We had an amazing experience with Elements, Jorden's company! They transformed our backyard beautifully, and the results look absolutely perfect. We received four different quotes and Elements offered the best value by far. The entire project took about two weeks, and throughout the process everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. We are so happy with how everything turned out and we are highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space! read more

We worked with Jordan and his team from early in our home addition design process through final price proposal. We ultimately decided to go with a different contractor, but the Elements team was professional, very knowledgeable and focused on giving us the best construction experience. I feel confident they would have done a great job for us. read more

We had Element Design and Build remodel our kitchen as well as turn our garage into a one bedroom apartment. We had a few companies come out and do bids, and we found that Element Design and Build were awesome communicators - they were the only company that really talked us through the costs. We had never done a large job like this before, and Ben took the time to explain exactly what the costs would be. Sean and Shelly managed our project and they did a great job making sure the quality of the project was top notch and looked exactly the way we wanted. They were on top of timelines, super friendly, and we loved working with them. We have recommended them to lots of people, you can't go wrong with this company! read more

We started our master bathroom remodel about a year ago after meeting with several contractors, and from our very first conversation, this team stood out for their professionalism, craftsmanship, and overall approach. Ben and Jordan were wonderful to work with from the start, and we felt confident signing on with them right away. It took us some time to procure materials, but once the project began, it was clear how professional and well-run their operation is. This was a major master bathroom remodeling project for us, and we are very particular about aesthetics, functionality, construction integrity, and inspection approvals. Throughout the process, everything was handled with care, transparency, and a high level of professionalism. They also helped connect us with an excellent material selection shop, which was a fantastic resource throughout the project and made the selection process much easier. There were a couple of pivots along the way, and the team adapted seamlessly, supporting both us and the project. From the owners and backend support to the on-site crew -- Fernando and his team were outstanding. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. We have no hesitation in saying they are among the best out there. If you're planning a remodeling project, we highly recommend reaching out to them -- you'll be glad you did. read more

I worked with Elements to do a full house Remodel it it was an a next level experience. I needed the remodel completed at a specific time and they made sure to not only assure my home would be completed on time the quality of the remodel was beyond what I expected. Given my budget my the price was fair but the service and quality made me feel like that value was beyond what I paid. 5/5 would recommend! read more

These guys really have a cutting edge mindset on how homeowners should be treated. They always put the homeowner at the table for every decision and treat them as the product owner of the project. The results are that the homeowner always feels that they made the right decision. That's how peace of mind remains intact and homeowners sleep well at night. read more

We had such a wonderful experience with Eido at Elements Design and build and their construction team Luis and Jacob. We had a bit of a challenging project and Eido spent two hours with us just on the consultation meeting to talking through his ideas which they truly brought the vision to life. They were able to fit us in and complete the project quickly. Eido was communicative, professional, and friendly. He gave multiple daily updates with pictures about the project and never made me feel stupid for asking a question. They are very detailed oriented and truly care about the quality of their work. You truly get what you pay for and we're very happy with the result. Highly recommend. read more

We just finished a kitchen remodel and flooring project with Elements and are so thrilled with the finished project! From the start, we right away felt comfortable with Jordan when he came over to talk to us about our vision. Once the project started, our project manager Shira was excellent to work with and responsive to all of our questions throughout. The whole project from start to finish took only 4 weeks including demo, flooring, and building out our brand new kitchen. We would definitely use Elements again for future home projects! read more

Project manager Shira is incredible in the amount of time, effort, and energy she dedicates to us. She goes above and beyond in sharing her expertise. She answered every question thoroughly and patiently to explain it all to us first time remodelers. It was very easy to get in touch with her, and was always available via text and call. I greatly appreciated her honesty and more than reasonable estimate for our project. I can honestly say her team was able to provide us with the most affordable investment and still with high-quality work. read more

