I was with another company who are making really shady claims and decisions when i looked up on yelp to see if there is anyone else who can help me. And this company is the one who responded and helped me out right away. They went above and beyond... Justin is the most amazing, helpful, responsive, organized and knowledgeable person in this business. He took care of us, guided us through the process and assured us every step of the way... even helped us with home insurance adjustor to get what was really needed, not on just what the insurance will want for us to settle with. I also wanted to commend Steve, our project manager for being honest and patient with the process. There are moments where i know he could have just let things slipped by without me even knowing but he was truthful on all the products and the outcome, he made sure we will be happy now and forever with the kitchen repairs. Also, i wanted to say how professional all the crew that came from start to finish, all were courteous, kind, hardworking and took pride of what they do. I even asked for extra work on some items and they delivered! I cant thank you enough. And will be recommending this company to everyone i know.

Ryan first came to do the assessment. Super informative and reassuring. Easy to communicate with for sure. On demo day, which was looooooong. Giovanni along with Nate and Raudel's crews were great to work with. They were efficient, polite and kept me assured that they would take care of things and updated throughout the process especially since I was dealing with all of this while my spouse was on a work trip. When I had my spouse on video call to see the progress, he said their work was clean. We've worked with other companies for demo but these guys were wayyyy better at it. When it was time to pick up equipment after drying time was over, Gio again kept me informed with what stage of the process we were in and what'll happen next. We still have a ways to go to get back to norm but these guys have been good to us since the beginning of the process. Definitely recommend!

All I asked him was, "can you help me get to the link where I leave a review."? But this employee went ahead and posted his own review of his own performance with the company and added employee's names whom I don't even know who they are. Besides that, I have not been able to contact their billing department about some concerns I have about their billing statement and concerns about their sales rep who assured me my flood damage at my house would be covered by my insurance. The sales rep even got on the phone and assisted in opening the insurance claim by getting on the phone with my insurance and not identifying himself as the Mighty Dry Sales rep, which I'm not sure if that's conflict of interest. In my case my insurance denied my claim, now I am left with a huge bill from Might Dry. My emails and my phone calls to their billing department continue to be ignored since 8/25/26.

But a few weeks later, they began coming at me with another $3300 in additional charges. And despite promises to stick to one contact person, there are now a total of at least seven or eight. Nothing is transparent or consistent. They are also extremely disrespectful in their written correspondence (addressing me by my last name and with no salutation, as if I were under their command in the army, e.g., "Hey, Smith!"). Apparently, this company's billing antics have become legendary in California (see Reddit, even just a glance). Other people have fared worse than I have--at least I managed to get them to complete the work, though now I have to waste time disputing bogus bills.

When we were told that we might have white mildew and/or black mold in our attic, we knew that some…read morerestoration companies will "find" mold or mildew even if it's not there. Our search for an honest company led us to West Coast, and we hoped the reviews were true. The good news is, West Coast is as honest as it gets. Askia came out and looked around the attic while I watched from the ladder. First, he showed me that the supposed mildew was some sort of harmless sandy clay-ish material. And the supposed black mold was just "lumber mold", an industry term for "stain fungi"--the common dark streaks in lumber that originate at the sawmill or in the forest, don't weaken the lumber, and are not indications of moisture. Who knew? Well, Askia knew. And he actually spent time convincing me that we didn't need their services. So do I recommend them to you? You betcha! An honest company is a joy to find.

It was the same company but different people running the job like it was a separate company. I ended up hiring another contractor that I had worked with me before.

Plastic was put down, furniture covered, etc. Then came "Team Dean" again, with Luis, Alberto, and Hermino handling the rebuilding of our floors, ceiling, paint, etc. And above all, estimates were provided and other insight for our insurance company and HOA battles. If you've never been down that road, this stuff matters. For those hesitant, I'm going to note that we didn't supervise the team. This was our second rodeo with them (first was with the handsome Dylan two years ago) and we had total trust letting them come and go as needed. Remember what good customer service felt like? Sit down, because I'm about to remind you…read more Between November and March I had three different remediation companies in my home. Two were forgettable. Express Dry was not. Let's start with the basics: they showed up 15 minutes EARLY. I didn't know that was still a thing. From the first call to the final walkthrough, communication was consistent and clear, no chasing anyone down, no vague timelines, no "someone will be there between 8am and never." Before anything else, their first responder, Christian, did a quick health survey -- asthma, allergies, immune compromised household members? They came prepared. That meant a lot to our family and honestly set the tone for everything that followed. The crew arrived that afternoon, introduced themselves, walked through their scope for the day, and then proceeded to professionally protect every floor, wall, and personal item in sight before getting to work. They worked in 100-degree heat, in a garage tent with industrial drying fans blasting, and stayed until 7pm on a Friday night. On a FRIDAY. These people have my respect forever. Each evening you get a full inventory and walkthrough of the day's work plus what's coming next. PMs arrived every afternoon to check progress. I'm convinced they swept up every last speck of dust before they left, the house was cleaner than before they arrived. Shout out to Christian, Omar, and the rest of the crew whose names I absolutely should have written down -- I'm sorry, you all deserved better from me. Meticulous. Professional. Health-conscious. Hard-working. And genuinely good humans. No affiliation. Nothing in it for me. Excellent companies and employees deserve to be recognized, especially in today's service landscape. If you're dealing with water damage, a flood, a slow leak, whatever it is call Express Dry. You'll be very happy you did. ---- 3/23/26 Update 1 - Johnny just left, he was checking on the project, friendly professional, and guess what he also showed up 15 minutes EARLY. I'm telling you you're not going to find a better company. ---- 3/25/26 Update 2 - Salvador just left, he was making sure we hit 15% dryness across the project before packing up the dryers and HEPA filters. He also arrived EARLY, excellent communication, called to make sure timing was okay. He was friendly, respectful and informative and asked if there were any questions and advised next steps. I opted to leave their tents up so the next reconstruction phase of the project didn't get dust everywhere. Would definitely recommend this team!
