What a great joy. And no, I didn't think I would ever describe a building contractor process this way. I started wanting a new second story deck, and then had to understand my roof was also bad. Beyond remodeling helped me with referencing a great roofer who proceeded to do a fantastic job. We contacted several retaining wall contractors before deciding to go with Beyond Remodeling. Our backyard had been experiencing gradual erosion and slumping over time such that the backyard was very sloped, erosion was occurring into the canyon area. Our main goal was to protect our home from any further slumping and erosion. Beyond Remodeling completed a two phase project on our backyard that involved phase 1 putting in a retaining wall, French drains, and a staircase access down into our canyon; phase 2 was backfilling/levelling the entire backyard area, installing new pavers, new exterior steps to two entryways, and installing new sod. The entire back yard has now been secured with a sturdy retaining wall, French drains will improve the erosion issue, and the pavers & sod are absolutely beautiful! Our backyard has been transformed, and best of all we have peace of mind when it comes to the erosion concerns. Beyond Remodeling completed the entire job in just 5 weeks.