I hired Elements Design & Build to remodel my kitchen and bath fully and install flooring throughout the house. When he initially came for the consultation, I was immediately comfortable. He discussed the scope, options for layout, and a few add-ons that I hadn't thought of and that are so great. His team took care of contacting the HOA and filling out everything I needed. The job was completed on time and within the budget originally discussed. After watching my neighbor's renovation go from 4 weeks to 9 months, I was aware of how things can take a turn. But he has a great team that kept on schedule. I love the final product! I feel like I have a new house!! I am glad I chose to hire Element in lieu of separate contractors for each part. The coordination was great. read more

We're converting our garage into an attached ADU and reached out to Elements Design and Build after seeing our neighbor's great remodel. Chanel quickly scheduled a next-day appointment, and owner Ben was excellent--thoroughly assessed the space, provided multiple options with clear price points and timelines, and kept it completely pressure-free. Fantastic free consultation; we now have solid choices to move forward with. Highly recommend! read more

We hired Elements as a general contractor to do a major remodel of our 2 story 60 year old house. The project included a new furnace, replacing all old attic insulation and ducting, total demo of all 3 bathrooms, painting the entire interior, and upgrades to lighting fixtures and flooring throughout the house. There were inevitable twists and turns and bumps in the road along the way as there always is in a project this size but Elements always came through with the best solution. We are very pleased with the results and are enjoying our "new" house. Would recommend. read more

I met with Ben, one of the company owners. He provided good ideas for my remodel project and his quote was the lowest price.

Scheduled a on site visit two days in advance to begin looking at our project. I had to take time off from work to be at the property, but they called 1 minute before the appointment to say they wouldn't be able to come out. So sorry, but my time is very valuable. First impressions count a lot, is this how serious you will handle my project? no thank you. read more

Ben from Elements worked tirelessly to try and get a contract with me to start my remodel. After the recent L.A. fires I called Elements Design & Build for help with house 'hardening'. Gil Attias, the contractor, found a 'fire-resistant' paint for my house trim, and I decided to have the stucco painted to harmonize. Because firewise guidelines suggest a 5' perimeter, Elements replaced plants with DG and built a short wall to separate this area from the rest of the garden. Throughout the project Gil brought in excellent professional workers, and I am very happy with the results. Gil was there at every step of the way directing and explaining everything, no delays. He is easy to work with and listens well. The cost for the project was entirely reasonable. read more

TLDR; Wow! Ben and his team are top notch. We had several things done in our home and are extremely pleased with the end result. The best part? We, including the team, stayed within budget - rare and extremely important. Our family wanted to do some minor upgrades to our home; recessed lighting, upgrade flooring and vanities in two bathrooms, start a remodel on the laundry space, add crown molding to the downstairs rooms, redo the entire baseboards in the home (including stairs), and install new ceiling fans in two bedrooms. 1. Ben and his team stayed within the original budget discussed. Often during remodels there's always some extra costs that get tacked on. Not with this team. The budget we agreed upon was the budget we stayed within. 2. Ben was in contact with us the entire time. From inception to completion and any hiccups in middle, we felt confident in Ben and his team. They even worked through the rain! Incredible service. 3. Just about everyone who was apart of the team took care of our home and its furnishings as if it were their own. Laying down blankets where they walked, covering furniture, and cleaning up and debris left outside. 4. There were a couple of misunderstandings on my part. Instead of getting frustrated, Ben and his team worked with me to make any changes I wanted without any trouble or argument. Overall, we're more than satisfied with the job and look forward to working with Ben and his team on future upgrades. In fact, we've already put down a deposit for more projects. read more

This is THE BEST construction company in so many ways. The owner Jordan was exceptional, as was the staff, and all of the skilled labor. I've actually never experienced a more solid company from top to bottom, in all aspects. Communication, follow through, expertise, patience, outcome, everything was incredible. They did a huge job for us, 3D plans for front, sides, and back yard, in addition to some additional work inside the home. Took care of everything we asked without hesitation. The entire job has turned out perfect, including pavers, stucco, artificial turf, fencing, gates, rocks, getting inspection, finishing HVAC, setting up pergola, etc. Highly recommend! read more

