This team is amazing, well trained and fast. Discovered we had a leak underneath our subfloor on Sunday. Great plumber came out Monday morning and fixed the copper pipe leak which of course had been spraying water on the wood beams for apparently many days/weeks. The plumber referred us to DryTech and they were there in less than 45 minutes for a free assessment and quote. Great price so we decided not to use insurance to keep it off our record and they went to work immediately. Scrubbed and treated for mold, placed several fans, de-humidifier for a few days and once they measured wood moisture content was good they added scented crystals to absorb what they could from the dirt. I never leave reviews but am compelled to here, as this company is honest and honorable in a way that is so rare! We are renovating a mid century home and upon removing the tub, our contractors discovered a hole in the concrete right where the drainpipe was, leading to the dirt underneath. The dirt has what appears to be mold growing. In a panic, I looked on Yelp and called DryTech. Ramiro took my call and calmly listened. Despite being panicked and ready to pay whatever we had to, Ramiro advised us to just dig up the problematic dirt, follow with mold remediation spray, and allow the contractors to seal with concrete. He literally said that he wanted to save us thousands of dollars since it is in the dirt and therefore removable. I can't express how relieved we are and also how grateful for the honest guidance. We have unfortunately had some less than honest interactions with various entities during the construction process that have left us anxious and mistrusting. After roof replacement because of several leaks and water damaged interior ceilings and walls, a trusted contractor highly recommended DryTech and Javier, the Field Operations Manager. Javier and Ariel responded almost immediately and assessed the damage. Javier explained his recommendations, and reasons for them very thoroughly. He personally explained to my insurance adjuster the details of the damage, and quickly got the ball rolling. Plastic "wall and doors were neatly placed to mitigate debris, and the damaged, soggy drywall was soon removed. I recently had a sewage back up in my hallway bathroom affecting my laundry room and hallway areas.
