We are so grateful for Sergio and the hardworking crew of NEWGEN Restoration. We had a water leak that created a big issue for us in our ADU kitchen and garage. Sergio came highly recommended to us by our preferred contractor. He was quick to respond to our call and even came out to evaluate the damage on a Sunday afternoon. He and his team started remediation work the very next day and helped us navigate filing a claim with our insurance. The demo team even stayed late to make sure they completed the work in one day. They treated the affected areas to prevent organic growth (mold!) and tested moisture levels to make sure that everything was back within the normal range before concluding the project. They were very polite and timely in their communication. There was one area where we were disappointed, however. They made an administrative error when sending over their report to our insurance (typo in the email address), which delayed our project by about a week. We were able to work together to get the master resolved, but the delay was a bit of bummer. All that said, we would highly recommend Sergio and the NEWGEN team. Hilario was the most honest person and helpful person to take care of my great leak that happened to my home. He and his team came over right away and took care of the water flood that spread all throughout the home. Hilario was the contact person I worked with and he was able to guide me from beginning to end to get the house restored.
