Top notch customer service ! As an owner , as a property manager I can't say enough positive statements about this company and the entire team from the office to the remediation crew to the construction side . Darrin has always gone above and beyond to ensure that the task at hand is handled efficiently and always with a smile .The entire team kills the communication and documentation and follow up . Always my go to when I just don't know what I don't know . Any water intrusion , flood , or emergency I can always always count on Service Solutions to be there. When disaster strikes I never panic - I just call them and the response time is impeccable ! Would recommend to any home owner, realtor , property management company . You won't be disappointed ! Did I mention their pricing just simply can't be beat ? Anytime there is the "M" word , or moisture it seems pricing sky rockets but I can say from experience this is not the case . Stellar service and very fair pricing ! read more

First of all, the company contacted me as soon as my property manager put the request in. The repairman arrived in the promised window. He did an excellent job patching drywall after a leaky pipe required fixing (by a plumber). He used a texturizer & applied fresh paint. He had some extra time and helped me with hanging a floating shelf that was beyond this woman's skill set. I am very pleased and will be contacting this company for any future needs. read more

Big shoutout to Bob & Joe but also the rest of the team. We had damage throughout the home due to a water heater leak, they came out super quick and the customer service was outstanding. Their communication and reassurance went a long way. They made us feel heard and made it clear they are here to work with us, asking us what our availability is and what works for us rather than telling us how it will be. As a fulltime worker that too went a long way. They left me with no doubt that they can get the job done as well as being the right team to do so. Thank you!! read more

The support from the staff in the middle of a crisis is astonishing! This is our go to company! read more

Really disappointed and surprised with the good reviews for this company as this was the opposite of my experience. The technician came right after a rain for an exterior leak causing water to enter our home. He parked illegally in our neighbor's parking spot. I advised him that was not our parking and he needed to move his car and he said "it's fine, I won't be here very long." He then walked right in our home with his shoes on. Walked in and out several times with dirty shoes on, hopping to miss the welcome mat the wipe his feet. He said he could put fans on the wet area but they would be loud and expensive. Then he said his company "doesn't fix leaks or do anything exterior". He then reported that we refused service. What the heck is wrong with this guy? Would never hire or recommend. read more

The water damage I had was a blessing in disguise. Look at this! I was able to get rid of these old 80s tiles and have a modern decent looking bathroom. Big kudos for Michael, Mac, and the rest of the team, I didn't catch the names! Thank you! read more

Unfortunately we have had damage caused by water leaks on multiple occasions. Fortunately I found Service Solutions Restoration to come to the rescue and have used them on five different occasions. I had the opportunity to work with Lonnie, Daniel and Peter on my most recent repair and would recommend them to anyone. They were great on all phases of the project, from coordinating with the insurance company to finishing in a timely Mannor. Job well done. Thank you. read more

Service Solutions is amazing, they are more than just a restoration company. We needed drywall repair/replacement after we removed a swamp cooler & skylight. We first spoke to Breanna, she was so helpful and responsive to our needs, we truly appreciate her fantastic customer service. Jared and his crew were fast, clean and experts in their field. The drywall repairs are beautiful, you can't tell there is a patch, it looks like the original ceiling!!! A huge thank you again to Breanna and Jared, they were courteous, attentive, reasonably priced and truly know what great customer serviced is all about. We recommend Service Solutions to anyone who needs home repairs. read more

I had a great experience with Christina Stuppiello from Service Solutions after I had an emergency flood in the kitchen. I was so stressed out, but my HOA ARK Management hired Service Solution and Christina took care about all of that. The time, quality and customer service was outstanding! I was updated every day and work took a very short time. They reinstalled new floor in the living room/hallway plus updated kitchen cabinets. Everything was done very professional, the installation exceeded my expectations. Workers took great care of my home and Christina was always available, easy to work with and very responsive. I am very happy and grateful for all work they did and mostly they did it without me being in town! Thank you very much for taking care of my home! read more

We own a number of rental properties and have occasionally needed contractors for different services. We recently had a water leak in the ceiling of one of our homes that caused significant damage to drywall, flooring, and the interior of the home. I did some research on finding a company that could handle this situation and I called Service Solutions (after hearing strong recommendations for them). They had a manager to my home in under60 minutes and he assessed the damage and quickly had drying equipment in place. He also put me in contact with a Project Manager that would be handling my case. The next morning the Project Manager contacted me and arranged to have two technicians begin the demolition process. I was really impressed with how their team handled the entire process. They communicated each and every step of the process to me and were always on time for each step of the process. The technicians worked very hard to get the work done as quickly as possible. I work with lots of contractors and I would put Service Solutions right up there in the very top tier. I will use them again for all future work in this category and I would recommend them to others as well. Thank you Service Solutions. (It is interesting to note that I used one of their competitors a few years ago when I had a similar issue at another house. That contractor was HORRIBLE and they left me extremely distrustful of any contractor in this industry sector. It's good to know that there is one contractor that can be trusted!) read more

