This company is actually pretty fast at getting on site and putting up mitigation processes in place. They get 5/5 for that. I don't dispute that they were professional and fast to get machines set up and following up. However, they referred me to a restoration company that they supposedly work with all the time and that business has been unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time in restoring our property in a timely manner. If you're going to recommend a contractor/business you better be ready to back it up with your reputation. When I called Flood Force to ask why they would recommend Milestone Restoration I was sent to voicemail and never got a call back. I also wasn't super impressed with the $6k they charged my insurance. I still had to pay for the electricity of running humidifiers 24 hours a day for several days. If I had to go through this nightmare of a process again I would still use Flood Force for mitigation but would pass on the restoration companies they recommend and find someone else to complete the job.
