Huh??... I also noticed the handle to my swiffer mop I have out front to wash my car went missing. That day. Over pained brush marks on my house paint, drops of paint all over my sidewalk and driveway. And bonus, just found a used paint roll, grey in color, dumped into my personal trash can, leaving a grey streak inside the can. Maybe I got "lucky" that day??? Hire a licensed contractor! Also helps if you call more to Zamora for your floor-a and de walls-a and de roof-a and de door-a. Mr. Z and his team did great work for me over a 2-day period last week. They installed low-profile attic vents on my roof-a, added new HVAC vents, did some electrical work in my attic, replaced a chimney cap, opened up soffit vents so my attic can breath, and installed a ceiling fan in our family room including running the power. My only regret is not calling sooner. We purchased our home which needed bathrooms re-done. We opted for a quick bathroom remodel with a "guy that does it cheaper" per a recommendation that ended up doing low quality work and eventually flaking. Manny, owner of Zamora General Construction, arrived on time, and gave us a quote for two bathrooms, along with a timeline of about how long the project(s) would take. During the remodel, we received updates about the work that was being done with pictures and questions about pretty much anything that required our decision. Zamora General Construction has experts in specific areas. Victor did the tile work, Manny's brother did some paint and finishings, and Manny always made sure to look at the finer details and quality of the work as the projects progressed. We supplied all of our material, but once they noticed that some of the bath tiles (from Lowe's) weren't consistent in quality and size. Victor, the tile expert, stopped and recommended something better. We opted for some tiles from "Floor and Decor" that fit our intended style. I really like that about these guys, they have a high standard for their work and are able to give recommendations that you'll likely not get anywhere else. I hired Zamora to replace my roof and out of about 5 or 6 different quotes he was the best priced. His workers were very efficient and made sure to clean up after themselves. He even helped us with finding someone to remove our solar panels for a reasonable price. Took 3 days to finish the entire roof and I am very happy with their work. No matter what question via text or call, I got a immediate response, customer service is very important. The workers were also very helpful with any questions. They also went above and beyond on a couple of small task I needed. The job was not starting until the following week and rain on the way so they came out before the rain and tarp my roof.