No one wants to walk into their kitchen and have water pour from the lights, but that's what happened to me. After a brief freak out, I called my plumber who tore out pieces of my ceiling and quickly found a leak. While he was fixing it, I called Lonnie at Service Solutions and he said he could have his team over within an hour! His team there before my plumber packed up his tools. They assured me that they could handle the situation--then measured the wetness, put in dehumidifiers, identified what needed to be done, informed me every step along the way, and were amazing. Over the next few days, they packed up contents of damaged cabinets, removed the damaged drywall and wood, and attacked the problems. Uriel and his assistants were efficient, knowledgable, professional and respectful. Despite the noise and the craziness of the situation, I was so pleased to have them in the house helping. When they were done, Lonnie's team sent over Michelle Pishner and her assistant to help pack up my other treasures. I have to praise her myriad abilities, as a supervisor and hard worker, kind and efficient, able to assess what needed to be done, and founding a way to get it done. My goodness, that woman has a good eye and the ability to look around and figure out what needed attention. I can't offer enough compliments on the level of professionalism and courtesy possessed by every single one of the workers who came here to dig me out of this mess. Even my contacts by phone with the office staff was incredible. The whole company truly helped me make lemonade out of the lemons I was given with this unexpected event. What I at first thought was a disaster turned out to be just an inconvenience with the able, considerate and excellent help of Service Solutions. I just had them deal with the demolition and clean up because I had a friend who was willing and able to do the restoration, but I totally praise what they did to clean up and prepare for the remodeling. It was beyond excellent. read more

I've used Service Solutions a few times in the past, but never left a review. I'm in real estate and things always seem to go wrong at the last minute. This last situation I was able to call service solutions and Darrin Fleming was the specialist that came out. He was very professional, really knew the inns and outs of leaks and water intrusion along with possible mold problems, and remedies. He and his company were able to get me a bid within the first day, which I know is not normal, but we were up against a closing and they made it happen. I highly recommend Darrin and the company Service Solutions. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. read more

After my home was flooded (again) due to a blocked exterior drainage pipe, I decided to hire the company that was recommended by our condo property manager: Service Solutions. Despite the fact that the holidays & the pandemic made scheduling more challenging than usual, the project manager, Cody McComas, did a GREAT job of finding the right team members to handle the various repairs needed -- and each and every person who came to my home was courteous, cordial, professional and respectful of my home. My thanks go out to Cody, Bob, Victor, Kenny, Joe and all the other team members whose names I don't recall (sorry!). Thanks to Service Solutions, my home looks even better than it did prior to the flood. And I plan to hire them for future work, too -- I just hope it's not another flood! read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Lonnie the owner and his wife Christina at a Vegas Expo. They were super friendly and I decided to give them a chance for one of my rental properties. While I would love to give them a higher rating they were honestly a hot mess. During the whole process everyone was super friendly but they were disorganized and there was miscommunication between them all. I ended up talking to what I feel was all their managers/supervisors which made it difficult since I didn't know who my main point of contact was. I would ask questions and they would just pass me around to someone else which made it very irritating. The drywallers were messy and sloppy. They oversprayed and didn't cover well enough. The cabinet guy made cuts inside and only half vacuumed leaving the overall area dusty. The overall work could've been alot more detailed and cleaner. The worst thing about the whole experience was the few conversations with Christina. I felt as though I was dealing with an angry bratty teenager. Her professionalism could definitely use some work. Overall Pros -friendly staff -always answered or got a call back from the office staff girls Camila and Celia -time frame for repairs Overall Cons -no clear communication -professionalism -no clear contact -they are constantly in meetings -drywaller/carpenter are messy read more

Cody McComas did an outstanding job overseeing my extensive 4-room flood, coordinating all aspects (restoration, drywall, flooring, paint, etc) in a very timely & professional manner. I would highly recommend him. This all began with a call from my property manager saying there had been a toilet overflow flood at my rental property. Thankfully, my property manager immediately called Service Solutions Restoration & they sent out a plumber right away & then proceeded with the restoration. Christina also did a great job coordinating everything with my insurance company. The finished product is amazing! Cody got my place looking absolutely outstanding & I can't recommend him highly enough. Let these experienced professionals handle the job & you'll be very glad you made that call. read more

