They quickly assessed where the liquid was. They contained the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The only concern I have is not telling me one day when they came and took equipment of there's. I spent 30 minutes wondering where the equipment went until our owner called and gave us an update and said they had been out. The guys doing the work were very pleasant and did a great job. The lead/project manager could work on a couple of things: 1. Be awake before you call a client. Mumbling does not bode well. 2. If you say you'll be there in an hour, call to say your late if it's more than 10 minutes- they were late by 30 minutes then ate in their car for another 10,. 3. Whether you see another company in the house or not , always speak to the owner/person on premise. A simple phone call would do if you're too lazy to knock on the front door. All in all, we'd use them again, but hope we are never in a position where we have to.
