We just saw the completion of our two upstairs bathrooms done by Palm Construction. We previously used this company for landscape pavers in our yard. We were so impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail that we were really happy to work with them on our bathrooms. Both bathrooms are beautiful! We absolutely love them. Our project manager Avi coordinated everything from beginning to end and always kept us informed about what was going on. Sean, the project manager , was very professional and extremely helpful in selecting the right kind of grass, bender boards and pebbles around the trees, and designing the drip irrigation system. He gives reasonable cost estimates for the project without having to go through any bargaining hassle. His crew is very talented and did a fabulous job. To be honest, this starts from a in-person cold call at my front the door, which isn't a preferred route, but I was feeling as though I should give it a shot. First off, quality work to the landscaping, without a doubt. Fast, clean and efficient are words I would use to describe the workers. The main portion of the project was done quickly and exceeded my expectations for what my little modest yard could be. Leon, my project manager for the job was great to work with. While early on the communication was pretty frequent, it did taper off towards the end. He was always available via phone call/text though --so if I had a question, he was able to answer. Also, some of the additions to the project that we either added, or were not strictly landscape had a few issues, but ultimately the work was done and I am happy with the results. I didn't price compare to see how they rate, but I did check on reviews and online presence and it all checked out. Who's the property owner? Telling me it's public knowledge for you to know. That's not your business when my name is there too like we live in the home together. You're not a real estate agent so I don't understand why you will be looking up real estate information anyway on home.com. I didn't ask you who lives in my house. We had an excellent experience with Palm construction from start to finish. They actually suggested that only part of our roof needed replacement, they scoped the project well and sent us videos of their work as they progressed. They ended up pushing the project out due to rain and we were lucky they rescheduled because it did rain! They were slightly slow to come back and touch up one part of their work but we weren't on a deadline. When they came back to touch up some paint, the guys even ended up painting our patio too. They were absolutely lovely to work with. Highly recommend! QUICK UPDATE: The checkout process was easy and thorough, they answered all our questions. Palm's system of accountability and oversight on the job from start to finish really sets them apart, and if we said somehting was important to us, it was important to them.
