From start to finish, Jose, his father, and their entire team were responsive, professional, considerate, and incredibly hardworking. They took great care around my property and were especially mindful of my existing yard furniture and landscaping. It was obvious that they genuinely cared about doing the job right and leaving my property in great shape. What really impressed me was how much they went above and beyond. They were also very affordable, especially compared with other roofing companies I looked into. If you're like me and have an aging roof that needs to be replaced before the next El Niño season, call these guys! You'll be hard-pressed to find a nicer, more hardworking, and more trustworthy crew. Thank you, Jose, your dad, and the entire Navarro's Roofing team for making what could have been a stressful project so easy and painless. I'm so happy with my new roof!

A young man came out with a drone and flew it over my house. I was initially impressed at the process, and the identified issues with my roof. I thought he'd climb up there to check it out, but he seemed to have it all worked out. He said I'd get a quote emailed to me, but after waiting a couple weeks, it never came. This brought me to Alpha Roofing. I scheduled an estimate, where I met Mario. The disrespect I felt with him flaunting his dodger hat to a deeply rooted Yankee home!!! yes, I proudly wore my Yankee hat as he and I bantered back-and-forth. We instantly hit it off. Mario is a personable and friendly guy, I felt comfortable with him. He came into my home to see the source of the leak and asked for access to my attic. He grabbed a ladder and climbed onto my roof first. I questioned him not having a drone and he told me he did, but for initial estimates, he needed to walk my roof to see what was going on. Once on my roof, he quickly identified everything the other roofing company mentioned and so much more. He found the source of my leak. The drone was great, but would never have caught the tiny holes left in my roof from removing solar pool panels. That gave me an Oh *hit moment! I quickly got an estimate and asked how soon the repairs could be done, as rain was approaching. Unfortunately, he told me it would take a couple of weeks. I braced for that. Next, there's Elsie. I was out with my granddaughters one day and kept getting a phone call from a number I didn't recognize. I get so many spam calls, I never answer my phone if I don't recognize the number, but Elsie was persistent. She probably called my phone five times. I finally answered and she apologized profusely for blowing up my phone, but was able to schedule me the next day for repairs. I was over the moon! I thanked her so much for her persistence!!!!! Finally, there's Jacob, Jonathan, and Gesar. What an amazing group of young men! They showed up bright and early, and ready to work. They were equally friendly and personable. Fun facts...Jacob is Mario's son. He too showed up in a dodger hat, which I had to express my dissatisfaction and told him it would reflect in his review, lol. Johnathan is a US Marine veteran, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!! And Gesar "G", is the silent assassin. He didn't talk, but he was hard-working. Their work was quick, efficient, neat, and done right. Once finished, I was shown pictures of all of the problem areas, and progress photos showing their work up to completion, with in-depth explanations. Everything was done just in time for the big storm, and guess what? No more leak! Oh, and by the way... Mario's quote was less than half of the first roofing company who missed the source of the leak. My neighbor had a major issue with their roof during this last storm, and I was happy to refer Mario to them. He showed up promptly and put a tarp on their roof, pending clear weather to do repairs. He is truly an honest and hard working guy. What a lifesaver!

He and his crew showed up on time, kept me updated as the project went along, and cleaned up the work area every day. What I liked most was that Vicente was on site every day with his crew. I dealt with a skilled professional that was proud of his work, not a salesman or a project manager, and that made a big difference. I will be using him again on additional roofing project for sure. The crew was easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and clearly knew what they were doing. They also added storm weatherproofing underneath the tile, which gave me a lot more peace of mind for the next rainy season. One thing I really appreciated was that they noticed an area where water had been collecting before and installed an additional piece of gutter to redirect the flow so it won't pool there anymore. On top of that, they cleaned out my gutters and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. No mess, no leftover debris--just a job done right. Overall the whole process felt smooth and professional, but still relaxed and easy. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing work.
