communication skills. We were told the guys would arrive by 9am, at 10 am they were a no show. We text Ben to find out that hey would not be coming that day. (This happened repeatedly.) I agree with Omar about Ben's condescending tone & being rude. I agree with Andrew that Ben lies. I agree with Heidi & Justin on awful customer service. And, I agree with Andrew & Liz that Ben loves as many "change orders" as he can get to put more money in his pocket. Therefore I also agree with Sarah & Kristina that Ben is unprofessional! It was our fault that we did not get a very detailed contract from Ben. We had many issues where Ben wanted change orders to do our remodel the way we wanted or expected it would be done. Thinking that Ben wanted to do things right was wrong on our part. He is in business to make money like all contractors. We wanted to re-use a lazy susan in the corner kitchen cabinet - "No, I don't do that". We wanted one upper cabinet saved so we could put it in our garage - "No, we don't do that". We have 7 lights in our kitchen all on one switch and no GFCI - which is against code. We were also left with a 1.75" gap between the back of our new range and the wall due to a gas line coming in high on the kitchen wall (older home). Ben wanted change orders for all these things. We would have thought that a quality GC would want to do things right and include these these in a contract. Get a very detailed contact if you can tolerate Ben's personality & chose to work with him. Bear in mind that he does not do the work, he orchestrates it. He is the one you have to communicate with on an very regular basis. The quartz guys arrived after 11am and continued to work until 8:20pm! They should have arrived earlier. Ben's plumber must not have been familiar with installing a Grohe faucet that was purchased on eBay - open box (returned item). It was very loose the day they left but worked. We used for about 4 days (since they could not come out any earlier to tighten it) until we heard a crack when my husband was using it - it broke! Edges of cabinets shelving were splintered and wood lifted. Electricians had to access the kitchen ceiling through our garage to install can lighting, so they cut a hole; it was never repaired. The quartz guys damaged the side wall. Ben also told us that we have a 9" overhang on our peninsula, it is only 5'5". We had a 5" thick existing wall that was reduced in height. If a new wall had been installed (instead of using our existing wall, it probably would have been thinner giving us a 9" overhang. Ben's math was wrong. We had little to no problem with this hired help. For the most part they were polite and cleaned up fine at the end of the day. I even have contact information from 2 of them for possible future work needs. We offered an outdoor patio table to one of them - free for the taking. Ben is your contact if you hire him; he is also the problem. It was so stressful working with Ben that we chose to hire others to correct the work that was not done correctly or poorly rather deal with Ben's personality and over-priced change orders from him. We just wanted to be done with Ben. FYI -the work took a full month more that the completion date on the contract. We do not recommend Ben. See pics.

I selected LBC Construction to do a major reconstruction of my kitchen, dining and living rooms. Ben Loveridge the owner was very instrumental in creating design, and implementing into a finished product. While the project took longer than initially planned due to Covid, the end results was well worth the wait. Ben was personally involved in every aspect of the teardown and reconstruction. His very high standards was reflected in every phase of the project, including advising on materials, colors and finishes. If you are looking for top quality, high standards and excellent design, you will be happy with LBC.

I gave a top rating because they are easy to work with and gave clean quotes. If I had ordered the right dog door the project would have been done on time. This was during the beginning of the shut downs so things had to be put on hold for a short amount of time. The job is clean and I am very happy with the work Mel did. He did a great job and kept things clean as he worked.

If you are ready to embark on a major house renovation, you have found the right company for the job. Major projects like kitchen and bathroom remodels require attention to detail and that's something you'll be sure to get from LBC. You will have tons of questions along the way, and Ben is quick to reply with answers to put the customer at ease. His crew were complete gentlemen throughout the entire 6-week master bathroom and master closet/bedroom project. The LBC crew was extremely clean and efficient for a project we knew would create a bit of a mess in our home for a period of time. In the end, my wife and I could not be happier with how our vision came to life in conjunction with Ben and the LBC crew. They literally doubled the size of our bathroom, transforming an old 1960's corner shower, single vanity and a dated look, creating a masterpiece. The project also involved knocking into an existing master closet to create room for the new shower and then knocking into an adjacent bedroom to turn it into a master closet space. This is a company you can trust, that will stay on a quoted timeline and in the end, you will know your hard earned money was well spent. Cheers to Ben and the LBC Construction Services crew who created a work of art in our master bed/bath/closet area.

