I still remember after installing the cabinets, I noticed the pantry and one more cabinet's doors were very slightly not aligned and was planning to tell Martin about it. They fixed, and significantly upgraded, a load-bearing wall that was terribly done before. They went over every detail so we got the design we wanted, with a great view of the living room. The electrician also identified some other issues and helped make the home safer. With a 2 year old and the little one on the way, I can't tell you how much it helps to have the peace of mind of a well-supported 2nd story and a potential electrical fire avoided. Also, a shout out to the drywall and painting teams. They were extremely courteous and considerate, especially considering we were ALL SICK WITH FEVERS that week! Yep, that was fun. Last point, regarding cost. Nader clearly made every effort to get this on budget and I appreciate that. The extra costs that were needed were very much justified and he didn't assume our approval, rather wanting to be sure we were ok with it first. Considering the spot we were in, a less-scrupulous person may have taken advantage. Hire these guys if you need any serious work done on the home, you won't regret it.

His final appeal was denied on June 10th, 2026 and the judgement debt remains unsatisfied. Because the court-ordered debt remains unpaid, we advise anyone considering this business to check his CSLB license status (#1009476) first, as state licenses are subject to suspension for outstanding judgment debts. We highly recommend finding a reputable contractor who stands by their work and respects court determinations. UPDATE (July 2026): Following the final court ruling, the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) has officially processed our judgment and updated his license profile (#1009476). His public state record now carries an official warning that his license faces automatic suspension for failure to comply with an unsatisfied final civil judgment. His pricing was also very fair, especially considering the quality of work and service we received. Throughout the project, Jun and Mr. Chen did an outstanding job bringing our vision to life. He was consistently communicative, responsive, and transparent, always keeping us informed every step of the way. Whenever an issue or concern came up, he didn't just address it--he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. That level of accountability gave us a lot of confidence throughout the entire remodel. Mr. Chen and Jun worked Monday - Saturday, coming early and leaving late. We had a tough time trying to find a contractor to fully remodel our kitchen. We interviewed eight…read morecontractors before we finally stumbled upon Winpoint, through the help of Yelp. There were many contractors with high Yelp ratings, but we found the majority of the ones we spoke with were outrageously expensive and beyond our budget. The few that were within our budget felt untrustworthy, based on conflicting information/advice other contractors had given us. Then, with met with Winpoint's owner, Jun Wang. At our initial consultation, Jun patiently spent a fair amount of time learning about the vision we had for the new kitchen. The communication was clear. His demeanor and conduct were professional. He explained what he could and couldn't (or shouldn't) do. At the end of that consultation, he submitted a quote that I thought was (finally) a good value and affordable. He said our project was going to take six weeks. When all was said and done, it took exactly six weeks to complete. No excuses for why they couldn't finish on time, despite whatever roadblocks they dealt with along the way. I appreciated that he pushed hard enough to stay on schedule. In the end, he did what he said he would do - there were no broken promises. That was important to me. Winpoint is a smaller company. It doesn't have all of the overhead larger companies have, which means, in his case, that lower operational costs get passed onto the customer. If you need something, you deal directly with Jun, not a telephone menu from hell, not a phone operator, apprentice or assistant project manager. While he did have other concurrent remodeling jobs, I found Jun to be responsive to our needs, questions and concerns and never felt we had to wait in line to get something done. Jun is very good at scheduling. We had no bottlenecks during our six weeks construction period. With the exception of cabinet and countertop installation, Jun does not use subcontractors. Electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, tile installation, window installation, etc. are all completely within his control, which basically means that anything that doesn't go perfectly can (and does) get fixed by his employees right away and, more importantly, to his (and our) satisfaction. All of his employees are very good at their respective areas of expertise. Any minor imperfections were dealt with and rectified in a timely manner. Overall, I can recommend Winpoint for your kitchen or remodeling project. If you are looking for a good value and quality work, Jun is your man.

