I called Mike and he was very helpful. He offered to come inspect the roof for my buyer at no charge. Wow Good guys still exist?!? Coincidentally once I told him the address he remembered that he was the roofer who installed the roof 10 years ago! Mike said the roof was still in good condition. There was a swamp cooler that had leaked some residue that was visible. My clients asked for a quote from Mike and will be planning to remove the swamp cooler and repair any damage to the roof.