I am a property manager and have used a lot of different restoration companies, this one is by far the best one I have ever used. They don't demolish the unit so that the build back is outrageous. They communicate throughout the process. We really love working with them. Candy Tracy FCM read more

We loved working with Cody and Service Solutions. Cody was always responsive, helpful, polite, and professional. I would like to take this opportunity to pass the word out about Lonnie and his team at Service Solutions. My mother lived alone in her home in Oceanside for over 25 years. When the time came for her to move closer to her family up north, we opted to rent out her home. We were unaware of small ongoing water leaks in the kitchen under the sink and bathroom toilet until she moved out. We contacted three different companies. Not only did it take a long time for them to get to the home to access the problem, but once we received the estimates, the bids were varied and vague. It seemed like we would have had to find our own contractor once the remediation was complete as well as find a company to give us a report that the work had been completed correctly. As a final resort, we contacted a local property management company, Barbara McClain Property Rentals to get their recommendation. They told me Service Solutions is the only company they use for all of their properties. I called the office and reached Lonnie (he always answers the phone!!). After explaining the situation and urgency, he came out the same day as my call. Upon assessing the situation, he worked out a very organized plan on how to handle the remediation & clean up, working with a general contractor, Chris at Sartori Construction. Lonnie and Chris got together and worked out a plan to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. He also handled getting a lab report from Dr. Russell Stern at Mold Busters (always good to have for your files after something like this happens in your home). Lonnie became our "project manager" and did an amazing job at a very affordable price. Hopefully we will not need them again with water issues ... but, we will make sure to call them for carpet cleaning!! read more

Worst management ever. Technicians were good but management didn't seem to know what was going on. No one was ever identified as being the project manager, no one explained their process of different teams for different phases, workers didn't know the full scope of the job, many of my calls were not returned, they continually scheduled a time they knew was difficult for us then showed up late, at the end they failed to complete the job and ceased all communication with us. Bad, bad, bad. read more

Our apartment flooded due to a broken pipe in the kitchen wall. Brandon was the man that came out to access the damage. He was absolutely amazing!! Very kind and informative. As well Michael and Victor are very professional and as when the repairs were made they were taken care of in a timely quality manner.

Wow!!! What a great organization!!! We had a pipe burst and after plumber came to start the fixing of pipe they recommended Service Solutions. I'll start off from my initial call. As soon as I called them within an hour Randy showed up at our door. I was a bit stunned as I never expected this kind of speedy service. Randy is very helpful, professional and would add a delight to work with. They started the cleanup of the damage right away and a friend who is a contractor but not from our area had stopped by, looked at the work and although a critical person, was amazed at the professional work that they did up to that time. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any restoration needs. Reasonable, professional, phenomenal work ethics, great communicator, overall with a tough situation they made the experience very pleasant. Thank you Randy and team of service solutions!!! You guys ROCK!!! read more

The heavy rain revealed a slow leak around my door. I was referred to Service Solutions by a window installation company. With less than 24 hrs notice they came to my house to inspect the leak and offer suggestions. Darrin was punctual, respectful and kind. He did multiple test including damp meter and thermal for free. After some discussion he offer recommendation and down played the significance. He suggested the problem can be solved by rehanging the window and patching the wall. He didn't feel his services would be necessary given the minimal damage and that the area had already dried out. He could have easily made suggestions that would have cost me lot of time and money. I felt he acted with a high level of integrity. Although they didn't perform any repairs it is clear this company is ethical and acts in the best interest of their client. read more

In a new home, my bottom floor flooded. I was beside myself with shock and horror as I had JUST had also just put new flooring in. When Service Solutions showed up literally about an hour later, they offered a firm handshake, and a sincere, empathetic, and trustworthy, "Don't worry, we will take care of everything." I was immediately able to take a HUGE deep breath as they put me at ease, despite the nightmare and my extreme vulnerability and fright; I was absolutely reeling. The team immediately went to work toward rectifying my total disaster. They were an ABSOLUTE GODSEND...each team they sent for respective phases each was STELLAR -- super-capable guys who were NEAT, polite, and professional. The receptionist was very personable and always called and kept me informed. I felt TAKEN CARE OF and that EVERYTHING WOULD BE OK. This was very important to me as it's a very scary and vulnerable position to be in. Darrin Fleming was wonderful. We needed Service Solutions to check for possible water damage after the recent rains. He was extremely organized and conducted a very detailed, thorough inspection. He showed up on time. I wasn't able to be present for the inspection, so he called me as soon as he was finished to discuss his findings. He explained his methodology and tools used. He explained what was necessary to remedy the situation. He didn't try to sell us services that we didn't need. What was even more amazing was that the inspection was free!
