I was always impressed with the communication from the office and Ed Tejeda, who I strung along for several months because I wasn't ready for the install. They were so patient and kept checking in with me, and I am really hard to catch. So sorry about that. When I finally got my countertops installed, Marshall was my installer and I couldn't have asked for a more polite and thorough expert. He did a beautiful job with the cuts and the caulking in my wonky kitchen and he even donated to me some sink clips which were missing. Marshall worked alone and still was able to complete the job a couple of hours faster than I expected. I highly recommend this company for laminate countertops. I went through Home Depot and I still wonder if it would've been more economical to skip the middle man and go straight to All Pro. Maybe I'll do that next time. The level of customer service we received from All Pro Countertops was outstanding! The communication was great and the installation was done in a timely and professional manner. My husband and I requested a return visit to adjust the height of backsplash (a result of our misunderstanding) and the team at All Pro Countertops was remarkably accommodating. I talked with Ed several times and he was always very professional and understanding. The owner, Mike, was willing to work with us even though we had made the error on our end. My rough estimate is about $2800. I received a change order request from All Pro Countertops for a total of $4891. Hidden fees included: Customer Work: Misc. Custom Option: Additional Crew Member @ $438 Custom Work: Misc. Custom Option: Stairs $219 Removal - Laminate: Priced wrong sq/ft amount: $468 Integrated / Undercount Sink Installation: $382 Lowes is not doing anyone a service by working with shady suppliers like this. In no way is this acceptable to almost double the original quote. They added an additional installer when installation should be included in the $52 price. They added a stair charge to have an additional set of hands to carry this counter tops up a single flight of stairs. They already added a second person to the job? Truly disappointing. read more

Here are the highlights; Working through HDepot I ordered laminate countertops for my condo rental unit. Laminate top was installed in mid Jan. Tenant moved in 3/11 to 6/30. During move-out inspection I noticed the seam of the countertop was beginning to separate. Otherwise, the top is in perfect condition. After evaluation by All Pro the determination was, due to the home not 'Owner Occupied' the cause is 'Abuse' and not covered by any warranty. They have hidden charges like $200 for measuring, $120 charge for delivery and Ed the manager very rude called me the day of delivery and ask if I had someone to help his guy bringing it to the house, I said no and then he told me, "Then we will take it back and charge you again for delivery ". After seeing some of these earlier reviews I was hesitant to use All Pro. But they were the only laminate countertop company out of THREE to actually get back to me and schedule a measure right away. I spoke to both Brittany and Krissy who were both very friendly and professional and apologetic about these reviews as they were working very hard after previous bad management and not the best employees. In my kitchen of August 2018, I please install countertop and sink with ALL PRO. After three months, Sink began to leak water. After several calls, Mr. Steve Ekema (Owner's brother) came to my house to repair it! Because the leakage caused the board to become wet; Mr. Steve Ekema promised me to call him again wait a little bit drier with the wood than he will come to fix this problem. In November, 2018, I called his company and Text to Steve, he never answers my call (I think his block my cell). Until now, I haven't got anyone to response the call yet! Ended up with this company from a Lowes countertop purchase. Mike Ekema was less than thrilled when at the house for the survey and measurements. He doesn't seem to happy with his company. Many problems with them trying to get the sink I purchased (with their pre-approval) fitted to the counter. The job was extended many days and eventually finished up with some cosmetic issues. Ordered countertops for a kitchen and the guy didn't show up on time and once installed, the counter tops were unfinished. There was backsplash on only part of them and not on the other part. I sent an email, with pictures attached, to the company and when no one responded, I called during business hours and got a recording that said they were closed. I left a voicemail message and no one returned my call. After more than a week of no response from either the email or the voicemail, I called again this morning and spoke to a very confused woman name Chrissy who put me on hold and then came back and told me Mike was in a meeting and would call me back in 1 hour. Yet another day is now over and I never received a phone call- again. Doing business like this is wrong on any level, but what makes this worse, is it is being done by MIKE, WHO IS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY! I've read the reviews. Realize many are older posts and spoke to them about the reviews. From my experience as they finished the job today, I could not have been more pleased at the results and they deserve 5 stars. They more than met my expectations in all but one category. I'll start with the only negative part. Mike is extremely hard to get in contact with. If you expect an immediate response, you'll be disappointed. He will get back to you, but it will probably take a few days. If you can accept that, you'll be more