They are super dialed in and have great systems in place for customer care. I appreciated the attention to detail they invested when looking over our items upon receipt. Chris addressed issues that were not part of his scope to go the extra mile to make sure I felt supported. He responded to communication within an hour and had a plan in place for the one week he was on vacation. This company is top-notch. Two minor issues that need to be resolved and of course he has already agreed to come up and look at re-aligning a drawer and cabinet front. I would order from Lowe's again, only with this team in place.

Chris, the owner, is a friendly and down-to-earth guy who is incredibly easy to work with. He came over, discussed our needs, and presented us with different options. He appreciated some of our grand ideas and helped us turn our vision into reality. During the shower refurbishment, the team discovered a pinhole leak in my wife's bathroom (both bathrooms share the same wet wall) and was able to fix it quickly and inexpensively--what a relief! There were no setbacks, and his crew was a fantastic group of professionals. My positive experience led us to have them tile all our bedrooms, install ceiling fans in the house and on the patio, and now they are putting in a beautiful, efficient new water heater for us. Out of good business practice, I always obtain multiple estimates to ensure I'm getting the best deal possible. And guess what? I consistently find that I do. CT Contracting has become the team I trust to make my home safe, comfortable, and attractive. I can't think of a better compliment one person can give another.

Our contractor has worked with us for about 10 yrs.. he was familiar with what was required due to some damage from last heavy rains that was not going to be taken care of by insurance company Diaz replaced a roof on the contractors home so I gave them a call. They responded to my home for an inspection 24 hrs later after we spoke. They quoted me a price which included the removals & warranty of their work.. they work with you if anything can be salvaged such as tiles as was my case. They asked me to contact them when ready. They began their work early morning on a half roof repair and brought a six man team.. They were diligent.. courteous, no cleanup complaints , and finished same day.. They accept most forms of payment and are licensed. The delivered what was requested and did what they said they would do. They also shared with me pictures of the area and a suggestion about sone other areas for the future.. We were satisfied with their delivery, promptness, and all aspects of their work..no sneaky markup at the end, extra fees or any of that. The original price quoted was exactly what the end price was.. so, quality to value was good. I will be calling them back for future planned job. I have and would recommend them to others ..check them out guys
