I scheduled an appointment with whom I'm assuming is the owner of MVB to come to my home on a Friday evening to review my needs and provide a quote. He asked me to send my information, which I did, and told me he would text or call with an ETA after leaving his previous job that day. Unfortunately, Friday evening came and went with no call, text, or show. I understand that things can come up, so I waited a few days to see if he would follow up or apologize and attempt to reschedule, but it's now been three days with no communication. Bobby was phenomenal! We had a plumber diagnose a slab leak so he called MVB out and I'm so glad he did. Bobby talked us through the entire process, checked on everything several times a day, and made sure everything was safe for my kids. They had packed us up and moved us faster than we could of dreamed possible. They also move the stuff back into the house after everything is done. But months later when we were unpacking our kitchen I was completely surprised with the care and detail in which they had wrapped our bakeware and everything that was breakable. (Also for these other reviews that are bogus, my insurance took a while to pay but all they did was ask me if I could check with my insurance to make sure they had everything they needed to process payment.) Bobby and staff were excellent. I found a leak in my house on a Sunday afternoon and they were there within an hour. The upstairs toilet had been leaking for sometime so they packed my house up and dried everything out. When the remodel was done they came back and put the furniture back in. I had what I thought was a slab leak and Bobby was recommended by my plumber. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in helping me talk to my insurance. It turns out the issue was not a slab leak and I didnt need Bobby's services after all. He didnt charge me anything for the dehumidifyung he did and even paid the asbestos test bill that my insurance wouldn't pay for since I ended up not needing to tear down the wall. I didnt end up needing restoration services, but if I ever do I will be calling Bobby! read more

First off we had 2 national companies come out before we were referred to Bobby. Neither one ever called back or sent the report they promised. Bobby came the same day and scheduled the work when we could start. He was very fair with pricing and ended up only $300 over his lowest estimate after all was done. Regardless of the fair pricing it was his professionalism that stood out. Mr. Villasenor came in like a tornado and he acted like he cared about the emergency roof leak from the recent rains. He responded so quickly it was unbelievable. I did appreciate that! I trusted him and liked him because he seemed so honest, caring and likable - he even hugged me when he was leaving. He went into the attic and then indicated to us that our attic, near the leak, was littered with rat urine and feces and also that the insulation was soaked with water. He mentioned we needed to get started quickly because of potential mold. He mentioned several times that he wanted me to leave a google review, a yelp review and a Facebook review on the day of the initial visit. Keep in mind, none of the work had even been started. HOWEVER, we got a second opinion..... NONE OF THIS WAS TRUE. I am disappointed because he seemed honest and likable. These guys are vultures. They come in like they are superman to save the day, but they don't keep their word and keep asking for money. They tore up way more of my house and floor than necessary. They went around corners and uphill against gravity WAY past where any damage could have EVER been. Then, they want you to hire them to fix the extra work they created for themselves. They are pompous and arrogant once they have you with your house ripped part. The insurance did not cover all the damage and they were not competitive to fix it. They think they've got you by the ***** and want you to pay through the nose to fix it. I had to have my house in pieces for months while I found my own trust worthy contractor. read more
