They don't have enough people to take on a bunch of jobs but stretch themselves out so everyone gets delayed. Only when you start complaining do they get moving. Accounting is a nightmare with these people as I went from you owe us $3500 more to $1200 more to $1600 more. Only saving grace is a young employee that showed up most days, with good communication of what he was doing that day. Our dishwasher leaked, causing more damage than I'd ever thought a silly dishwasher could cause. After the affected area was cleared and dried out, Charles and his team came in and set it straight. It was not a large job, however, it still required coordination of many people to do different parts of the re-build. At first, things were fine. But as time went on, the work became incredibly lazy on their end. The contractor that was hired to repair our cabinets lost one of our drawers, then they tried to blame us for hiding it and failed to stain the cabinets anyway. More and more money kept being asked from us for less and less work being done, and they began to appear less and less over the past six months. They also lied to us about State Farm asking for the money, telling us that they were trying to mess with us about finances, and got fussy over a request for an itemized bill. We just wanted to have our kitchen be repaired after one of the pipes in our wall burst one day, and six months laters, we do still not have our kitchen repaired because of their inability to commit.