Unfortunately, SERVPRO was on State Farm's recommended contractor list for our insurance claim. We were initially told the project would take three weeks, but it ultimately took five weeks. As a result, the senior homeowner had to stay in a motel for the entire five-week period. The following issues remain unresolved: 1. Door jams and trim work were not completed properly. Finish nails are protruding, the casing is uneven, and there was little to no surface preparation before painting. Only one coat of flat paint was applied despite the quote specifying two coats. It is also unclear why flat paint was used instead of semi-gloss on the trim. 2. The newly installed shower is approximately one inch wider than the original, causing the mixer valve to sit too far back. The valve had been replaced by our plumber prior to the project. This issue should have been identified and discussed before installation. Instead, an extension valve was installed that does not function properly. The shower head is mounted too low, the trim plate does not sit flush against the wall, and the caulking along the top of the shower remains incomplete. 3. In the master bathroom, the door is loose due to stripped screws and swings open on its own. The tile grout work is also substandard. 4. I was informed that the vanity we selected would not work. Alejandro assured me that everything would be new except for the existing drawer fronts and faces. Instead, the old vanity, fixtures, P-trap, water supply lines, faucet, and countertop were reinstalled. The quote stated that new materials would be provided. 5. No final walkthrough was conducted with subcontractors before the homeowner moved back in. The project extended beyond the estimated completion date, resulting in additional room-and-board expenses that State Farm covered. 6. The quote specified that angle stops would be removed and replaced, but this was not done. There is also an unfinished hole in the drywall near the toilet shutoff valve. 7. The homeowner moved back in over a month ago, yet the contractor lockbox remains attached to the front door. This should have been removed before occupancy. When I spoke with Josh, I was told most of the work would be completed in-house, but numerous subcontractors appear to have been involved. Regardless, the lockbox should be removed immediately. The homeowners do not want any contractors to return to the property. Overall, the project was poorly managed, communication was lacking, and the workmanship did not meet the standards outlined in the contract or expected from a contractor recommended by State Farm.

From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Juan, the owner, came out the very next day to assess the damage. He took his time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained the situation in detail, and by that evening, he had a clear and fair quote ready for me. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. They cleaned up every night and meticulous with their work. Along the way, they discovered some issues from previous installations--an uneven kitchen floor and a bedroom floor that didn't meet the walls properly. Instead of just covering it up, they took the time to fix the problems before installing the new flooring. The result is absolutely beautiful and feels like a huge upgrade from what was there before. Juan and his crew were professional, detail-oriented, and truly went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend Inland Restoration to anyone in need of quality restoration or flooring work. Thank you again for a job well done!

I have lost a great deal of money, that's personal money, in this long drawn out situation. The owner took over 4 months to get my water damaged home repairs partially finished. His crew stole and broke many items. I'm still after over six years trying to get the owner to complete what is promised. My original kitchen had relatively new pecan cabinets which were taken out of my house and which had instructed the manager that I would put them in my garage for storage. The these were custom built cabinets. I repeatedly told the manager I would not sell them. When I inquired about their whereabouts, I get no answer. Those cabinets cost me $5000. They put in the cheapest cabinets Home Depot sells which are. Not even properly in-stalled and chip very easily and are difficult space wise. I paid them $16,000 to redo my master bath. The owner,Chuba, laughed at me when I asked for a list of items to be installed. He also had the painter water down the paint to make it stretch to cover the whole area. It's the poorest job I've ever seen. A tiled shower has had 4 attempts to finish the caulking unit and there are 4 different colors of compound used. I had 2 newer toilets they took out and replaced them with the cheapest possible ones. The owner is not honest. He fought with me when I would bring up problems and would never replace what he took out. I'm sure they were used elsewhere. I live alone and had no help at my age 85 to get things done properly. So I sit here in a house that the walls need painting, toilets are not very functional, and everything they did was poor quality. Oh I could go but you have the idea. I would never recommend Servpro with this owner. If you need more information, I would be glad to share more. Judy in Redlands
