I was looking to get new countertops installed, and he provided a quote shortly after and his pricing was very competitive. I also visited his shop to review color options, and I was impressed by how clean and welcoming it was. The added touch of free snacks definitely didn't hurt! The installation was completed a couple of weeks later, and the team did a great job. There was a minor sink issue afterward, but when I reached out to Adam, he responded immediately and took care of it right away. That level of responsiveness and pride in his work really stood out. I wanted to replace my carpet with laminate flooring. They came to measure the space and provided a formal quote which had 40% less square footage less than the actual. They pretty much quote you for less square footage so they can ask for more money afterwards to get the job done. read more

Needed my hallway taken care of as we have 4 pets and the carpet was in bad shape. Wasn't sure if I wanted to do just the hallway or add the stairs in too to make it uniform. Adam was very helpful in picking which type of floor, and giving me two invoices, one with the stairs and one without. Lexi was very accommodating in the scheduling part as we've had a busy couple of months. Jeremiah and Carlos were very diligent getting the project done - I was worried it was gonna take longer but they got it done in just two and a half days! They were also very accommodating as we had dogs that needed to be let out during the day. If you need flooring done I can't recommend Iconic Floors enough. read more

I used Iconic Floors for the second time in July 2026 for a kitchen upgrade - countertops, new sink, backsplash. Last year they redid the flooring in my house. Both projects, headed by company owner Adam Carlton, were spectacular. Adam is very friendly, professional, and the products used and workers and staff are all top grade. Adam and the staff are in constant contact with scheduling. The workers show up on time, keep their work areas clean, and clean up after themselves every night, both inside the house and outside. The project manager for the kitchen, Zach Masterjohn, was in constant contact and stopped by to check the work each day. The flooring project last year was 6 weeks, pretty short for tiling an entire 1850 square foot house. The kitchen project took 4 days. I am extremely pleased with the flooring and upgraded kitchen, and with Iconic Floors. Can't compliment them enough! read more
