Leading up to the job, they stayed in constant communication through phone and Yelp messages, which gave me peace of mind. On the day of the demo, they arrived promptly and came fully prepared. They were professional from the start, even laying down protective coverings to ensure my newly installed floors and carpet weren't damaged. The entire demo was handled with care and done efficiently. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond. When I ran into an unexpected issue with a gas valve while trying to install my new stove, Anthony didn't hesitate to help troubleshoot and fix the problem. That level of service isn't something you come across every day. I highly recommend TNT Home Restorations for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to quality work.

My wife and I decided to convert our garage into an ADU and since ICR has done some work for us in the past when my son's room flooded we decided to give him a call and get a quote. Just as before, through the whole process Ignacio communicated each step of the process, he was respectful of our house while the work was going on, and the unit was completed in a timely manner in accordance to his estimate. We also swapped out our old water heater for a tankless so that we would have more space in the laundry room we created. ICR went the extra mile and did everything right from beginning to end to ensure longevity of parts. We are extremely happy with the results. The unit came out absolutely gorgeous. All the cabinets are very high quality, the oven, cooktop, and counter top are beautiful, and the bathroom is very spacious for a garage unit. I almost want to move in it myself! Lol. I love advocating for small businesses who do honest and quality work. If you're thinking about remodeling, adding an ADU, or need restoration work done, I highly recommend Ignacio Cerecer of ICR. After tons of research and 10 interviews, Coast to Coast was the obvious choice. Their in-house insurance specialist/project manager setup is a well-oiled machine. Casey blew me away with his experience and professionalism and handled insurance flawlessly. Bolo was an excellent PM, with quick communication throughout the project. I'm the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.
