Working with this team was completely positive and professional. I had some water damage to my garage and they were able to get it back to normal with a handful of weeks! All the team members I communicated with were professional, responsive and quick. From the front desk, to the mitigation team, to their rebuild team it was all a positive experience. This was the first time I had to work with insurance and they helped the entire way through. My garage looks great and I couldn't be happier with their service, quality and value of work. Thank you Ian, Nate and Sam! You were all great to work with. read more

If you have an issue with your home, call these guys! They're truly the best. From start to finish, they were honest, reliable, and incredibly trustworthy. Going through a restoration process can be extremely stressful, and I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through it without them. They walked me through every step, explained everything clearly, and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company and made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier. They were truly a valuable team player and went above and beyond to help us. I can't recommend them enough! Sam and Nate are an absolutely amazing team! From the moment you make the first call all the way through post-completion, Sam is incredibly communicative, responsive, and thorough. She answers every question promptly and provides detailed, honest explanations throughout the entire process. I've worked with quite a few mold remediation and restoration companies over the years, and unfortunately, many have been short, rude, difficult to work with, and extremely overpriced. These guys are the complete opposite. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable, their service is unmatched, and, most importantly, they are genuinely kind and care about their customers. I appreciate them so much and will absolutely be calling them for all of my water remediation and mold restoration needs going forward. If you find yourself in a stressful or difficult situation, give them a call!! They are responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and will get right on it. I cannot recommend Sam and Nate highly enough! read more

From first calling Nate at Swift to every interaction since, we have been thrilled with the level of service. We had a flood when we were out of the country and Nate made sure everything ran smoothly, quickly, and ahead of schedule. It's rare to meet someone who actually follows through and delivers results every single day of a project. I have suggested to our HOA that Swift should be the only company they call in the future. They are incredibly helpful when dealing with insurance claims, and take the stress out of everything for you, making the whole process so much easier. Absolutely Five stars! read more

We recently discovered a leak in our downstairs bathroom which caused mold in the adjacent closet and in the drywall. I called a several contractors but no one was as responsive as Swift Restoration. They were very empathetic to our situation and made us feel that everything would be ok. They had great follow up which was very important to us during a stressful situation. Unfortunately, our insurance did not cover the damages, but Swift Restoration provided a quick and very reasonable quote so we easily decided to go with their services. From the moment that Nate and Robert entered our home, we knew that they were going to take care of our problem. They were both very personable, friendly, and efficient. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to do the remediation. Nate also gave us peace of mind when he told us to call or text him anytime we had questions or concerns. Additionally, both Sam and Ian were great with setting up the appointment and providing us the quote. There were no hidden fees and they did t try to nickel or dine us. They were very honest, transparent, and detailed. Thanks again Swift Restoration for taking care of us and living up to your name. They were very swift in their communication, follow up, services, and more... Don't hesitate to reach out to them if you ever need remediation or restoration read more

I reached out to Swift Restoration after we noticed prospected mold doing floor and baseboard replacement. Sam was quick to respond and requested photos so they could determine the scope. The owner, Ian, reached out promptly after seeing the photos to tell me that in his opinion this was a project I could handle myself and didn't want to overcharge me for a simple solution due to the dormant mold and resolution to the original cause. He gave me some tips guidance and told me he was more than willing to come out and service, but wanted to make sure I knew my options and didn't want to overcharge if I was willing to address firsthand. Appreciate the honesty, courtesy, and professionalism! Will certainly call them again for any restoration needs! read more

"Swift" .. this could not be further from a lie. Ha! Let me preface this by saying that the contractor i was initially referred to wanted me to wait a full week before they could come out ... to provide an estimate. An ESTIMATE. Meaning no work getting done. But this isn't about them .. its about Swift Restoration. As soon as I got off phone with the other contractor I opened up my trusty Yelp app and started researching. Swift was the first to catch my eye ... so I created the project and sent the inquiry. I opt not to blindly send additional inquiries as I'd rather pick my top 4 and send them out myself. Before I could even send the 2nd inquiry, Swift responded. I typically wait for 2 responses before I begin the arduous process of vetting and scheduling, but Swifts experience was apparent so I responded. Longer story a bit shorter, here I am 3 days later with a finished bathroom. I'd have been 5 days from having someone come out and look at the project. Thanks, Ian (owner)! So Ian naming his company Swift tracks. I will recommend Ian and his team every chance I get. I appreciate the transparency and expediency you and your team provides. read more

Ian and his team are great. Not only did they fix the drywall damage from the recent San Diego rain in San Diego, they were able to ensure we didn't get any mold in the house. And he was able to work with our insurance to get some more funds to repaint the master bedroom. Easy to work with and definitely recommended. Rare to find a vendor that will text you after hours and work with you to make things right. T-you Ian! Henry read more

