We hired Fredy to remodel 2 bathrooms, install granite countertops and backsplash in the kitchen, a bench seat for a window "bump out", new kitchen and den floors and MAJOR demo work. Fredy is a perfectionist which shows in the final product. The outcome is gorgeous; 10 stars out of 5 for the final product. Unfortunately, the initial tile installer wasted 6 days with neither bathroom completed. I called Fredy and asked him to see what had been (or had not been) completed. Fredy came the next day; he demo'd the tile work because of the poor job that had been started. (This is why I had to deduct one star ). By himself, Fredy completed new tile on two shower walls and a shower floor in less than 2 days. We were grateful that Fredy redid the work; perfect workmanship is what Fredy is known for. He sent another tile installer to complete our floors; Melqui astounded us with his fantastic attention to detail. He worked an entire weekend to finish the job to make up for the other delay. Melqui's work ethic was great and our new floors look beautiful. Lupe was very professional as she handles the financial transactions; she is friendly and knowledgeable. Luckily, after several quotes from different contractors, I was referred to Freddy and his crew by a good friend. Based on the highly recommendations of fellow yelpers, I contacted Fredy of Modeling Plus regarding updating my kitchen and bathrooms. He came out to my place the next day to take measurement. The following day, I went to his showroom in Riverside to look at samples so I could pick out what I liked. I received a fair quote on simple white quartz counter tops, white subway tiles back plash, new farm-house stainless steel sink and faucets. I was told that the demolition would start on a Wednesday and everything should be completed by the following Friday. Wednesday's morning, Fredy showed up with his partner, Caesar. The two of them worked tirelessly all day and the next two days. With the installment of the subway tiles, my kitchen window frame (installed by the builder) was crooked and stood out like a sore thumb. Fredy fixed it and installed a new window sill with the same quartz on the counter. That was a very pleasant surprise I must say. Friday afternoon, I came home from work to a kitchen and bathrooms that are exactly to how I wanted them to be, simple, yet functional and very minimalistic. I asked around at work and got several recommendations to call Fredy at Remodeling Plus. I actually got 9 different people who suggested him with rave reviews on his workmanship and pricing. I called Fredy and he came to my house and gave me a quote for granite for our BBQ island. Fredy gave us a very reasonable quote so we decided to have him do the work. I have to admit it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with him, but it was the holiday season and it turns out he was super busy. I asked my friends at work about it and they said that he was reliable and did a great job. We picked out the granite and Fredy came to the yard to pick it up. He gave me a date and time when it would be done. He arrived at my house to do the installation when he said he would be there. I didnt expect him to show up because of the rain, but he showed up and did the installation in the rain. We are doing other work in our back yard, and he didnt expect some modifications to be completed which hampered his ability to install the granite. He and his guys modified the granite on site and ended up working late into the night (in the rain) making the necessary modifications to get the job done. I found Freddy on Yelp. I was a little hesitant at first, since he had few reviews and was at the top of the list as an AD. However, I decided to give him a call and find out if he could come install some leftover granite in my downstairs half restroom from when I remodeled the kitchen.
