Martin, the owner, and his team (Joe) were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend PRS for any services. They helped us with mold remediation services and saved us from our terrible experience with Bill Howe. We are about to have a baby in under 4 weeks and they came in and settled all of our anxieties and did such a thorough job. They are knowledgeable, professional and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They ensured all our needs were taken care of and to top it off Martin and Joe are super personable, so easy to speak with and you can tell they both enjoy what they do. PRS is not there to price gouge you, Martin is there to help you solve your problem efficiently and in a timely manner. He understands what it takes to build relationships and to provide the best customer service imaginable. We are so thankful for Martin and his team! read more

I Highly recommend this company!! We used them for the majority of our water leaks, floods, etc. They're very responsive and reliable with a customer-first approach. The crew is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their pricing is hard to match- not only do they offer rates that are highly competitive and excellent in the market, but this pricing is also transparent and honest, with no hint of gouging or overcharging. read more

Definitely recommend this company to others, the owner is very professional and friendly. He doesn't try to up charge like other companies. All the workers are nice, very professional and work very well. Best in town read more

Martin and his team are super efficient and got my office back up and running in a few days as quoted. The total cost of the repair was fair and worth it! He was very responsive and knowledgeable. read more

Had a water heater bust in our house damaging the hardwood and baseboards. We contacted PRS and they were very attentive from the get go. Martin Perez and his team came in and completed their assessment and began drying everything right away. I'd recommend them for any of your water damage needs. Thanks again! read more

In addition to being an excellent and experienced estimator, manager and repairer, Martin is a great human being, whom I am proud to call my friend. Martin has helped us over the years through at least three water damage events resulting from diverse issues such as sewer blockage, storms with heavy downpour and inadvertent bathroom overflow. He is very compassionate, diligently works with the client (me) and takes care of all paperwork, whether or not the client has or wants to use insurance. He has a network of qualified people, who come in, do the job and do it right the very first time. I wholeheartedly recommend Martin to other prospective clients and wish him all the best. read more

Being in the HOA world you deal with a lot of vendors and you can't have too many restorations companies. I started working with PRS a few months ago and their level of service and constant communication is great. They are also easy to work and get the job done in a timely manner. read more

PRS has been doing our EMS and Repairs for more than 7 years. Martín and his crew responds immediately to our service calls. From drying to doing all the repairs, their quality of finished work is amazing. From the first responders to the repair crew, they do an excellent job. I highly recommend them. read more

I had a leak from an upstairs neighbor's kitchen into my apartment less than 2 weeks after moving into my new home. Needless to say this was an extremely annoying accident but Martin did his best to minimize the time for the repairs and the impact on my living situation. An entire section of the ceiling had to be cut out, dried out over the weekend and then replaced and repainted. It was quite an ordeal but he even managed to get the job done on time despite the homeowners insurance company dragging their feet. I can't speak to his pricing since the upstairs homeowners and their insurance covered everything but he was efficient and kind and I would use him again if I had any repair needs of my own. read more

I had a pipe burst in my (new to me) house. Martin came and found a bigger, scarier, problem. Mold! Martin and his crew at PRS had the pipe fixed, water cleaned up, and the mold promptly eradicated. Martin is extremely knowlegeable, always accessible and very helpful in the remediation process. He was instrumental in supplying information to the insurance companies. In an overwhelming process, having a company that are experts in what they do is crucial! I highly recommend this company to anyone requiring these services. I am so grateful for their help. read more

We had a great experience working with Martin from PRS. I was very nervous when we had our first water damage and was hesitant about trusting anyone. I spoke to Martin among many others to get an estimate and I have to say I went with my guts to give him a shot and trust him. I have to say I am more than impressed! He is kind, honest and reliable. Most of all, he is willing to work with your insurance and really fight for your maximum coverage which I have to say not many people will go through the trouble for. He was there when we needed him and went the extra mile to make sure things were comfortable for us. I highly recommend him and have referred him to others who also have had similar experiences. Don't be ripped off by other big corporate companies claiming to do the same service when you can call PRS and have someone trustworthy like Martin take care of you! read more

Had an unexpected water issue at my condo and my HOA suggested Martin and his PRS team. They responded and arrived promptly to assess the problem, set forth a plan of action and resolved the issue quickly and with high-quality results. They kept me informed of what was happening each step of the repair process and the final result was fantastic. I highly recommend Martin and the rest of his PRS team! read more

