The first meeting I had with the PM, I waited until 20 minutes past the meeting time, then I called the office to find out he was on a fishing trip! I gave the benefit of the doubt and asked to be rescheduled when he got back. He wasn't available until the following week. So I waited. I asked when the proposal might be available and when we can get work started and again I was assured right away. I texted, called, no answer. I was assured the estimate would come in by Thursday. Nothing. I called the office to see what was going on and was promised that the owner was looking into this and that I would be prioritized right away. Nothing. To this day I haven't received a call from the PM, from the owner, from anybody at Absolute Contractors. I put too much trust and faith in them and was completely let down. I forwent getting other contractors to bid the job simply because I thought I'd be doing business with Absolute. Now I've wasted time and money simply for the sake of taking a leap of faith on a company that doesn't really care about their customers.

They complemented each other really well in terms of the specifics of the design, what everything would look like, and what needed to be done. They gave us an accurate timeline of 3-4 weeks. Let me tell you, they were basically working the entire time (even on a Saturday)! Jesus was very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the process. I would highly recommend not taking a passive role during the renovation/remodel and actually being there. Since their team is big, there are details that the crew might need to ask about or that you need to bring up a few times. Everyone who worked on the house was friendly and receptive to our questions and preferences. After the project was completed, both Justin and Jesus let us know that they were just a phone call away if we needed anything or had any issues. Overall, I am just in love with the end product!
