Shout out to Elite team - Phil, Janet, and Lonnie! We had our construction on our house that required the panels to be removed by the solar company. Elite did the foam application to the roof once all construction was done. When the solar company returned to reinstall they realized the panels needed to be redesigned to fit post-construction. But they had already started drilling holes in our roof and left them there. During recent rain storm, we had leaks. The solar company tried to blame contractor and Elite, who were not to blame. But the Elite team came out to patch all the holes and seal around the stanchions recently installed to address the leaks while we were trying to get the solar company to take responsibility for their unfinished work that caused the leaks. So thank you Elite team! All were professional, compassionate, and willing to help us while the ownership of the leaks was identified. And they did so without asking for payment. I've used Elite Roofing previously, so they were my first choice when I needed to replace a roof on a tenant occupied house. Being that it was for a house that tenants live in, it was very important that there was extra care while the crew was working, and with the clean up. Unfortunately, not all jobs go as expected. And one has to assume that things could go sideways on a job, even with the best of vendors. But what matters is how the vendor then responds. I will say that there were a few hiccups with the project, but at the end of the day Phil went above and beyond to ensure the issues were addressed and the job was completed to my expectations. There are many vendors out there who will try and sweep an issue under the rug, or sort of ignore your asks and string you along until the job is complete and they stop taking your calls. Even though there were a couple hiccups with this project, I will call Elite for the next job because I know that even if an issue comes up, Phil and team will work through it and still deliver a high quality finish to the job. read more