I used Masterwork Home remodels over 20 years ago for new floor tile for my home in Rancho Cucamonga. They did a great job and the pricing was great also. My daughter had a broken pipe in her condo this year and needed to replace her damaged flooring. I told her to call Jimmie & John at Masterwork. They came out gave her a estimate to demo the old wood flooring and install new ceramic tile & baseboards. I knew I didn't have to worry about her paying too much with them and the work would be done right. They also installed a new microwave that looks great. She couldn't have been happier. I recently moved to the Coachella Valley in Indio and wanted to remove the carpet in my bedrooms and have new floor tile installed in my entire home. I knew I wanted Masterwork to do the work but was afraid I lived too far from the area they worked in. I called Jimmie he said they would come out and see what I wanted done. I was happy they agreed to do my job. They installed new tile & baseboards in the entire house. I told them I was going on a week cruise and asked if they could possibly do the job while I was gone. Jimmie & John said it was no problem and I knew I didn't have to worry about my house after the work they done prior for me and my daughter. When I returned home after the week trip the entire house was done. Everything looked incredible. The house was clean and I couldn't be more pleased the way it turned out. MasterWork just finished remodeling my awesome, amazing and beautiful bathroom! John and his guys are awesome and their work is beyond words could express! WOW! They removed everything, including my tub and installed a completely tiled shower with a bench seat with a granite top, soap box, glass shower door, handicap rail, vanity, granite counter top, tile floor, toilet, mirror, medicine cabinet and all new fixtures. I can finally get rid of my shower chair, which took up a lot of room in the tub. There is so much room, especially for a handicap person! Easy and safe access entering and exiting the shower! Which I desired! Everything is so much safer and easier for me to function and enjoy! Amazing! The process with John and his guys was very easy and pleasant. I had my bathroom remodeled by MasterWork in November of 2017. I was referred by another friend because when I saw the work that they did in her bathroom I said that's who I want to do my work in my home the next time I have a necessity. So when I had a plumbing problem in my bathroom I called them to come out and give me an estimate. John the owner of the company responded right of way and came out the same week because he knew it was like an emergency. A leak in my bathtub. So I was pleased with the estimate and they started the work for me right the next week. The outcome of the remodel was great. The plumber to the installment of everything done in my bathroom turned out wonderful. They cleaned up everyday and were on time to get the job done. We had 2 1/2 bathrooms remodeled plus a tile floor put in our laundry room and it was a pleasure to have Masterwork do the job. All the workers were friendly and did quality work and at the end of the day, they cleaned everything up. The workers also made sure there was very little inconvenience during the month we had them in our home. The foreman and owner, John Hinojoza, was always ready to answer questions, explain procedures, and always returned texts or calls within a timely manner plus he checked in on his workers and their work on an almost daily basis. Hired these gentlemen to remodel 2 bathrooms on a house my wife and I just bought. They were very easy to work with and were easily accessible if we had any questions. It was just over one year ago that our kitchen remodel project began. i waited to post this review…read morebecause of all the things another contractor had to redo . I will state only facts about some of the things we've had to redo because of Diverse inefficiency. Eduardo will write back with excuses for everything saying they weren't at fault! If you read their reviews, they always blame the homeowner when they mess up! Fact: Our project was delayed by MONTHS because material was not ordered. I made a call to manufacturers , it was cuz materials weren't ordered! Fact: we now have less cupboard space cuz measurements were wrong! Fact: I had to hire a different contractor to finish work cuz Eduardo said "it's your fault for changing "... We NEVER changed anything! Fact: I had to hire a professional to redo our grout and flooring cuz it was installed so poorly. Fact: I had to hire a plumber to redo plumbing because Diverse installed new plumbing incorrectly! Eduardo will say " you didn't give us a chance to make things right" ! You had already installed incorrect the first time AND I definitely had NO trust in your abilities to make it right! We had several water leaks, hot water instead of cold in our laundry room and many other problems because Diverse installed incorrect! Fact: I had two inspectors and two different contractors all saying that our remodel was done by someone who clearly did below average quality workmanship. We spent well over $140,000.00 with Diverse Home Concepts for a poorly constructed kitchen remodel ! I've left off many more things that went wrong, I only hope that if you use this contractor, you trust your own instincts and stay diligent with them! You guys were so nice in the beginning, we let our guard down and that's on us for believing you were honest good people.

David and Juan do amazing work. They showed up on time everyday and cleaned up at the end of each day. The shower door installers and countertop fabricator do great work as well. When giving us the quote Brandon answered ALL of our questions and listened to what we wanted without trying to add any "extras". He did not make us feel like our project was too small. He kept in constant communication with us during the entire process of picking out tile, fixtures, cabinets, countertop, and during reno. He is knowledgeable and fair in his pricing.
