Before is below. New is on top! My dog loves it too!

Our porch and deck were in really bad shape, having been built in 1998. I reached out to a few different companies but decided to work with Skyline Framing. The price was fair and the communication was above and beyond. From the day Carlos and his crew showed up to start working it was obvious that they all really enjoy what they do. The work was done well and more quickly than I'd expected! Everything looks great and feels so safe and secure. I hadn't realized how stressful it was to walk on my old creaky deck, but now that I have the new one I actually enjoy being out on it and I am excited to have family over to see! I'm uploading my old gross deck so you can see the before and after... don't hesitate to reach out to Skyline Framing for your project!

We had sub flooring replaced in a second story bedroom because of water damage. Carlos took his time to make sure everything was done correctly and the finished product was a solid, well constructed subfloor which was very straight. Good quality workmanship.

Skyline was amazing! Carlos was great and very responsive and really knew what he was doing. We had a load bearing wall that we needed removed for our kitchen remodel and we weren't sure if it could be removed or not. We called Carlos and he came out to give us a quote and walked us through what he would be doing and we decided to move forward. Carlos showed up on time and completed the work in one day. We absolutely love it and will definitely use them for future projects and will definitely be referring them to my clients, friends and family. A huge thank you to them because they made the process so easy and stress free.

Looking for someone you can count on and that does a good job? Skyline Framing is your team. Carlos and his team are straight shooters. Everything he described from our first encounter happened exactly as scripted. Get in, do an efficient job, take no shortcuts, and get out while leaving the place as clean as possible before heading out. Responsiveness: 5 Professionalism: 5 Craftsmanship: 5 Details of the Project: Removal of load bearing wall. Our two-story home had a load bearing wall on the first floor between the living room and the family room. There was a cutout like window in the center of the drywall, so you could see the other side but it divided the rooms. Just always seemed odd. We rarely used the formal living area and truthfully always wanted just one big family room for entertaining. I reached out to several contractors before choosing Skyline Framing. Carlos had me send him several pictures of the wall so he could give me a pre-estimate to see if I was still interested. His price beat all other competitors and his timeline for completion was going to be one day, start to finish. Other contractors said a couple of days to week of having my living space in disarray. After letting him know I was definitely interested. He arranged to come to my house the next day to look at the wall infrastructure to see if he would run into any unforeseen issues. He cut a couple of small holes into the drywall and confirmed he could finish the job in one day. He scheduled the work tentatively 6 to 8 weeks out but also told me he may call me if there is an unexpected gap in work due to a cancellation or permit hold up on other projects. Sure enough he called me a couple of days later asking if they could come the next morning at 7AM to begin the work. He showed up with two workers; his son and another man. Together those three moved swiftly removing the wall, putting up temporary framing, removing the existing framing and inferior beam, and then installing the engineered wood beam. I would occasionally pop out of my room to see if they needed anything and to my shock they would have made more progress than I had hoped. The entire project took 9 hours. AMAZING JOB FELLAS! If I ever need any framing work or another wall removal, Carlos and his team are definitely going to be the first guys I reach out to. Message to the Company - Thanks guys! The new great room is going to be amazing once I finish installing ceiling speakers and other tech before drywalling and paint. The floor above used to creak when walked on. That all is gone now with the new beefier support beam you put in. Your help and professionalism is very much appreciated! Thank you.

New sliding glass doors framed and installed plus large above ground pool deck, railing and stairs framing.

Carlos and crew at Skyline framing were the right choice for my pool deck add on. Responding very favorably to challenges when encountered, Carlos framed a remaining 50% section of my large total surrounding pool deck to seamlessly continue with the existing deck. The railing and stairs were also added in the project. The job had its complexities and atypical features which Carlos readily solved to my total aesthetic satisfaction for which I'm very grateful. This is my second job with Carlos (framed and installed large sliding glass doors) and plan to continue contracting with him and Skyline Framing in the future.

    Reframe stairs and main wall...

These guys are the real deal!! Carlos and his team are really good at framing, low bearing walls, and structural reconstruction. Carlos and his team are very fast and knowledgeable they stick to their timeline. My project was reframe stairs, 2 low bearing walls, and 1 bathroom expansion. They gave me a 2-4 day timeline and they finished in 2 days!!! Unbelievable for the amount of work done!! I highly recommend these guys and will be lifetime customer!!! These guys are the best at what they do!!!

Carlos and his crew are very knowledgeable, one of the best framers I've ever worked with he has done multiple room additions for us and home builds definitely one of the best framers out there

I had shopped around quite a bit before settling with Carlos and his team to build a deck for my backyard. He was extremely professional, right on budget, took over our concrete project when our concrete guy wasn't cutting it, AND not only was the work top-notch, it was all done in less than a week. My wife and I couldn't have pictured this project turning out any better than it did. As long as Skyline Framing is around they're handling all of our projects. Project was an elevated deck, finished white with stairs and about 460 sqft of concrete

I had interviewed numerous companies and…read moreroofers over a few years but only Copp gave me the peace of mind (A+ BBB rating, insured, bonded, Contractor's License, photos of completed jobs) I was after. I regularly spoke with Connor about the job, who answered all my questions and concerns and sent over several proposals while I decided on the best option. My house had 3 layers of shingle going back to 1941 that needed to be demoed (meant adding the additional slats, plywood, moisture barrier, drip edge flashing, any vents, HVAC flashing sealant etc.) so it was a big re-roof. But they nailed it (no pun intended)! Connor always responds and always answers any questions right away. They even removed and re-attached my gutters and cleaned them! I decided on GAF Hickory and love the color! Super professional, beautiful results, highly recommended!

Copp gave an estimate based on pictures that I sent the estimator. The estimate came back at $1100. I agreed to the estimate, expecting that the invoice would reflect actual time and materials. The roofer was able to access the repair area by ladder to an adjacent roof area. He did not need to climb or use a safety tether. He used a partial bundle of shingles to accomplish the repair in under one hour. The repair appears to be competently done. Copp invoiced me for the full original estimate. The Copp office is about 30 minutes from the repair site. Time on site and travel time would be between 2 and 3 hours. If billing were done at $200 per hour, time would be between $400 and $600. A bundle of shingles retails for $50. I believe that I have been substantially overcharged. I would have done the repair myself 15 years ago at age 60, or if it was summer, not winter. Finally, the office staff and roofer all were pleasant. My complaint is solely that I believe I have been overcharged.

Immediately after install, the gutters leaked. No big deal, as I imagine it happens from time to time. The issue is that they dodged my phone calls and emails repeatedly. They kept pushing back their availability for weeks at a time. Months go by and they're never available to come out and do a very small adjustment. They're usually not even available to return a call or email. We ended up having another contractor come to adjust the gutters. Paid out of pocket. Update: It seems necessary to provide a timeline of what is being referred to as "availability". I'd also argue that a "good install" is not one that has a leak in the exact same spot as the original system that caused damage to my deck. 08/02: We send initial email requesting adjustment 08/05: Stutzman response: Can send someone out after the 10th and will confirm a date later on. 08/11: No update from Stutzman. No response 09/25: We send an email. No response 10/03: Stutzman response: We might be in your area next week. At no point was an actual date set in the two months that we attempted to get help. We either received no response from Stutzman, or were given the run-around. If Stutzman had simply set a date to come out, this issue could have been resolved, but no availability was ever offered. The 1-star review is indicative of a job that didn't solve our original problem and poor customer service. Both of which could have easily been handled and changed the outcome of this review.