We had a cinderblock wall built in the 60's that was falling apart. We called Elements and Rachael was out within 24 hrs to assess our situation. We decided on a replacement of a horizontal cedar board and the recommendation was spot on! They demoed and removed the old block wall, used treated posts for new fence, and placed beautiful cedar along over 70 ft of fence. It is just gorgeous! Further, they allowed us mid-project to add in our retaining wall that was also unsafe. This was incorporated into same time sked and at a very reasonable price. We will call then first for any additional design and construction work we need. Heres why: 1. Responsive- we shared a text channel and any questions, comments, concerns were answered within the hour. 2. Quality- the materials were top notch and the final product shows this. 3. Excellent Teamwork- the workers on my property were tidy, thoughtful, and without question hard working. They truly cared about keeping the working area safe from any mid-project hazards. 4. My dog loved them and they loved my dog. My dog has good taste in people and I trust him to tell me when I have an issue. (No issues, says Boris) Jordan and his whole team care. Definitely call them to help with interior and exterior construction needs. You will not be disappointed. read more

Following a flood that destroyed my kitchen, I hired Elements Design & Build to demo and rebuild it. This is a small condo kitchen with a budget to match (thanks, insurance). I had called some other companies and they either didn't have much to show for doing all new kitchens, or wouldn't take a job as small- potatoes as mine. They were very responsive to my tastes and limitations, and put together a really nice design that works better for the space than before. They were also very quick to get started, which I really appreciated for a job this size. I had been worried that they'd have to schedule me way out on the calendar due to it being a small job that isn't going to end up looking splashy on their website, but that was not the case. They took care to protect the floors on the way to the kitchen and drape things off to reduce dust getting into the rest of my apartment. They hit their budget right on and calendar pretty darn close. If there was one issue, it was a few spots of playing telephone between the project manager and the construction team lead, but considering they all had other projects on the go at the same time it was nothing major. Would I recommend them? Yes. read more

I selected Elements Design & Build (ED&B) to remodel two bathrooms in my home. I chose ED&B because Ben had a few great ideas for my bathrooms, ideas that didn't occur to me. Shira from Elements Design and Build came to our house recently to listen to our plans for renovating a bathroom, involving replacing the bathtub plus the tub and shower fixtures, replacing the old tile and redoing the countertop and sinks. She paid close attention to what we wanted, asked pertinent questions, took careful measurements, and explained in detail the steps in the process to accomplish our goal. Within just a few hours after leaving, the office emailed me a detailed description of the work to be done and a cost breakdown. The price was very competitive with the one other estimate we had received for the same work. In the end we chose to have the other contractor proceed with the project, purely on the grounds that we have a personal connection with him and his wife. If we didn't have that connection, there is a very good chance we would have chosen Elements Design. I cannot say enough about how thoroughly professional and friendly Shira was during her visit. I would recommend that you call this company and seriously consider using them if you need a home renovation project. read more

Long story short, I had a flood coming from my master shower and leaking to the floor below at my rental property and everything had to get torn up to get the leak fixed . This is where Elements Design and Remodeling came into the picture, right when I needed someone to build the shower again. Ben and Jordan were amazing to work with and helped throughout the entire process. I wasn't readily available to assist with much and they understood and just took over the project. They provided me websites and links to pick out the materials we wanted and they even picked them all up for us and did an amazing job with the bathroom remodel. They were very communicative and sent us pictures daily of the progress and were great working around the current tenants in place. We couldn't be happier with the way everything all turned out. We loved their responsiveness, attention to detail, and how quick they were able to turn the project around. As a sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, I can really appreciate when people go out of their way to take care of the customer and are just good humans with an overall great character. These are the kind of people I want to do business with every time. I know their business will continue to grow based on the people they are and the quality work that they do! read more

Ben was very responsive to our needs and provided some creative options for our remodeling job at a competitive price. His project manager Shira was great at staying on top of her crew to ensure many details were taken care of. She was largely responsible for the detailed work and care taken in this remodel. Both bathrooms turned out beautiful, and the new sewer line installed was up to specification and performs great. A bonus was having the project completed on time.
