We had a decent experience. We had a main pipe backup sewage in our rental. Unfortunately the…read moreowner was out of state so we arranged everything- except insurance. They quickly assessed where the liquid was. They contained the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The only concern I have is not telling me one day when they came and took equipment of there's. I spent 30 minutes wondering where the equipment went until our owner called and gave us an update and said they had been out. The guys doing the work were very pleasant and did a great job. The lead/project manager could work on a couple of things: 1. Be awake before you call a client. Mumbling does not bode well. 2. If you say you'll be there in an hour, call to say your late if it's more than 10 minutes- they were late by 30 minutes then ate in their car for another 10,. 3. Whether you see another company in the house or not , always speak to the owner/person on premise. A simple phone call would do if you're too lazy to knock on the front door. All in all, we'd use them again, but hope we are never in a position where we have to.

Unfortunately our home inspector wasn't licensed to test for mold, but he did recommend this mold testing company who he had worked with in the past on similar situations with home buyers. Upon our first conversation with the business owner we were impressed with his level of knowledge when it came to pretty much everything mold related. He told us everything there is to know about mold and we learned that San Diego is the perfect environment for mold to grow because it is so close to the water. In order to get the mold inspection done that same day they were able to divert their lead technician over to our home to take some air samples to send off to lab for testing. Just like we were fearing the results came back positive for mold. We were afraid we would have to go another company to have the mold damage taken care of but it turns out they handled that service as well. They were able to remove all the mold and we moved right in. We are in love with our new, mold free home!

I got in a legal battle with my landlord and it was a giant headache. San Diego Mold Inspection Experts we're actually hired by my landlord to repair the mold damage. They did a great job and were a breeze to work with. I work from home so they went out of their way to get the job done without bothering me too much. When I found mold in my next apartment, I didn't even bother going through my landlord, I just called them up and hired them out of pocket to come get rid of the mold. It wasn't cheap, but at least I didn't have to fight another legal battle with my new landlord.