Martin of Precision Restoration Solutions was the best part of several water damage issues at my condo when I went through a streak of bad plumbing luck. He was totally thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, fair and honest. On top of that, he was kind and personable. That alone made the nightmare of the plumbing disasters easier to endure. Martin and his staff epitomize exemplary customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and guided me through the homeowners insurance claim process. Now that our building has been completely repiped I hope to not have much need for water damage restoration services for the foreseeable future. However, if I do, Martin at Precision Restoration Solutions is the only person I would trust. I give him my highest recommendation. read more

Martin and his team of highly skilled and well-mannered professionals did a truly amazing job repairing the water damage to my ceiling. They do what they say, show up on time, clean up their mess and do very, very good work! The resurfacing of my ceiling was done to perfection. Martin went above and beyond to help me with another issue in my house and provided service with a smile! I highly recommend this company!! read more

I took the company all the way to the CSLB arbitration process and won. Case number AS2013-240. Not enough to compensate the $60,000 in damages they did to my house but I feel morally righted. PRS insurance denied coverage of anything. I learn a lesson: A license from CSLB is worth very little and not a guaranty of workmanship, quality, schedule etc. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY read more

I can't speak to the quality of the work since we could never manage to get anyone to perform any repairs. I can only speak to the lack of professionalism exhibited. They started off by being over 2 hours late to give us an estimate. This was followed by over a month of no returned calls or emails to schedule the repairs. When we finally were able to schedule an appointment they never showed up and never called to let us know. We rescheduled once we were assured they wouldn't let us down and would make things right. If you guessed that they never showed up and never called about missing the rescheduling you'd be right. So after 2 1/2 months they wasted 2 days of my time, caused me to be late for work and nothing was repaired. Pros: - Apologetic Cons: - Late - Doesn't show up for scheduled repairs - Lack of Communication read more

"Amazing work at incredible prices, but know that they are busy." Everybody wants a piece of Martin and his team and it's easy to understand why. They are such nice guys who do their best to give you a very good price. Their skill level and the quality of work are outstanding. On top of all of that, Martin tries to support you through the restoration process with advice from his years in the business. I live in a condo complex that seems to always have a leak going on somewhere, so I've worked with them on a few projects. They've repaired a few of a my leaking ceilings. After they're finished, I can't tell where the ceiling patch starts and where it ends. It is a flawless job. The only "con" about PRS is that they are so popular. read more

Would not recommend these guys unless you have no other options. The one thing I will say that is positive, is that I truly believe that the owner is a good guy--I spent time talking to him about personal stuff, just shooting the breeze, and I don't think he would intentionally try and screw anyone. That said, the inital work was not done well, and neither was any of the subsequent work. And saying you'll m"make it up" doesn't actually make it up. The Backstory: We have a sewage flood in our bathroom apartment. Day 1: They were there within 1.5 hours. Okay job cleaning up, but a VERY superficial cleaning. They did emergency water clean up only and left. Day 2: Crew returns and rips out flooring in bathroom and sets up fans to dry everything. At this point, I am very clear on the fact that I need to know what their plans are so we can make accommodations for ourselves and our pets. I continually ask detailed questions re: scheduling to avoid any wasted time, etc. Day 3: Owner/estimator comes out, sees the adjoining bedroom wall is wet and says they should have set up fans in the bedroom and closet, too. Day 4: They were supposed to come and finish the job at 1pm. Mind you, they have been late and/or rescheduled for same day EVERY TIME so far. I call and they have no idea about 1pm appointment. Owner says he'll be there at 1:30, then calls back to reschedule for 2pm. NO SHOW, NO CALL. This was my 2nd day off work, specifically to deal with these guys. I am flipping out, so my girlfriend calls and reams them. They are very apologetic and agree to come out the next day, which we can't do because we have to work. They agree to come before hours and show up at 6am the next morning. Day 5: Finally, the work is getting done! They have to come back after hours for a final coat of paint and guess what? An hour late. Surprise. Sure, I was out of work 2 days and sleeping in a hotel while these guys messed around with our place, in between their other jobs. But, the REAL problem is the quality of the work they did. We had to point out MANY problems with their "restoration", including unwiped off walls, cabinetry, bathtubs (that they also empited their own equipment waste into creating more mess), etc. The linoleun tile work they did is okay, as long as you don't mind your new baseboards coming unattached from the wall. And, the replacement pad they installed under the affected carpet is a different thickness from the original, and they left a approx. 1-inch gap between where the old and new pad begins. I pointed this out to the nice young man installing it, and he just kind of mused for a moment...they went on his way doing whatever. Originally, they also did not pull the carpet flush with the wall, and when I asked, the guy remarked, "That wasn't like that?" Oh, and we had to have the building maintenance wash out the bathtub after they "finished". We told him not to bother to finish wiping down the walls that still had specks of sewage on them, since we were moving from that dump, anyway. In all fairness, if my apartment manager had actually managed this project, it may have not taken 2 days of my being off work, and 5 days to complete. But, still... unless you want a completely unprofessional scheduling experience and shoddy workmanship, I suggest you look elsewhere. Of course, that's the trouble with emergency services...you don't always have a choice! This is just a warning to those who do. read more

