We had a water leak under our front walk way and a 3 by 3 foot section of the cement had to be taken out to fix it. Since the entire driveway and walkway have the same pattern and color, we feared the patched up section would be an eyesore. Most concrete companies wouldn't even take my call, saying they only do big jobs or whole driveways. Diego from MCD responded quickly and came out within a day to take a look. He not only took the job, but he match the texture and color of the current cement. He was efficient, professional and did high quality work for a fair price. We were very lucky to find him and I highly recommend MDS Concrete. read more

Diego came and removed a concrete patio. He did an excellent job! I would recommend him for all concrete demo work.

Diego was easy to work with. He was on time and finished the job just like he said he would. He gave a fair price and was a pleasure to have doing the job. MCID Concrete has a good man working for them. I will highly recommend Diego and if I need him again he will be the first I call. He cut my patio 4" thick concrete. The area was 12" x 6'. He cut it and the rebar and cleaned up the area. read more

Diego listened to my hopes for our project to seal all of our cinder block retaining walls and install french drains, including working around some of our plants, and came up with reasonable and agreeable solutions for it all. The project took longer than estimated but his communication was prompt and clear. His was one of the more affordable estimates I got for this project, and he also was straight-forward and honest about the scope and possibilities as well as the limits to what was possible. It was easy to work with him and we are very pleased with his work. We gladly recommend Diego and MCID. read more

Diego and his associate Osvaldo are without a doubt the two most hard-working, detail oriented master tradesmen that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Under Diego's ownership and active involvement (he, the owner also does a lot of the work expertly himself) MCID concrete, poured over 4,000 sq. ft of concrete for my front driveway, entry, wrap-around walkways and back patio. Diego and his team worked long days, and very efficiently -- like the highest level of efficiency that I've ever seen. The quality of work and reasonable price speaks for itself. I literally recommend MCID and Diego to anyone I know -- he is so, so good at his work. Overall, excellent communication, attention to detail, master-tradesman skills on leveling, grading, retaining wall, drainage, and tieing everything together. There is nobody better. Period. read more

We needed concrete work done. Diego evaluated the situation, provided options, and had someone out the same day to grind down some old concrete and a few days later they finished up the job and it looks great. It was a old broken up section of concrete but was almost 4 ft deep so demo and new pour was not feasible for our budget. They did some grinding down and pouring in of the broken out areas to create a smooth surface where the water drains down away from the house. They did a great job, were prompt, professional, and completely cleaned up after the work was done. read more

Didn't reply to my messages to obtain a quote. I don't have time to try and continually contact a business to just get a basic quote.

I hired MCID Concrete in January 2023 to finish off a year-long a backyard renovation project. I needed to have about 800 sq.ft. of my backyard landscaping and old concrete removed, along with a portion of a block wall. After the demo, new concrete was installed. Diego estimated the job would take about 10 days, but he started on time and completed the project in under 6 days! His pricing was very competitive. He and his team were always polite and professional - and left the site spotless every day before they left. They pointed out several potential issues with drainage, but quickly came up with a low cost, effective solution! Another "plus" is that MCID does all their own work - nothing is sub-contracted out to others. If I could give MCID more than 5 stars - I would. Diego is one of the most honest and dependable licensed contractors I have ever dealt with for this type of work. I HIGHLY recommend MCID for anyone needing these type of demolition and/or concrete services. read more

Due to the small size of my project, many business didn't even bother responding to my yelp inquiries. MCID was the first business to respond and I am so happy they did! Diego and his team were super helpful and knowledgeable. They fit my project into their schedule quickly and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend MCID concrete for your projects. read more

We reached out to several concrete companies to quote a job that included our driveway and front entryway steps. Not only did Diego responded the quickest, but he was also able to come out to our property within 24 hours to take a look. We received a quote that evening, and Diego's team was here less than a week later to begin the job. They were professional, friendly and did great work. We've had some minor issues since the job was completed and Diego has been accommodating in helping us troubleshoot. We'd definitely recommend! read more

Diego came out and assessed our project, gave us a fair price and was able to work with our schedule

Fantastic concrete sub! We hired MCID to pour about 600sf of concrete. This extended our driveway and the path along the side of our house. They were great to coordinate with our fencing sub so that the fence posts could be set before the concrete forms and pouring of the concrete. Concrete was poured today and it looks great, a significant improvement from what we had. read more

It took them two days to respond and after that, no follow up. I concluded that they didn't want to bother with my sidewalk repairs.

Fast response provided reasonable quote. Showed on the day while keeping me informed regarding arrival time. The quality of work was excellent and the cost was fixed. read more

Diego and MCID Concrete did a terrific job with 2 outside repair jobs. He came out and gave us a very competitive reasonable bid. We had to remove part of our driveway and a sidewalk brick band because of 2 water leaks. MCID cut saw the jackhammered piece of driveway, removed the loose concrete and then filled the cut out area with base, sand, rebar and concrete. They also relaid the bricks on a sidewalk band plus fixed some loose bricks we had on our outside stairs. They also filled in some areas on the outside stairs that needed repair. They finished all this work in a day. I would highly recommend MCID concrete for your outside concrete needs. I will certainly call them again if the need arises. read more

I went with MCID based on the Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I needed a section of my front walkway redone due to damage from tree roots. Diego came out and gave me a quote on the spot. Once the rain stopped he came out and removed the existing concrete one day then returned and poured the new section the next. Cleaned everything up and removed all the broken concrete and tree roots. Good quality work at a fair price. Definitely recommend MCID! read more

My landscape design included some vague and semi-complicated cement features, MCID Concrete did a wonderful job on the project at a fair price. My review echoes several others, Diego and his crew are quick to respond, on time, hard working and good with offering suggestions. I called around to get quotes for a relatively small job to have a walkway from the front door to the sidewalk and to have a step that goes all the way across instead of cutting off. I honestly don't know where to start... I had multiple quotes, and a lot of expectations and the owner Diego made it happen. From initial contact to the finish of the job, Diego was present (very important to me). I just recently had turf & retaining walls built and not once did those owners show up, let alone work on the project...Diego on the other hand was the main man! Diego worked within my budget, and was transparent as to what all I could accomplish. Diego's crew were polite, fast and hard working. I am so impressed with Diego and his company that I already have additional smaller jobs with his name on it. Thanks again Diego for making my backyard look great! read more

MCID Concrete replaced our driveway and sidewalks. It was a basic concrete replacement, nothing fancy, but from the quote to completion of the and beyond) Diego communicated with us clearly and followed through with the work in a timely manner. There were a couple hiccups, which is to be expected in any project. He handled them swiftly. It is recommended that you ask about options (we've never had concrete poured and weren't educated on the types of finish, detail and cost involved). Do your homework, so you know what to inquire about. Overall, very happy with outcome. read more
