I worked closely with Ofek, the project manager, who was attentive and responsive throughout the process. While there were a few communication hiccups between the subcontractors Ofek always made sure to address any issues with me right away and keep things moving forward. I also appreciated that when some of the work wasn't up to standard, Omer stepped in and made sure everything was corrected properly. It meant a lot that the team took responsibility for any mistakes and followed through to make sure the end result looked great. I love my new kitchen--it's both beautiful and highly functional. Thank you to the team for making it right and delivering a space I truly enjoy.

The whole space looks clean, level, and completely transformed. Everything we asked for was delivered, and even improved along the way. If you're looking for a reliable contractor who takes pride in the work and keeps you in the loop, I'd definitely recommend Omer and G&L Design and Build.

After seeing an ad on Instagram, I decided to reach out to New Age Design & Build for a quote, along with a few other companies. Their quote was very competitive, and they were able to start the project quickly, which was important to us because we wanted to enjoy the pool during the summer. From start to finish, the entire project took only 10 days. Yotam was our project manager, and he did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process. He checked in with me daily to explain what work was being done, answer questions, and offer suggestions for design improvements and additional repairs. We ended up taking several of his recommendations and are very happy with the results. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of work, communication, and how efficiently the project was completed. The only concern I had was with some exposed rebar in the hot tub that, in my opinion, should have been replaced rather than patched over. NADB assured me that this would not cause any issues and explained that this approach helped keep costs down. While I was initially hesitant, I appreciated their transparency and honesty. We are very happy with our renovated pool and would recommend New Age Design & Build to anyone looking for pool repairs or remodeling.

What really stood out was that he sent skilled professionals for every part of the remodel and consistently kept us updated on progress, which made the entire process stress-free. What impressed me most was his integrity and commitment to his work even after the project was completed. About a year later, we had an issue with the gas line connected to the stove. He came out promptly, replaced it, and didn't charge us anything. It's rare to find someone who truly stands behind their work like that. Reliable, professional, communicative, and trustworthy. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.

The job took a week total. I am very happy with the work done and questioned everything along the way. I gave 4 stars only because the final cleaning and finish was not to my nit picky standards;however, Nate understood and had his guys back to make it right to my standard before the final sign off and payment. The responsiveness of Nate is 5 stars for sure. I'd use them again

We had an outstanding experience working with Sean Shlomo Noriani and the team at Milan Design &…read moreBuild. We completely transformed our backyard, and the final result exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Sean was communicative, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. He made sure we understood every phase of the project, kept us updated, and always followed through on what he promised. What really stood out, though, was his level of commitment. More than once I texted him late at night with a question, specifically telling him there was no rush to respond until the next day--and almost every time he answered anyway. That kind of dedication is rare. The project included removing our old concrete patio, regrading the yard, installing new pavers, artificial turf, a beautiful Alumawood patio cover with lighting and ceiling fans, new vinyl fencing and gate, and several other improvements. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, and the backyard is now a space our family uses every day. One thing I'll remember most is how Sean interacted with our family. We have two young boys who were absolutely fascinated by every stage of the construction. Sean always took the time to talk with them, answer their questions, and make them feel included. They looked forward to seeing him every day, and by the end of the project he honestly felt like part of the family. Those little moments meant just as much to us as the finished backyard. The transformation is incredible. The drainage issues were corrected, the covered patio provides much-needed shade, and the combination of pavers and turf gives the backyard a clean, modern look while still being practical for our growing family. I've included before-and-after photos because they really tell the story--it's hard to believe it's the same backyard. If you're considering a backyard renovation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sean Shlomo Noriani. He genuinely cares about his customers, takes pride in his work, and delivered a backyard our family will enjoy for many years to come.

I'm giving Milan Design + Build four stars for my recent bathroom remodel. There was a lot to like…read moreabout the process, but a few technical design choices kept it from being a perfect five-star experience. The Pros: Permit Handling: They were fantastic at expediting the permit process with the city. Especially Sean and Abigail for calling the city almost daily. This saved me a massive headache and kept the project moving forward. Flexibility: Sean Shlomo Norianl was the project manager and Martin was the site manager. They were both friendly and open to talking over about the plan, especially when I point out potential issues. The whole work crew were also easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule and requests. Aesthetics: The overall finish and "look" of the bathroom is beautiful. The craftsmanship on the tiling and fixtures is visually high-end. The Cons: The "functional" design of the shower floor missed the mark for me: Extreme Grading: The slope toward the drain is quite aggressive. It feels noticeably "sunken in" when you stand in it, which is a bit jarring compared to the rest of the floor. Door Clearance: They opted not to install a raised ledge (curb) for the glass door. Because the door sits so low to the ground, it cannot swing outward if there is a bath mat placed outside. It's a small detail that has a big impact on how I use the space daily. Bottom Line: I would recommend them for their efficiency and professionalism, but I'd advise future clients to be very specific about the technical layout of everything and check the work to make sure you are happy with everything. If you are not, tell Sean right away. UPDATE: Sean reached out and offer to make the shower flooring right. This is why I would always recommend working with Sean and his crew because they will work with you. I'm updating the review to a 5 star.

Guy did a wonderful job explaining everything to me, especially since I don't have any experience with remodeling or all the details that go into fixing a bath tub to walk in shower--He was always patient and made sure I understood what was happening.