Our condominium complex just used Precision Restoration Solutions and this is the second time I have had work performed by the company. THEY WERE GREAT! They showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, matched all materials that were had to find for a thirty year old building and stayed within a very reasonable budget as we continued to add other jobs to original projections. Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking, the property has already made inquires to retain Precision Restoration Solutions for future jobs. Highly recommended. read more

Precision Restoration Solutions is a very reliable and quality clean-up and repair company. We recently had a huge sewage disaster in our house and we found Precision Restoration Solution's number online. We called at 9pm and they responded immediately! Within 30 minutes they were at our house taking care of the cleanup. From day one they took care of everything and worked with our insurance company to get things done. They really made us feel comfortable and eased our nerves about this stressful disaster. The cleanup and repairs were top quality. The work done on the house was excellent. They went above and beyond in repairing the damage and our home appeared brand new once completed! We were so amazed at the quality of the repairs and workmanship and were so impressed with their dedication and hard work to complete the job. I would recommend Precision Restoration Solutions for any clean-up or repair needs. The quality of the repairs was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations! i live in a small oceanfront condominium complex. A copper pipe had a slow leak in my unit. That leak was not detected until a rather large brown stain appeared on the ceiling. PRS came to the rescue! Martin Perez immediately set up the dehumidifiers and opened up that ceiling, located the slow drip and began the removal of the part of the pipe that was damaged. After that pipe was successfully repaired Martin turned the completion efforts over to his 'right hand man'. The completion process required drywall repair, carpet reinstallation and the reordering of one completely chaotic room that needed to be returned to its original order. WELL DONE! AND I highly recommend PRS! read more

Martin did a great job communicating with me how he'd check out the suspected roof leak (it involved a 20-foot ladder and a bit of prayer), what needed to be done to fix it, and what the timeline would be. I didn't make it easy by going out of town for two weeks, but he was patient and worked around my schedule. Martin, Adan, and the rest of the team fixed the leak (which was more extensive than originally thought) and then Adan came back to do the water test (success) and repaired the hole that had been cut in my bedroom ceiling. Better than new! read more

Precision Restoration did a great job with the enormous amount of water damage that occurred in our home during the weekend. We gave them a call late in the evening and they sent a guy out "Martin" to give us a free estimate and evaluation of the damage. He was very professional, and gave us a great evaluation of the damage that had occurred. We let him and his crew get to work right away early the next morning. They covered all the furniture that was in the damaged area, and brought the rest out to the garage. They worked quickly and promptly and got the job finished within a quick period of time for the amount of damaged that occurred. Martin is a great guy and highly recommend this company for your water damage needs. read more

We had bad water damage that affected three rooms and a bathroom. Martin came out that day to give us a free evaluation of the damage done and estimate. Next day he came out with his team and got to work right away. The job needed to be done in a very short amount of time and Martin and his team put in the work and stayed late to make sure it was done in time. The end result was very good and could not have been more pleased. We were really scared and nervous about our situation but Martin took care of us and helped us all the way through our tough situation. Overall a great experience and I would recommend Precision to anyone who needed restoration. read more

Precision Restoration did an excellent job with our water damage. We had a serious leak that damaged three rooms on a Holiday. We called Precision Restoration and they came out immediately. We delt with Martin from Precision and he came out and gave us a free estimate. He couldn't have been nicer! We needed the work to be completed in a short time frame and they catered to our needs. Martin and his team got to work right away and even stayed late on multiple nights to get the work done. Precision was very professional throughout the whole process. They covered all of our furniture and personal belongings so everything was protected. If ever in need of restoration services, I would highly recommend Precsion Restoration! They couldn't have made the whole process any any smoother or less stressful. I was very impressed and extremely pleased with their work! read more
