During the first part of a rainstorm hit and we found we had a leak coming through the top of one of our windows downstairs, I spoke to Scott Peterson at Peterson roofing about it. He took a look at the area and told me what he felt the problem was. Scott advised me he had some work waiting for the next non rainy day and didn't know when he could get someone out but he would try to get someone out as soon as he could. Well, that was Sunday, on Wednesday some guys from Peterson roofing showed up and did the job. They were very professional and courteous. They got right to work and finished the job in record time. After they finished, they walked the area around the worksite and made certain all the nails and Debre was cleaned up. Quality workmanship at a great value. Called for an estimate and Scott came out the same day. He was very professional and curteous. He provided pictures of the loose roof tiles and moved the tile back in place so that further damage would not occur in case it would rain before the repair. A week later, Scott's team came out to do the repair and they finished it in a couple of hours and cleaned up before they left. Whoever was driving a company truck this morning on University Parkway in San Bernardino needs to have his license revoked. He came into my lane while I was on my motorcycle. I honked my horn but this didn't deter him. He kept coming over. So of course this is basically assault on me so I threw up my hands. He then pulled up next to me screaming obscenities until I yelled back that he almost hit me by changing lanes without looking. Then he continued yelling at me and then pretended like he was gonna come after me by opening his door, but since he was still buckled in I knew he was nothing but talk. I pointed to his company sign on the door and he seemed to acknowledge the position he put himself in. That is until we continued the intersection and he decided to cut me off yet again continuing to yell at me. I again pointed to his company sign letting him know I know who he is. This is extremely unprofessional and given his mannerisms on the road I could never recommend this company. read more

Scott came by for an estimate on a drizzly early morning, grabbed a handful of shingles out of his truck and repaired two spots on my roof that definitely would have leaked in the oncoming rain. Scott and his team squeezed us in on a very tight schedule. They Stripped and reroofed our home in three days including all necessary inspections. I would highly recommend Peterson roofing. We were installing solar panels on our house and the roof was about 20 years old so we wanted to replace the section of the roof that would be covered by the panels. Scott Peterson came out and reviewed the job with me and was extremely accommodating as this was a multistep process between removing the tile and replacing the underlayment then allowing time for the solar installer to place all the necessary mounts. Once all the mounts were installed Peterson Roofing came back out a second time to reinstall all the tile and flashings for the solar mounts. They had the job done in 2 days and were extremely helpful working around the necessary schedule and the work turned out great. Pricing was incredibly reasonable. The grumpy man that came out started complaining about the job immediately and said they don't do stucco repairs and the job is too much liability. But it's up to his son?
