Was met back by customer service rep with hostility, as I kept getting cut off. You'd think that after hiring a company & giving them business that everything would be put back how it was beforehand, instead we got met back with harshness & a condescending tone. Stating that putting lights back up is "out of their scope." She even went to say, "you haven't even paid for the work done yet", when we came into an agreement beforehand that I would be able to pay this off with a payment plan. They said they might have put it back up if we gave them the 2nd part of the job. Lol what a joke.

Walked us through every step of the dry out and demo and went so far above and beyond it's shocking! This house was absolutely spotless after the demo! I was shocked! They packed us up and moved us out of our kitchen. We didn't have to do anything but set up shop outside for our new temporary makeshift kitchen!! They even followed up with the insurance company to ensure all documentation was received and being reviewed for reimbursement. Never had to follow up on a call. On the rare occasions I had to leave a voicemail I got a call back same day! Even when it was after hours or on a weekend. When insurance came up short (which this company has nothing to do with!) they sent an additional explanation, documentation and photos to justify our position for the additional funds to restore our kitchen after a flood! By this time their portion of the job had been completed for about a month! Now that's service!!!! Camila and Darrel were our main contacts and they are so organized, thorough and very very knowledgeable. They know their trade and they know it very well. They went so far above and beyond on so many occasions. They were actually recommended by our insurance company and came all the way from San Jacinto to the Redlands/Yucaipa area! Hopefully this never ever happens again but if it does they are my 1st call!!!!! Serv Pro actually took over from a company who has a very similar name (DONT CONFUSE THE 2 SERVPRO IS PHENOMENAL!!!) The 1st company we had to tell to not come back bc they were not properly drying out our house and after 7 days the saturation reading were still extremely high although they kept telling us it was dry. My house felt like a rain forest it was so humid and Mold was beginning to spread but the first company insisted it was dry because their instruments were telling them it was. They clearly rely solely on their instruments and hire people who are untrained or very poorly trained whereas SERVPRO relied on their years of experience and expertise. The 1st company did such a horrible job that insurance had to pay an additional almost $6,000 to restore our floor which may not have happened had the first company done it correctly. Cami and Darrel of SERVPRO managed to STOP the damage from getting worse and save our 1950's solid oak wood floors so they only had to be sanded and not torn up. They cleaned up our flood damage and the mess made by the "other guys". What really sold me is that not once did they ever utter even a negative opinion about the other company, which in my opinion would have been completely justified considering the additional work SERVPRO had to do to clean up their mess as well. Being an experienced homeowner, I requested the manager (Blake over all 911 Restoration) send a competent technician so it would be repaired correctly. Blake assured me the technician was highly skilled. Fortunately for me, I was in town and was able to see the poor work the technician did. The dehumidification equipment was set up inappropriately. The wet wood would have taken several more days (and several $100s more charged by 911 Restorations) to dry. The antifungal treatment was piss-poor. The tech literally did a few squirts of thyme oil, and he didn't even get the wet and dark areas, where the mold would be more likely to grow. Overall, very disappointed in the technician's skills and pissed off at myself for falling for Blake's charming nature. He is not honest. Beware.