If you're reading this you're probably in a stressful situation with water damage and you are looking at many of the water damage restoration companies here on Yelp. Go ahead and stop looking around now, because Swift is the best. I had a failed wax ring from my upstairs toilet leak water into my downstairs kitchen, and I got 6 different quotes for mold remediation and restoration. Nate from Swift Restoration was one of the only ones to not exaggerate the scope of what needed to be fixed, which put my mind at ease. Marco, the technician who demoed the water damaged parts of my kitchen, was extremely professional and did an amazing job securing the work area, even making sure that my cat did not escape as he was going in and out of the front door. I have vintage cabinets and light fixtures that I wanted to keep intact if possible, and Marco was able to do this no problem. I ended up staying with Swift for the restoration part of the job, and they did incredible work. The cabinets and ceiling look better than ever and like nothing happened. They were able to work with my budget without compromising on quality. Shoutout to Victor for an incredible job, this man is a construction master and he finished the restoration job faster than we anticipated while still doing solid work. Ian, the company owner, was available through the whole process to answer any questions I had and make sure that I was happy with the results. That is a level of customer service that is rare nowadays and I am grateful to everyone at the Swift team for taking the stress and worry out of my water damage restoration problem. read more

Ian was fair and his team did quality work. Thats saying a lot since our leak was right in the middle of our kitchen! Not ideal. But they are pros and knew what they were doing. Did I mention flexibility? They even came out on a Saturday. Good quality read more

they seened to be forthright and honest, didn't talk me up in fact talked me away from the full mold / moisture routine. I had taken remedial measures and they agreed with what I did. I believe i spoke with Ian. read more

Honest company here, highly recommend! I had already someone out to look at some minor flooding. They stopped responding, so reached out to Quick. Quick came and looked and said it was fine, could redo some of the finishes but not necessary. I subsequently heard back from the first company and they wanted $6K. Quick will be first call and recommendation from now on. read more

Trustworthy, reliable service. Perfect communication. Nate and his entire team were A+ from start to finish.

Ian at Swift said his company would start on restoration for water damage on 11-17. They didn't show up until 2 days later for one day and did not return the rest of the week. We got a call early Saturday morning, someone would come to work, however we weren't going to be home. We wanted to get some work done, however Jesus left our garage door open when he left, and we specifically asked him to close it when he left. Fernando the estimator (subcontractor) makes promises and seems overworked. We let Ian know and he did have Fernando communicate more as to when workers were coming. Ian did a great job negotiating with our insurance company and getting additional funds. The job is now moving along as promised since I wrote this review. read more

We had some small water damage in our 12 year old home. Nathan from Swift Restoration did not treat it as "Small" and was quick to start the cleanup and dry-out. That quick action saved us from having to pull up the wood floor. He recommended the correct amount of evaporation extractors and fans that did the job in less than a week. Ully, the tech that set up the isolation areas, treated our property with care. He stopped back after a few days to see the progress of the moisture removal. We were in a hurry as we had out of town guests arriving shortly. Ian the owner even got involved to make sure everything was going well. They got it done. Carpet stretched back and baseboards replace in record time. Could not be happier how we were treated. Highly recommend. read more

I would definitely recommend them for mold remediation. We had a relatively small mold problem. They came and handled it in a timely manner and we were reasonably priced compared to other quotes I recieved. They did exactly what they said they would do and exactly what we agreed upon. read more

I have really enjoyed working with Swift Restoration for the mold problem I had. They were responsive, professional and honest. They did excellent work and are reasonably priced. Ian spent time going over my mold report with me and did a great job explaining things. Lots of mold companies can scare you into thinking you need to do more work than is needed. I appreciated their transparency. Also, the man who came out to do the actual work, Ulysses, was outstanding. He was hardworking, polite and knowledgeable. I could tell he took great pride in his work and they did a fine job. I highly recommend them! read more

We had a mold issue at our condo and our HOA wasn't covering so I went and got opinions from a few restoration companies, and immediately I felt that Ian from Swift was the most honest and intelligent one. He efficiently assessed and scoped the issue, gave me a quote that was reasonable and reliable, and worked with me on the best schedule. Nate came to help on the project and was tremendous. Super helpful, informative, friendly and communicated well. Couldn't recommend him enough. These guys seriously do seem like the only honest people in this industry, so they're rare and highly recommended. read more

First of all I'm not giving 5 starts to any normal service and secondly it's not 5 star review to get any sort of discount! ( The work is already done) There was a water leak in our garage and I called more than 5 different companies to give me a quote for clean up and fixes. Among all Ian was the most responsive and honest one to work with. Unlike many companies, he didn't increase the work scope to milk the insurance company and truly did what was needed. I had a tight schedule to get everything done and he made it by working over the clock without losing the quality. For sure I'll share his company with all my friends and family! Thanks a lot Swift Restoration for everything! read more

Ian, Nate, and Sami were great helping us with our mold issues. Ian helped set up the air quality tests within a couple days and provided great advice about how to handle mold on our belongings. Sami was excellent at coordinating us with the team and keeping us updated on lab results. Finally, Nate was very helpful with performing the tests in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend! read more

Ian had Nate dispatched to our house within two hours of our call, after a water softener exploded (flooding our garage and crawl space). I had gotten much of the water out myself and had multiple blowers going, so the team assessed the current situation and best steps to move forward. Ian was honest and didn't try to up-sell what we needed as our scope of work. Instead, he provided free advice on how we could finish tackling the problem, completely free of charge. He continued to be responsive, and answer any additional clarification questions we had to remediate our issue at the least possible expense. I'm very impressed with Ian, Nate, and this company! It's hard to find honest people for these types of work, especially when people are in a state of desperation. read more

