I also visited his shop to review color options, and I was impressed by how clean and welcoming it was. The added touch of free snacks definitely didn't hurt! The installation was completed a couple of weeks later, and the team did a great job. There was a minor sink issue afterward, but when I reached out to Adam, he responded immediately and took care of it right away. That level of responsiveness and pride in his work really stood out. Needed my hallway taken care of as we have 4 pets and the carpet was in bad shape. Wasn't sure if I wanted to do just the hallway or add the stairs in too to make it uniform. Adam was very helpful in picking which type of floor, and giving me two invoices, one with the stairs and one without. Lexi was very accommodating in the scheduling part as we've had a busy couple of months. Jeremiah and Carlos were very diligent getting the project done - I was worried it was gonna take longer but they got it done in just two and a half days!
