He said they would make to match perfectly- white Quaker style. Measurements all off (smaller). The worker said they would be putting wood paneling to make up difference! Why would I want less cupboard space?? Then I overheard the worker tell other one in Spanish that he got home late night before cuz he was at Chino warehouse buying my ready-made cabinets!! What a rip-off. Fired Stan that day, had him take back his cabinets, and refund me for flooring. Got back just under $5,000 so he made $8,000 off me just to remove the fluorescent ceiling in kitchen. They left all trash in my backyard. Didn't cover anything while working so entire house was covered in dust for years. This happened about 4-5 yrs ago but I guess I was too angry to want to think or write about it until now. Stan used his Christianity to relate to me and convince me to hire him. This man is despicable.

Not mine. My wife, so far has made no less than three attempts to contact him, but we have not gotten a call back. It's none of those and just like you I wanted to fix up my house with an improvement to my kitchen with some random picture I found on IG. I contacted several people; one company from Angie gave me some ridiculous $8k-$10k estimate based on a picture I sent (no measuring or on-site job walk). The other was Falcone who gave me an appointment time and never showed up. It got frustrating but I kept at it and saw all these reviews for Jayrock Tile. Jason from Jayrock Tile showed up early and I showed him my IG photo telling him, "I really want this". He helped me so much with educating me on what I now call "Tile 101". I learned a great deal, and I made a few changes with the new knowledge he helped me with. His crew arrived early and I already knew it was the beginning of what turned out to be the best decision I've made for my home improvement. The Jayrock Tile crew walked in, they set up outside and just began what looked like a focused nonstop task of knocking out my kitchen. I walked by to peak each time, and the two-man crew were just moving! In the few seconds I saw them go from left to right then inside & out. I know nothing of tile work, but I can tell you that they didn't skip a beat and were making progress each time I looked in to see how it was looking. I was rather impressed at their progress and speed. I heard the saw constantly cutting away at the tile and never realized how much was required to make each piece fit. I knew the picture I had showed a much larger backsplash and kept thinking "did I make a mistake", "will it even look the same"... After they finished, I walked in and saw my kitchen. It was beyond what I expected, and I couldn't stop thanking his crew. It's wild that I saw a picture, asked if it could be done and now, I have that same design in my house too! Sadly, I see other reviews here about "horrible customer service" and I wasn't there so I don't know why that encounter ended up that way? What I can tell you about my experience is that Jason is a super cool dude that's down to earth. He helped me with what I wanted and gave me so much information to make what I wanted look amazing. His crew which sadly I never got their names because they were just "Hi" and straight to work!! Those two guys were awesome!!! I am beyond happy with how everything turned out! I've heard of some companies where not everything turns out as great. I can tell you that the quotation was perfect and within my budget. The crew was amazing, they didn't break anything, they were professional (I have toddlers), and they did the most amazing level of work in my home.
