Everything ultimately checked out fine, but they still had to remove some drywall to ensure there was no hidden moisture or mold. The supervisor, Jaime Perez, along with his techs, Joel and Josh were extremely professional and had the entire job wrapped up in about half a day. I was so impressed that I'm planning to use them for the drywall repairs and carpet cleaning as well. I'll update this review as things progress, but so far I can say without reservation that I highly recommend this company for insurance-related restoration work.

Worst experience ever from Corey in August 2018. I was referred by United Drying company. They have a set up where one is referred and they automatically come in make you sign to do the work especially when its your first time dealing with a leak. I had called and asked for a quote and they won't come out unless you agree to sign with them. Gave me a huge quote difference from my insurance adjuster. To me these guys did not seem trustworthy, just a gut feeling I got. So I decided not dissolve the contract...this is when it all went down hill. Corey came and I signed so he can give me a quote AND I also signed a document that said if you chose not to do the contract you have within a 72 hours period to get your deposit of $1000 back. After not hearing from Corey or his company after 2 days. He said he will call or text me the next day to set up the logistics of how his team can work on the house when I am at work but I did not hear from them. So, after the initial consultation I got other FREE quotes and decided I don't want to work with this company. I called him about 48 hours later to cancel but no answer and so I completed the form to dissolve the contract and emailed it to them. Not too long afterwards I get a text from him saying that is fine. A couple of days later he texted me again saying that he had started ordering stuff already...as I had thought he would do so they can keep my deposit. I asked for the invoices that he had done all the ordering of supplies or whatever he said he order...he said "we don't do invoices until the job is worked on" yet...he said he ordered supplies so he will keep my deposit. I didn't really want to deal this this bs so I hope. He also said that they will take "$750" for all the work that has been done to prepare for this job. So far I have not seen my $250 back... I would never recommend a company like this or United Drying to anyone. As they have this ring of referrals and automatically think that they will do the job and push you to sign contracts with deposits.

Top-notch operation. We are extremely satisfied with Paradigm's service…read more Just finished up restoring the damage done to our kitchen and living room due to a plumbing leak in the wall. Amazing the devastation a tiny leak can cause! The insurance co. sent over the plumbers to find and fix the source of the water leak. In the process, they tore out walls, carpet and recently remodeled kitchen cabinets. Painful to watch your home get torn apart! The plumbers packed it up and left us bewildered at the sight of our wrecked home. We lucked out when we picked Paradigm from a list of contractors the insurance adjuster gave us. I can't say enough good things about Corey, the guy in charge at Paradigm. It's the first time I've had to deal with water damage like this; and it's been a relief to have Corey just take over and make it all better. The guys that Paradigm sent to restore kitchen cabinets, replace the ripped-out drywall, and repaint were very professional and did an amazing job. They showed up when they were supposed to, did excellent work and cleaned up before they left. Honestly, I don't have a single complaint. My home not only looks like it never happened; it looks all fresh and new! They matched the texture and color of my existing walls exactly! (not easy to do: one was a specific chamois color that I was sure they would not be able to get right. The painter nailed it on the very first try. Amazing!) I couldn't be happier and I love that I now have a team of skilled electricians, carpenters, and painters to turn to in the future, that I know will do a great job for me. (Hopefully for fun projects and not repairs!) Best of all, Corey really stayed on top of every aspect of the restoration project. I never would have been able to coordinate all these tradesmen without lots of headaches along the way. We are very grateful for the efficient way Corey managed the project for us.

Paul Duncan was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what actions need to be taken, to handle the immediate by seating up machinery to begin extracting water absorbing in the walls and under the flooring. Beginning the level of moisture detection and continuing daily monitoring until water penetration was dropping to acceptable water gauge detection reduction levels. Unfortunately, due to miscommunications with scheduling of expectations of the office, Technician Duncan became my "lifeline" in navigating between the next steps and being onsite when the the insurance "preferred" company showed up many, many days beyond reasonable and proceeded to say they were not detecting water gauge levels, however, not choosing to check all areas previously identified and sent to the field estimator for the home owner insurance company. I retired from state service responsible for customer services and external affairs, at the CEA level in a little transportation agency known as Caltrans. My personnel knew how I felt about providing above and beyond customer service to the public, in a manner a citizen would not expect of such a massive agency. And, as a former local elected official, again how we treat of citizens/customers matter and I probably cannot say enough about Mr. Paul Duncan. He's definitely a hidden jewel within a service who's called upon during an emergency and great when someone cares enough to respond and assist, rather than deflect the person with, sorry, "but that's not my job attitude...and you'll need to call back into the office!" Mr. Duncan, thank you! As you are a Godsend during a time of crisis! (Lelia) Deborah Robertson, Rialto Mayor, Emeritus

We've had a couple restoration jobs in the past and no other company was as careful and did such a good job separating the demo space from the rest of the house.
