    This was the master's bathroom after the ceiling collapsed. Thank God nobody was hurt

    Last September 18, my ceiling cave in the master's bedroomI was so devastated. Called AAA and they responded at once and sent a plumber and team delta to the rescue. Team Delta came the next day with machine to absorb water that was accumulated in the walls. After they found out that everything had dried out here comes Scott with his team to restore whatever was broken and made my house more beautiful than it was. I really appreciate all the hard work they placed and whatever I asked they explained it very patiently. Everyone went far and beyond specially Scott who sent the best of the best of Team Delta.

    We had Team Delta in charge of our rebuild after a kitchen flood. It was the most devastating, painful, stressful experience working with them. Their workers seemed like they were brought off the street with no supervision, tools or knowledge of the job. No coordinator or supervisor on premises. All installation had to be done many times over due to poor craftsmanship. My husband had to be there every second to basically supervise and correct. Everything that Delta promises expect the opposite. Just hire another company. You will be better off. Worst company in the area to deal with with minimal communication from them. Everything in there customer letter you will get the opposite. All highlighted will areas are what you won't get. BEWARE!

    Yet I still got charged over 200 dollars for no emergency service to this unit.

    ****Warning do not use this company they will try to get you to sign a contract because your in a desperate situation and lie and tell you that your insurance is already approved when it's not. They will not provide you with the contract until after they've performed the service and you're on the hook. The contract states that if the insurance doesn't cover it you're responsible for the costs. All the while they try and tell you that it's optional to go forward. Then why sign a contract. I canceled before the 3 days notice to quit. We had a pipe burst at a triplex and called them late in the evening. We were reassured that they would help by Troy they only extracted from one unit on the weekend but I was charged two fees and I'm still battling to get the money back. They intimated and tried coercion to get us not to cancel the contract. Told the tenants the horrible things that would happen if the fans were removed. Even though their extraction was mediocre at best. When we pulled out the carpet after 3 days of fans and extraction it was still sopping wet. They promised that evening that they would help move furniture to extract the next day. When they came we were told they couldn't move anything. The workers stand outside smoke cigarettes and chat it up with the tenants instead of getting to work and getting the job done. I sat in my car waiting in the dark longer than need be because they were puttering around. My interactions with the project manager Kathryn to get my refund for the double charge was like talking to a brick wall. She could not once give me a straight answer as to why I can't be refunded for being charged twice for something that was only performed once. She even took it upon herself to lie and say that the tenant refused entry which was completely untrue. I hope that anyone that reads this finds a different company.

    I had water damage in my kitchen and Delta helped me through the process of filing the claim and working with my insurance on getting approval and everything covered. This is the first time anything like this has happened and was very overwhelming. I felt at ease having their help along the way. I love how my kitchen turned out! The project manager was great and the office as well. Anytime I had any questions, they were there to help and get addressed. Overall, very satisfied and I would recommend them to any family or friends. Thank you Team Delta!

We had a major leak this past year that the owner neglected to address correctly. I expressed my concerns multiple times about moisture and possible mold, but I was dismissed. Months later, I became very sick and couldn't shake the feeling that something in the home was contributing to it. Out of desperation, we called Bud and he showed up the same day. He immediately confirmed an additional leak we didn't even know about, and found 100% moisture in the walls of my bedroom. The relief I felt finally getting answers was indescribable. That confirmation meant everything. When we had to leave that rental in an emergency and move into a new place, Bud came out again that very day to check the new home. He alleviated my fears and verified that the house was clean. Mold illness is real absolutely real and it can completely change your life. I needed to write this review because I'm beyond grateful for Bud's integrity, responsiveness, and the way he dropped everything to help when I truly needed it. I'm also incredibly thankful he validated what I already suspected, when people around me thought I was being dramatic or neurotic. I wasn't I was educated, researching, and listening to my body. And Bud confirmed all of it. I'm on the mend now, but if you suspect moisture or mold, please call this company. They are honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the people they help.