Mold in the house sucks, especially in the bedroom. Ian's guys were the perfect fit for the job. The main advantage compared to their competition is that they are a one stop shop, meaning they take care of the mold removal and all the drywall/paint/baseboard job that is required to leave the house better than they found it. We found their guys to be absolutely exceptional, especially Nate and David. Very thorough people, on time, and quick with their work. I couldn't recommend Swift restoration enough for all your mold removal/treatment needs. read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about Swift Resto! I'd had unfavorable first impressions with a few other local companies evaluated for the job, but within minutes of speaking to Ian it was clear they were the right choice. Ian took the time to understand the nuances of the damage and repair scope to get my home on the road to recovery. I've been in customer service for 15+ years and he is dialed in (the reviews speak for themselves, but trust me). David led the restoration and he is awesome. He took extra time to match the textures and finishings to pre-damage state (albeit like matching lipstick on a pig at times, haha). The team was communicative and detailed from start to finish and even gave me some tips about future home projects ;) Fixing damage sucks, and it's hard to know who is on your side when dealing with an insurance claim. Swift cared about getting me my home back and they did it quick and with quality. read more

Just got off the phone with Ian and am so impressed with how helpful, kind, caring, and knowledgable he was about my mold situation. I truly appreciate everything Nate, Ian, Tony & Blake did to give us peace of mind when some mold was discovered during our renovation. They could have easily taken advantage of us during a vulnerable time, but at the end of the day they are people with integrity who want to sincerely do their job excellently. Nate went out of his way to fit us quickly into his schedule & answer any questions we had. Ian also went out of his way to answer questions after the work was done & did moisture checks around the house to assure us our home had no concerns. It doesn't hurt that their cost was incredibly less than others who mostly instilled fear in us. Very grateful for Swift Restoration & will be happy to refer them to anyone & call them if we ever need again. read more

Ian and team are the best! Extremely professional, highly communicative, fast and very accommodating to our needs. My tenant had reported an area of their bedroom wall being moldy the day before a holiday weekend. I called a few other mold remediation specialists but Ian was the only one who responded immediately and was able to provide a quote based on a photo and sent a proposal within an hour. Ian worked directly with my tenants to coordinate a start date and was very accommodating to their schedule. Even though it wasn't a massive area, he still treated the issue with urgency and got a team to work ASAP. The timeline and proposed pricing was spot on to the quote, which I was pleasantly surprised by given he only had a photo to look at. They were able to identify the source of the mold and provide a recommendation on how to handle it as well. I really appreciate Ian's proactive communication from start to finish. You can tell the Swift Restoration team values their customers and makes the entire process quick, efficient and painless as possible. Thank you Ian and team! read more

We needed mold remediation between our first and second story. Swift Restoration responded promptly, and WOW! They had our dining room looking like the hazmat scene from ET! We had a pipe burst that caused water damage, and Nathan with Swift Resto was incredible to work with. He responded quickly, was thorough and honest, and gave us a very fair price when I was expecting it to cost a fortune. Nathan scheduled the work right away, handled the drying and mold remediation with great attention to detail, and left everything spotless when he was done. He doesn't upsell or push unnecessary work, which I really appreciated. Nathan was kind, professional, and easy to trust. We were dealing with a roof leak into our house and contacted Swift Restoration for remediation. We ended up handling the work ourselves after realizing our relatively small project and some communication gaps made it a less-than-ideal fit. That said, everyone we interacted with was professional and quick to offer an action plan. The company's owner reached out personally to discuss any concerns I may have. Can't ask for better than that. read more

This crew is fantastic from Samira handling things on the admin end to the mold specialists (Ian and Nate). To be clear, I did not have any mold remediation work done. Unlike other mold companies that use fear tactics to sell you on unneeded mold remediation, Swift provided an honest mold inspection. They did not identify any major issues of concern but also understand that some customers want peace of mind. In my guest bedroom, there were stains on the ceiling from a previous mold incident. Instead of replacing drywall, Nate mentioned cleaning or sanding it down to get rid of the stains. Likewise, in the attic there is some discoloration of the decking. However, Ian mentioned could be normal but not necessarily a sign of an active mold infestation. I'm definitely keeping these guys around! read more

Just want to give a big shoutout to Vito (Project Manager), and Damien and Gio's crew from Mighty Dry Fire and Flood. The demo crew did an excellent job. I called because we had a mold inspection done after going in escrow on house. Inspection alluded that there a small area needed to be remediated in kitchen. I saw the amazing reviews for Swift Restoration on Yelp and decided to call to hire them. Ian called me that day and asked me to send him the inspection report. He then reviewed the inspection report and called me back to go into great scientific detail why he was not concerned at all with the levels of mold or spores in our home and why. I have never encountered a more honest and thorough explanation when calling to hire a service company. Any mold issues or concerns...call Ian!