than happy with All Pro. Now for the positive...everything else! Mike arrived on time for all three appointments we made. The first one for the measure & pre-estimate. You'll need to pick out your countertop choice before a real estimate can be given. Obviously because prices are different for each material and style/type. With an expensive project like this, you'll most likely be shopping around and competing for the best prices. Definitely put All Pro in your list of competitors. His measurements were spot on. He is very down to earth, professional, and easy to get along with. When you have him on the phone or in person, he is focused on you and treats you like you're his only customer. That was great. He really listens to you, provides advice if you ask, and covered every question I had. I never felt rushed when talking with him. His staff was extremely polite and professional every time I called to ask questions, as well. Once I chose the material, he was able to schedule the install within a week. Even picked up my new sink that had to be special ordered from my house. Note. If you're getting a new sink and it's not off the shelf, make sure you choose and order early so it'll arrive sooner. On that note, I had to delay the install date, and All Pro was able to reschedule and installed 2 business days after my sink arrived. Mike met us at the material shop/store to discuss how I wanted my granite pattern for each piece in the kitchen, which was communicated to his fabrication team flawlessly. Many materials don't require this but our slabs had unique coloring and I wanted to ensure the pieces cut had the right mix of the coloring differences. The install team arrived on time and also were extremely courteous and professional and cleanly dressed. Put down clean mats, explained the process and got to work. Extremely careful bringing in the pieces without hitting any walls or furniture and did a remarkable job cleaning up the area when finished. Finished within the estimated time without any delays (est at 3-4 hours and finished in 3 1/2). I was skeptical when I got the estimate because it was a good amount less than the other 3 estimates, and I am absolutely happy with choosing this company. They have exceeded my expectations and performed an outstanding job. read more

I'm disappointed to leave a negative review, but my experience with All Pro Countertops (selected countertop vendor by Home Depot) has been extraordinarily frustrating. 1. The templater discovered that the original salesperson mis-measured my space. I needed to pay an additional $443 in order to get the correctly sized countertop. 2. It took 3 phone calls to get them to set up installation for a paid invoice - On 9/22 I paid Home Depot, the same day they invoiced me for the additional cost. - I left voicemail on 10/15, trying to track down my paid order. No one called back. - I called again on 10/17 and was told they'd check into why they thought the invoice was unpaid and call me back. No one called back. - I called again on 10/19 and was told they'd call me that afternoon or tomorrow to schedule installation. - They called back 10/20 to schedule it. 3. Countertops and installation are not quite right. - Countertop has wonky corners - they're lumpy and not symmetrical. They kinda look like Flinstone furniture. - Sharpie pen marks used to scribe the wall edge of the countertop is still visible under the clear sealant. - Seams are clearly visible and one is not level, with a jagged edge towards the wall. 4. There was mis-information given about resolving issues and multiple calls to get compliance. - 11/1 Called to report issues with countertop, was told someone will come out to inspect the countertops "tomorrow" between 1 and 3, but probably earlier. - 11/2 Took time off of work to be home by 1pm. At 2pm I called to double-check someone was coming. Was told that the appointment was actually scheduled for 11/3 between 2 and 4pm. - 11/3 Pete, the original installer, inspected countertops and advised that a manager should come out to inspect them as there was clearly an issue with manufacturing. He also agreed that further work should be done to clean up the seams. - 11/7 Called, as no one called to schedule a manager inspection. Was told that someone would call either today or tomorrow to schedule. -11/9 Called again, as no one called back to schedule a manager inspection. Was told that a manager will not be sent out, but did review photos of the corners. Marshall is scheduled to come out 11/16 to "buff" the seams and corners. This is where we are today. I'm hoping Marshall is able to fix the countertops. Update 12/8: A second attempt to fix the countertops was not successful. Materials needed to be reordered. They ended up on back order and the 3rd installation was delayed. They came out Monday and installed properly. I've updated to 3 stars as I would never want to do a small business harm, but it was a terribly frustrating 4 months. read more

