Arturo came to give an assessment of what is going on, what needs to be done, and when they are going to do so. The preparation they did before the work was amazing. I have carpet upstairs and they put plastics on everything so there would be a minimal cleaning in the end. Arturo communicated with me on everything they are working on. After all done, they cleaned everything, they put back my toilet with no issue, the walls are painted and textured. I didn't think that they were cutting any corners or trying to get it all done and get my money and be out. Only small issue I had was the communication about the invoices with their accounting team. I had to call them multiple times to get it updated since I needed the bills split between HOA and me. But in the end they got it all figured out.

He actually worked with my Insurance Adjuster, and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket, except for an unforeseen leak with wall damage after the initial estimate was done. He had his employees there around 8 am every day they were supposed to be there. Alex and Marcus (i am not sure of the names, but hopefully I got it right) did the drywall/patching of the mess of my kitchen. Then the cabinet team finished it off, painted everything exactly matching the original paint, and put all the appliances back where they belonged. The kitchen looked brand new, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. The timeline was as first estimated. If there were any issues, Jim took care of it! Jim communicated with me often, and he reassured me that everything will be done to my specifications, which they were. Great company! Wonderful project manager (Jim)! Fabulous employees!

They quickly assessed where the liquid was. They contained the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The only concern I have is not telling me one day when they came and took equipment of there's. I spent 30 minutes wondering where the equipment went until our owner called and gave us an update and said they had been out. The guys doing the work were very pleasant and did a great job. The lead/project manager could work on a couple of things: 1. Be awake before you call a client. Mumbling does not bode well. 2. If you say you'll be there in an hour, call to say your late if it's more than 10 minutes- they were late by 30 minutes then ate in their car for another 10,. 3. Whether you see another company in the house or not , always speak to the owner/person on premise. A simple phone call would do if you're too lazy to knock on the front door. All in all, we'd use them again, but hope we are never in a position where we have to.
