This has been extremely frustrating process and very similar to past reviews from 11 months and two years ago ..the exact same thing about their lack of timely responses which is really disappointing, as I constantly would have to remind the person I was working with to respond to my emails. I did receive the estimate for my bathroom remodels and several other projects &asked to get the work started in April... on February 2 they responded that I would be put on their schedule and I immediately responded and asked for the specific dates so I could start preparing the finances and all of the items that we're going to be needed for the remodel , it is now March 24 and I've never heard back from them. I wish they would've just told me they weren't interested because I've wasted all this time now waiting for them. read more

American Eagle did a major remodeling on my house last year (moved 2 walls, gutted 2 bathrooms, kitchen improvements, living room beams & fireplace improvements, electrical, painting, & more). They did a wonderful job, were great to work with, & even suggested numerous places where I could save money on the job. Overall cost reasonable, ethical, & on time. This year I've already contracted them to do an extension onto my house with an extra bedroom & bath after having such a good experience with them last time. I have never used a contractor to perform work on my house. I have typically done the work myself. However, my wife deserved the kitchen of her dreams to be completed by professionals. I am so glad that I used these guys to help us accomplish that dream. You get what you pay for has never been more evident. Travis arrived on time for the estimate, and gave us a fair quote. When it came time to break ground, Dominic and his crew were also on time every day and ready to work. The guys were all professional, competent, and genuinely listened to our input. The entire crew spoke english, which made communicating project needs simple. Dominic would catch flaws or mistakes before I would (they were few and minor). I really appreciated that because never once did we feel like we had to have uncomfortable conversations considering the boss himself was critical of his own work. Called Travis to get an estimate to replace an exterior door. He accommodated me by coming to look at it on a Saturday before Super Bowl Sunday. I was very thankful for that since it's hard during the working week. He asked me to text him my email for the quote. I haven't heard back from him since then. I sent emails and text messages. Nothing. Poor customer service follow up. They lost two customers. I would have used them for all the repairs and possible remodel on my house and my dad was going to call him for work as well. American Eagle remodeled our 5 bedroom/3 bath, 2500 sq. ft. home - including all bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and even added a dog wash station in the garage! They laid all new tile throughout, custom cabinetry in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room and new crown molding, casing and baseboards. During the home visit to put the proposal together, Travis had some great ideas and recommendations. After receiving the detailed proposal and coming to agreement, they were able to start work quickly. Dominic was our Project Manager and was a pleasure to work with during our renovation. He was here every day, knew what needed to be done and kept everything on schedule. He was always very responsive, professional and accessible. Even with a few change orders, holidays, COVID, unexpected tile backorders, etc. he was able to keep us on-schedule and on-budget. The crew was here Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm. They showed up on-time every day and were knowledgeable, polite, and worked hard. The crew was organized and kept the work areas clean. Everyone paid attention to details and our home was completed beyond our expectations. If we need any future work, we will be calling American Eagle first. read more

What started out as a water leak turned into a full remodel. This team of people made this such an enjoyable experience, I cannot explain the gratitude I have. I made so many last minute decisions, if I made any on time at all lol. Travis and Dominic were so patient, and ultimately a lot of help. Everyone who came into my house was so nice, and personable. Laudie, Aaron, Larry, Ryan, Conner, Josh, Vincent, and everyone else I can't remember at the moment lol. All of their subs were professional and great to work with as well. Literally everyone was so easy to get along with. They never got annoyed at my constant measuring, asking dumb questions or always being under their feet. I went through several quotes, but I knew by their recommendations I was going to wait for them to fit us into their schedule, and I am so happy I did. It was definitely worth it. They did my bathroom and bedroom first, my laundry room, then my living room and kitchen area, and a loft upstairs. Their prices are reasonable, and weren't much different from the other quotes I received. I have heard some horror stories about construction, but everyone from their team actually made this a very enjoyable experience. I can't recommend these guys enough. We did a full room addition onto the front of our house with these guys. Their bid came in around the other bids we had, so they are reasonably priced as well. Kenny is the one that gave our bid, and he was nothing but amazing. He communicated every step of the way, he told us it would be about 3 months start to finish and it ended up being 2 months. Wow! I am so pleased with the work that American Eagle Construction completed in my kitchen. We've been in our house for 13 years and really wanted to update our cooktop and built-in oven. We found a new slide-in range that we fell in love with. Unfortunately, it was going to take a professional to help us make the conversion. I had a hard time, trying to get a good reliable contractor for my woodpecker repair project on the chimney and facia. Since it is very high up, and a 45 degree pitched roof, it was hard to find anyone. Out of the few that I spoke with, they seemed very unsure. Kenny was quick to access my problem, and made great recommendations. Every one of his workers are thoughtful, considerate of a homeowners wants and needs. The project was beautifully done. It is like new again. But this is better than new. They picked up after themselves too. Now, the neighbor across from me, had him do the exact job to her place, and several more are anticipating hiring American Eagle to repair their cabins, here in the mountains. We initially had American Eagle come out for a quote on our master bathroom remodel (which we are hoping to get done this summer) and while they were here had them also quote re-doing our fireplaces - one of which has an extremely large hearth that runs the entire width of our living room. We had a slight issue with communication that delayed our project (hence the -1 star), but once they began the work, we were nothing short of being pleased. They arrived right on time and promptly got started with doing an amazing job of protecting the areas of our home where they would be working and walking through constantly. American Eagle recently completed a major remodel of our house. We remodeled the kitchen, family room, dinning room, laundry, and three baths. We also removed a wall and installed a large bay window and added a cement patio to the front of our house. They were professional; their crew was highly skilled, very polite, honest and respectful. Travis provided us with a great estimate and were flexible in allowing us to split the job up by a few months as I was 9 months pregnant at the time and didn't want construction going on with a newborn. In addition, they installed 1800 SQ. feet of beautiful wood tile and new baseboards. Throughout the project the workers took great care at picking up their work area at the end of each day.
