From the very beginning, their team was professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They responded quickly, explained each step of the mitigation process, and took great care in protecting our home while minimizing further damage. Their crew, Mike and Matt (Technicians) worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and treated our property with respect throughout the entire process. As someone who owns and operates a property management company, I work with contractors and restoration companies on a regular basis, and I truly appreciate companies that take pride in their work and deliver excellent customer service. ServPro exceeded my expectations during the initial mitigation phase. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding service. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of water clean-up and restoration services.

In my personal experience, 911 Restoration (also operating as All State Restoration Management)…read moreuses franchise contractors for water‑damage calls, and the situation I went through with Ken McFarland and his family was deeply troubling. After responding to a water‑remediation call, they removed the water and collected payment directly from my homeowner's insurance. The problems began afterward. The company produced what I believe to be a misleading and grossly inflated "build‑back" estimate--nearly four times higher than the repair estimate provided by my insurance. Instead of presenting a legitimate, mutually agreed‑upon contract, they attempted to use the initial water‑remediation paperwork as leverage, pressuring me to accept the inflated costs before any repair work began. When I refused to authorize the work, they filed a mechanic's lien against my property. That lien is no longer valid, yet they have not removed it, and I continued receiving aggressive communication from out‑of‑state attorneys demanding payment. In my view, this is part of a pattern designed to intimidate homeowners. This ordeal has dragged on for nearly a year. I also experienced property damage and missing items during the process, adding even more frustration to an already exhausting situation. In my opinion, this company--and specifically my experience with Ken McFarland and his family--was the most unethical interaction I've ever had with a contractor. I strongly urge homeowners to research the franchise address and reviews before allowing anyone from this organization into their home. I wish I had done the same.

Paul Duncan was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what actions need to be taken, to handle the immediate by seating up machinery to begin extracting water absorbing in the walls and under the flooring. Beginning the level of moisture detection and continuing daily monitoring until water penetration was dropping to acceptable water gauge detection reduction levels. Unfortunately, due to miscommunications with scheduling of expectations of the office, Technician Duncan became my "lifeline" in navigating between the next steps and being onsite when the the insurance "preferred" company showed up many, many days beyond reasonable and proceeded to say they were not detecting water gauge levels, however, not choosing to check all areas previously identified and sent to the field estimator for the home owner insurance company. I retired from state service responsible for customer services and external affairs, at the CEA level in a little transportation agency known as Caltrans. My personnel knew how I felt about providing above and beyond customer service to the public, in a manner a citizen would not expect of such a massive agency. And, as a former local elected official, again how we treat of citizens/customers matter and I probably cannot say enough about Mr. Paul Duncan. He's definitely a hidden jewel within a service who's called upon during an emergency and great when someone cares enough to respond and assist, rather than deflect the person with, sorry, "but that's not my job attitude...and you'll need to call back into the office!" Mr. Duncan, thank you! As you are a Godsend during a time of crisis! (Lelia) Deborah Robertson, Rialto Mayor, Emeritus