Home Depot sent these guys to do our laminate countertops. Some man named Peter puts them in and we notice later he didn't put anything to secure the tops to the cabinets on the sides and left big open gaps. Then he comes out again in a couple days, fixes two and forgets one. Then when my husband is installing the sink and he goes to finish the pipes, the sink's setting leaves a huge gap and the sink won't align with the pipes without that huge gap. Not to mention the sloppy work. It's been a week with no water in the kitchen because this bafoon doesn't know what he's doing and Home Depot is like, well he should be doing it right. Used all Pro Countertops after I had some extensive leaking from my bathroom sink. I initially had gone to Home Depot only to order to actual laminate counter top itself, and I had a friend who was going to give me a good price for the install. Once I got everything priced out from Home Depot, there was a 35$ price difference to include the installation in the counter top price, so it just made sense to do it all at once. So the way that it all works, is that you go to Home Depot, order and pay for the counter top and installation, and then they contract with All Pro Countertop, who eventually come out and do the exact measurements and drawings, order the piece, and then eventually come back to install it. Working with Home Depot was a hassle in itself, but I will write that in a totally different review, but initially working with All Pro Countertop was a HUGE hassle. Getting someone on the phone took some effort, and even after a week of waiting for Home Depot to give them my info, they had nothing. So I called Home Depot, and they sent over my paperwork (unclear if this was related to a Home Depot mess up or All Pro mess up), and eventually All Pro set me up with a guy to do quick measurements, and then 3 weeks later the guy finally came out with the new counter top and actually installed it. I think the whole process was a huge hassle, partially because you are essentially at first working with 2 companies who may or may not actually communicate effectively with one another. So I ended up being the go between. Then the guy who came out to measure, scheduling him and he ended up being super late one day, which left me waiting around, but once he actually measured, it was 3 minutes and he was done. Then came scheduling the actual install, once the countertop came in, and that was probably the toughest part. They called to schedule and literally said to me that we were scheduling for Monday. No one freaking bothered to tell me that they had meant 2 Mondays out, so I figure, if you generally say Monday, then it is the following one... duh! Well of course it wasnt, so I rearranged my whole schedule for nothing, and as I wait, I finally call and they are like, oh no it's next Monday... Finally, 5 weeks after my initial Home Depot trip, the final guy (his name is Peter) comes out to install. He is really nice, but stressed me out quite a bit. After all is said and done I do believe he was just trying to be nice and helpful, but he shows up and looks at my sink and asks me when the plumber is coming out. No one between Home Depot or All Pro told me that in order to get the work done, a plumber would have to come out and unplug and turn off all my pipes and the water. He says that was Home Depot's job, but its really hard to believe with the 15 times I talked to the staff at All Pro that no one mentioned a thing about this! How can you schedule me and not really tell me everything I need to do to be ready for the install???? Luckily he was nice and did all the plumbing stuff, but tells me along the way that if he breaks anything, if there is a leak, etc he cant be held liable. Well hes probably lucky that none of those things actually happened cause I would have held All Pro liable! Its absolutely ridiculous that in the many times I talked with their staff to coordinate everything, no one would tell me that this is what I needed to do! He did the work well,and was very friendly, and now I have to either put all the plumbing back together myself or call a professional plumber. Furthermore, he tried to convince me to run out, while he was working, to buy a new sink, I think he thought it would be easier to install. When I agreed, and told him it would probably take about 30 min to run out and do so, he decided it was too long and would interfere with his install, so told me never mind. I think he meant well, but it was just too much all at once, and I was already stressed about my plumbing getting screwed up, I just was like, arg tell me what you need and just get the work done. I think this process was just far more complex and frustrating than I would have imagined. I think the communication was poor between myself and the company and its really hard to imagine a situation in which they were not responsible for giving me the information that I clearly lacked to prepare for the work. I think in the future to pay a bit more and go through a more professional process (no home depot and heck no to ever using this company again) would be a good choice, and I would recommend to others to do the same. read more

Definitely would not recommend. This company was subcontracted by Home Depot for a countertop installation. All Pro subcontracted another company, Precision Countertops to come do the actual install. Project was not done well at all. Countertop hung way to far over the edge and was left unfinished. Had to have them come back and redo the whole job. When they came back, one of the workers said "Looks good to me!" The GM of All Pro was at least helpful in getting the project corrected. read more

