We needed demolition of an existing walkway and patio and installation of a new walkway along our driveway into a new patio. Rom was very prompt and communicated clearly his vision for the project as well as the detailed scope of the project. It was also nice to see his sketches of the design, so the final product was not so abstract. We ended up removing concrete and a strip of grass to create a walkway and entry patio, which used pavers. We also ended up removing several shrubs and roots to expand the patio. Rom suggested some small rocks to enhance an existing bed of shrubs, which created a nice contrast. All in all, Leon Design and Build was not the cheapest option (which Rom himself admitted), but Rom worked with us a little bit on price, communicated very regularly effectively, and ultimately installed a high quality product.
