Our plumber referred us to Drytech when water was leaking out of the air conditioner in the garage. Ariel immediately came out and said not to worry, he would work with our insurance co. once we made a claim. Sub-contractors came out to tear out the water heater & air conditioner so they could start drying out the area, which Abel did dry out extensively, setting up fans after ripping our sheet rock out. We contacted our insurance co. and they said if we made a claim our premiums would double. We told Ariel and he immediately stopped working on our project, and we had to find another contractor to find the leak and put our garage back together. My plumber actually contacted Dry Tech after we had a sewage backup in our 1 bedroom rental house. It is pretty shocking to find that kind of a backup and it flooded the entire 500 + square foot house. Fortunately for me he contacted Dry Tech on my behalf because he had worked with them before. Javier showed up just as the plumber was completing his job. He handled the water mitigation immediately and before the next day was over had contacted someone to store the belongings that were not affected, cleaned up the water and mess and had fans going to dry out the moisture.
