Robert Garcia showed up quickly the morning that a broken waterline had flooded three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the hall. Both occasions he interfaced right then with our insurance company. He was extremely competent and calming for us, always promptly answering our concerns. His crew was actually a pleasure to have in our home. Very respectful and competent. They did a slow and expensive job repairing a leak in a shower that caused tile damage. And here I am several months later, seeing water discoloration on the lower wood frames of the wall by one side of the shower. They're legally liable but when I called today I got a recording saying ' my call did not go through - try later-. I tried several times so maybe they did go out of business. read more

Beware! They came to help with a leak behind my water heater. Estimate was 7k. They started the work, removed a 2ftx2ft square under the water heater and cut through the walls there and treated with some sprays. Never rebuilt the box. Got upset that insurance wouldn't cover it. Never finished the work (walls and base are still missing around the 2ftx2ft section). Then billed me for over twice the estimate (16k). WTF I have no idea how they stay in business. Oh wait, maybe by threatening to put leins on properties. Looking for a lawyer now. Save yourself. read more

Where do I even start? I was intentionally misled to believe they could get my insurance onboard. They have charged me almost $15,000 just for the demo. I had other bids for less than that for the full rebuild. I trusted Donovan, their representative and he was intentional with his misleading statements. "I'm on your side." "I know I can get your insurance overturned. Just give me a chance!" No estimates or invoices were ever given to me till last week, and theyre saying Im 60 days out on the bill... the work was done in July and never an invoice till the middle of October. Then they offered my a "deal", which had to be paid the same day!! I still have no kitched rebuild since summer. I wash dishes in the bathtub. Beware!!! Outrageous rip off pricing We used All Out Restoration back in summer 2024 to handle repairs following a washing machine leak and ensuing plumbing repairs . Service was very good that time and our insurance covered it all. (Two week project off and on) We used them again in February 2025 for a much smaller drywall repair in the garage preceding and following a leaking pipe plumbing repair. Total time roughly 6 hours (8 with travel over the course of 2 days.) Actual work performed was very good but no more than 2 hours to remove drywall and 3 hours to replace. Mold testing was done took about 15 mins following plumbing repairs. All seemed well until we received a bill May 8th for $2600!! Our insurance covered $4500 of it but we were forced to pay the balance after signing their paperwork agreeing to cover overages not covered by insurance. (J will never make that mistake again) I never dreamed that a 6-7 hour project with only a 3'x4' section of drywall repair would be that expensive! I tried to contact the company and left 3 messages with their secretary /assistant but no calls were returned !! I found the number for one of their managers (Robert) that we had spoken with months ago but he did not want to handle anything . He said "Elizabeth" would call me but she never did . It's now May 23rd and still no callbacks. Sadly the actual work performed by their team and contractors was good, but pricing was absurd and total lack of response to my queries made it infinitely worse. Run away from this company! Find another company to do your drywall. read more

I would give this place zero stars. they try to come off as on your side and looking out for the little guy then go and try and charge you for work they didn't do. contacted insurance for a water heater problem. Then plumber called this horrible company spoke with merceades project manager as we stood around all she talked about how they can up charge white people who don't care or complain and that Mexicans compromise and make things work. after they left there equipment because insurance "covers" which they weren't gonna cover we cancelled this company tried charging 4k in work they didn't do then removed that and tried charging 2k after further complaining they are still charging us 609 for leaving there shit in my garage they couldn't take intill they had authorization to pick it up. I would not recommend these clowns at All Out Restoration. They should be in the circus business instead of Restoration business. The biggest clown is Diego the field manager or project manager came over and survey the water damage in my guest bathroom and told me I needed to replace the bathroom vanity and the drywall because of the leak with my angle stop. He said he will take care of it through the insurance and I told him I didn't want to pay the $2500 deductible and he said I didn't have to. His crew came over and tore up my bathroom drywall and vanity and left it fucked for weeks. Tried calling them and no updates. Took almost 2 months to get everything settled. This clown Diego promises something he cannot keep. They got $12500 for the work and I called and asked for the $2500 and no answered. Don't trust these people. If you want to hire clowns then All Out Restoration is for you. Otherwise go with a different company then these idiots. read more

The way business is done, I had a shower leak caused by American Classic plumbing in San Jacinto which is another company I wouldn't trust, anyways Robert from All Out came out my Mastercraft plumping recommendation got my restoration started and then pass it off to Milestone restoration company WTF. To shorten my gripe I wouldn't recommend All Out or Milestone restoration it took 4 weeks to complete small project. Clean up after job done terrible F- grade DON'T USE THIS COMPANY ( RED FLAG) Some companies have to take more pride in their work instead of only thinking of money!!!!! read more

All Out Restoration is a crooked company. Make sure you get all of your in writing up front and make sure they do not hold a blank tablet in front of you because they will tell you that it says one thing and it says another. They will tell you that everything they do will be covered by the insurance company, but then bill you at the end if they feel like they did not get enough from the insurance company. They will try to max your insurance out and you lose your home insurance. Trust me I am learning the hard way from trusting them. The workers are polite and work fast, however it is the owner/management that will swindle you and the insurance with their billing; especially Robert. read more
