So glad we went with Gerald Construction. We wanted to remodel everything in our small house. They were patient with us while we were trying to navigate what needed to be done, materials, and navigating the remodel from floor to ceiling while we were living in our home full time with a 3 and 4 year old. They were EXTREMELY professional and organized. We did have a few hiccups but they were always responsive and came in ASAP to take care of whatever we pointed out. I know we must have driven Brando, Jason, & Vanessa crazy, but we were making expensive decisions on a home we plan to stay in so we wanted to make it right. Thankfully they stayed professional and their team was there for us as we went through this overwhelming but well worth overhaul. Gerold construction, Brandon the owner, professional, accurate, on time, and a man of his word. My wife and I had 2100 sq ft of porcelain tile installed on 2 floors and 1 master and 2 other baths gutted and 2 fireplaces. Lalo, journeyman tile layer and his helper installed the tile with attention to detail. Approx. 6 weeks of install. These gentlemen left our home clean and orderly daily. And accommodated us staying in our home during remodel. Jason journeyman plumber was valuable with explaining building code updates. And helped with design ideas for our shower for aging in place. They also worked and l left our home clean. Let me add we have white carpeting through out our home. Whatever part of they worked it was covered. At the end not a stain. One small issue and Brandon had one his crew at my home within days. Honest!!! read more

We had our kitchen remodeled and ceramic floor tile installed throughout the entire house. Our house had water damage and went through a insurance claim. If it weren't for Gerold Construction I don't think we would have a kitchen yet. Of this whole Insurance claim process, dealing with Gerold Construction was the only pleasant experience. Brandon Gerold is very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance claims. I highly recommend this company if you're thinking about remodeling your house, or are currently dealing with an insurance claim. The results exceeded our expectations. He has the best of the best on his crew, ceramic floor installers, cabinet installers, electricians, drywall, you name it. Very pleased overall. We were so happy with our home renovation. The staff of Gerold Construction were professional; very detailed; came every day they said they would- on time; were very quick yet the work was exceptional; they had a different crew for painting, woodworking, electrical, etc & each crew did a phenomenal job; they cleaned up after every job & were respectful to me & my child; their prices were reasonable but more importantly they came in on budget; plus, they were very quick to respond on every question we had. Gerold construction has done several projects for me over 15 years. I've always been thrilled with the results. Brandon Gerold is very professional and takes care of any issue immediately without question. I recently moved into a new move in ready home but did not like the interior. While staying with my sister in AZ I gave Brandon my keys and came home to a totally transformed home. He put in beautiful gray wood appearing vinyl floors. They are beautiful and so durable. Brandon installed beautiful real wood floors in my previous home, which I loved. Now I am totally sold on the vinyl floors. The back splash in my kitchen gives my home an contemporary look which I love. The quartz countertops look beautiful and blend in with the floor and wall colors. The work is always meticulously done in the time he gives you. My master bathroom and slider door out of master bedroom are next. I wouldn't trust anyone but Gerold Construction. We just got our Patio done by Gerold Construction and we are highly satisfied. They were super quick! The patio was done by early afternoon in one day and its not a small patio either. It looks great! Mike and the crew were very professional always and we aren't easy to please either. Mike even took our calls at 11pm at night. Really, great job. Our kitchen remodel nightmare is over. It started with the workers installing warped beadboard on the bar. They could not glue it so used numerous nails to hold it on. They told us that you couldn't glue wood onto dry wall! The owner, Brandon, stopped by to see what they had done. When asked if it was fixable, we were told that it could be fixed by sanding it and restaining the board. WRONG!! They ended up taking off the beadboard and replacing it; however, used an inferior wood for the trim. One of the side panels wasn't glued on properly, so we had to have it fixed. Lastly, one of the guys who did the plumbing under our laundry room counter, capped off a pipe that was drainage for the condensation pan in the attic. We discovered the pipe was leaking. Good thing we did, as our pan could have overflowed and caused ceiling damage. Brandon sent a guy out, who is a licensed plumber, to fix it. When he removed the cap, water came gushing out. On the positive side, which is why we're rating our experience a 2, the back splash and granite counter tops look great. Although, we did not receive the edging we requested on the granite (possible language issue with the installer) and he had to come back to polish the rough edges. When my husband went to pay, Brandon was dismissive and defensive about our concerns. I will NOT recommend Gerold Construction to anyone I know. BEWARE of the workers that are sent to your house. We were there the whole time and they still didn't get it right. BJC read more

I just had a rental home redone by Brandon and his team in Highland. Everything was perfect. Brandon was great and showed up on time every time. He is very knowledgeable and makes appropriate recommendations for your budget and your project. Brandon does not make unnecessary reccomendations just to drive up the cost of the work. His team is very good, clean, and hard working. Jason is one of the guys that did most of the work and he is great as well. The workmanship is perfect! Jason even found other issues that were not related to renovation and gave me the option of repair so prevent further issues with my home. He definitely went above and beyond. I have never done a project such as this and Brandon and his team made this so easy and stress free. I wish I had called Brandon sooner.