I used All Pro Countertops through Lowes in San Clemente. I believe they are out of San Jacinto. They did a beautiful job. I was out of town when the work was done and only saw photos. So when I returned home there was an edge that was not completed. Not really anyones fault as the short wall beside it was not complete and perhaps it was thought that I would be doing something else with that edge. I thought about it for about a month and then called Pro Countertops back and asked if they could finish that edge for me. These folks are awesome! Ed and I think her name was Monica (not positive on that) were both so helpful, quick to respond, happy to help and just down right good people! It's not often that you find a business that is honest, reliable, and has the craftsmanship that All Pro Countertops has. I was in the middle of a bad situation where my previous contractor left in the middle of the job and frankly left with note money than they earned. A good friend suggested I call Mike the owner or All Pro. After I did, he came right out, measured, gave me an awesome price and then scheduled installation. You see, as a single woman, many other businesses might take advantage and over charge. Mike did not. He was aware of my situation and I think whole heartedly felt bad that some contractors are so rotten. He turned my kitchen in to a little bit of heaven for me and I think EVERYONE should get their counters with All Pro. I think they are a local business who performs BIG with beautiful professional results. All Pro Countertops said they would finish in 1 day and they weren't. The granite we picked was great but their work was very shoddy and we can't get them to come back and fix it. They came out on March 26 to do an estimate of the job and to take measurements. They promised that they will be done within one day. They were scheduled to replace the white tiles in our kitchen and fireplace on April 3 and we were told to expect them to arrive between 10 am and 12 noon. They arrived at 11:45 am and stopped work before 6 pm without finishing as promised. The back splash behind mini-oven to the left of the sink was incomplete as they ran out of materials. Their plumber came at 6:10 to reconnect our kitchen water services. They were supposed to come back on April 5 (Saturday) between 10 and 12 noon to finish installing the incomplete back splash but they didn't show up or call. We called their office but nobody answered. We finally got a hold of somebody on April 8 and they scheduled the crew to come back between 1 and 1:30 pm to finish the job. They came at noon and were out of there by 12:20 pm. Not satisfied with the job, we kept calling them for the next two weeks. Employee Ryan came out to inspect on April 18 and said he would let management know. We haven't heard from them since. So here's the beef: The fireplace hearth is not big enough to cover the grout of original white tile hearth it was replacing. Gap between wall and counter top is greater than 0.25 inch. Joined seams are very noticeable and not smooth. Back splash behind stove is not centered, not level, and one could see that the damage done while removing the old tiles wasn't fixed. Also, there's a wood support that is clearly visible, which they wouldn't have needed had they done the job right. The back splash by the window wasn't completed and the repair work done on that section of removed tiles is ugly. So really, don't bother using them. Warn your friends and neighbors!! We had fairly extensive work done on our kitchen and downstairs powder room by these guys and we're pretty happy with the work that was done (the work was done between 12/16/13-12/24/13. There are, of course, a couple of areas that we may need to call them back on, but the work overall is something that I could recommend to friends/family. The price is much better than what we got from Lowe's and I like the fact that they can do pretty much everything instead of me having to get several different contractors to do different things within the house. Their prices are VERY competitive. We ended up getting custom cabinets in the kitchen (shaker style) with pullouts in almost all of the bottom cabinets, dovetail drawers, soft close drawers/cabinets, spice racks on both sides of the microwave, pullout insert for cutlery, pullout for trash/recyclabes. We also had quartz countertops installed as well as new flooring. The same countertops and flooring was installed in the powder room. As stated earlier, we're pretty happy with the installation. All of the guys were really nice...even my 18mo old toddler liked them and he doesn't like anyone. I will say that they do have some issues with arriving on time, but as long as they were willing to stay late, I didn't care. They didn't do any loud work at night and so my kids were able to sleep. I never felt uncomfortable when they were around. Nor did I feel like I would have to really keep an eye on them for fear of being robbed. They tried to be as neat as possible and was even nice enough to take some of my trash with them! As stated earlier, i'd recommend them to anyone and will be calling them again when we want to redo our floors and master bathroom. UPDATE: our cabinets look a mess. I will say that the ones that look a mess are the ones that are around the sink and dishwasher...the ones that get exposed to water. All Pro subcontracted the cabinets with another company (who I can't happen to find anywhere) and they made and installed the cabinets. The looked beautiful at first, but the finish very quickly began to peel. That is crazy. There is no way that brand new cabinets should peel and flake so quickly. When asked about it, I'm told that I have to contact the cabinet person directly. WTH?!? Why should I have to contact them when I wasn't the one that chose them in the first place. Anyway, I did and the cabinet people (Hammons Cabinets) begrudgingly fixed them. Unfortunately, that was just a temporary fix because they look a mess again. I don't understand how my old builder's grade cabinets could last 10 years+ without the finish flaking and these would start flaking within 6 months. Anyway, I've tried contacting All Pro...they tell me that I have to contact the original contractor that started the whole process and there's nothing they can do. read more
