Beaumont Roofing, formerly known as Altura Roofing, did my roof in Cherry Valley. I guess the roof job was good but his after job service leaves a lot to be desired. There is a leak between the roof and the garage. We've called him about four (4) to fix the problem. He kept saying he will come over tomorrow morning; this afternoon; later on today. Still has not come over and now does not call back. Bad after job relations with $10,000+ customer. read more

Very busy week with other projects 2. A lot more work than expected. I felt he was manipulative and distracted us from the work. I went up on the roof to check his work and he didn't replace anything that he was hired to do. What tiles that were replaced cracked due to sloppy and poor workmanship. About nine years ago, Angel put a new roof on our house. From the beginning, we had issue after issue. I could never rest assured that the roof would hold up even during the slightest rainfall. It would take several phone calls to get ahold of him and when we finally got him, he had an attitude and acted as if we were a burden to him. His work and the work of his deplorable team is absolutely disgusting. I'm now having to repair walls and windows that have literally rotted due to his inferior work. Please DO NOT HIRE him! He is a manipulative sweet-talker and will make any attempt to conquer a job. It took him weeks to complete a job when he said that it would take days, he was always late and his crew was always late! Save your money and do not pay this bastard anything! We asked for our deposit money back and he said he would return it but of course that was a lie. He will not answer his cell phone or office phone.
